Filipinler'de Haiyan tayfununun en fazla etkilediği Tacloban şehrine zor şartlar altında ulaştık. Şehirdeki havalimanı kulesi kullanılmaz hale gelmiş. Sokakta çok kötü koku var. BADAKHSHAN, Nov. 27 – There are reports from northern Badakhshan province that Ashoor, a leading local commander switched allegiance to the Islamic Emirate and joined Mujahideen along with 25 of his soldiers in Yamgan district of the mentioned province.
In an interview with Mujahideen officials, he said he had quit the puppet army to protest against the Kabul admiration's decision to agree to the US security pact what was, in reality, a pact of slavery with America.
He added that his belief had no longer allowed him not to take any action against the foreign invasion and that he would fight against the enemy of the country under the flag of the Islamic Emirate until the last American had left Afghanistan.

To be honest I could not get myself to watch this....and I haven't, the description is enough in making my stomach churn!! Absolutely disgusting! This maybe a little heavy for a morning post.....but it's a sickening reminder of what women are enduring in the land of Saud.
Saudi does not represent Islamic governance but is based on secular, tribal and monarch style governance that throws Islam into the mix now and then just to appease the people, after all they are the 'custodians' of the holy sites. Its government is inept in dealing with genuine issues and problems the country faces especially regarding women. Saudi needs more than a facelift, it needs a radical change!
True realisation of Islamic rights women will only really take root in the Muslim world, when these pseudo governments and regimes are replaced with the true model of Islamic governance on the model of Muhammad (saw). It is at this point that women can again take their rightful position the way Allah (SWT) has ordained. Insha'Allah.

Violence towards women is fundamentally a grass roots issue - an issue that stems from the values, ideas and lack of accountability held by its perpetrators. The only way to end this is by providing the correct values, ideas and sentiments for people to live by, and a system that can endorse those values. As it stands, the call to liberal capitalism to help on this one is a tried and tested failure. In fact it is the very foundations of the 'free society' which empowers people to behave in whichever way they feel best -with accountability limited to getting caught.
The Prophet (SAW) said: "Fear Allah with regards to women, they are an Amanah (trust) in your hands" and "The best of you are those who are best to their wives". [Tirmidhi, Sahih].
Islam when implemented holistically is the only viable alternative that would not just rise against violence towards women but rather put a stop to it altogether by creating the correct mind-set towards the treatment of women.

This is a fantastic Da'wah initiative in the U.K. in collaboration with "Quran Project", which plans to put four full page adverts in the local paper and will reach approx. over 100,000 people in'shaa'Allah. It covers the whole of South Bucks area.
The advert is about obtaining a free Quran delivered to their door for no cost at all.
They have the Qurans & have South Bucks newspaper ready and willing to advertise.
They are on the last stage of fundings.
The noble project requires some funds by next week in'shaa'Allah as they only have two slots left in december and planning to get it printed on 11th december.
The total cost after some haggling is down to £2750
To verify all details you can get in touch with the brother in charge, br/ Kamran Mahmood 07429794084 & also the chairman of the local Masjid. Abu Rumaysah (he teaches at sabeel events) who can verify it, as well as Imaam Abu Suhaib and Imaam Adil.

Abu Bakr (ra) had cut off his financial support of his relative Mustah because Mustah had participated in the slander against his daughter `A'ishah (ra). After this verse was revealed, he resumed and even increased the amount he gave Mustah in financial support.

Ich wünschte, ich wäre selbst derjenige gewesen, der eine solche Handlung beging: Er kam zum Propheten, Allāhs Segen und Friede auf ihm, während er ein Bittgebet gegen die Götzendiener sprach, und sagte zu ihm: »Wir (Muslime) werden zu dir nicht dasselbe sagen, was die Leute des Moses zu ihm sagten
>Gehe denn du mit deinem Herrn und kämpft ...< (Qur'ān 5:24).
Vielmehr werden wir auf deiner rechten Seite und auf deiner linken Seite und vor dir und hinter dir kämpfen!« Ich sah den Propheten, Allāhs Segen und Friede auf ihm, wie sein Gesicht strahlte und er sich über das freute, was er sagte."

The Messenger of Allaah -sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam-said:
Who ever wakes up at night, and says: -
ﻟَﺎ ﺇِﻟَﻪَ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻭَﺣْﺪَﻩُ ﻟَﺎ ﺷَﺮِﻳﻚَ ﻟَﻪُ، ﻟَﻪُ ﺍﻟْﻤُﻠْﻚُ ﻭَﻟَﻪُ ﺍﻟْﺤَﻤْﺪُ، ﻭَﻫُﻮَ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻛُﻞِّ ﺷَﻲْﺀٍ ﻗَﺪِﻳﺮٌ،ﺍﻟْﺤَﻤْﺪُ ﻟِﻠَّﻪِ ،ﻭَ ﺳُﺒْﺤَﺎﻥَ
ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ، ﻭَﻟَﺎ ﺇِﻟَﻪَ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ، ﻭَﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﺃَﻛْﺒَﺮُ ،ﻭَ ﻟَﺎ ﺣَﻮْﻝَ ﻭَﻟَﺎ ﻗُﻮَّﺓَ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﺑِﺎﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻲِ ﺍﻟْﻌَﻈِﻴﻢِ .
'There is none worthy of worship in truth except Allaah Alone, He has
no partners, He has the Dominion and for Him is all praise, and He is
capable of all things, praise is for Him, and Far is Allaah from
imperfection, and There is none worthy of worship in truth except
Allaah, and Allaah is the Greatest, there is no capability nor is there
any power except with Allaah the Most High the 'Atheem.' (Supreme)
La ilaha 'illa Allaahu wahdahu la shareeka lahu, lahul mulku wa lahul
hamdu wa huwa ala kulli shayin qadeer Subhana allaahi, wal hamdu
lillaahi, wa la illaah ila Allaah, wa Allaahu akbar, La hawla wa la
quwwata illa billaa
Then he says : ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢَ ﺍﻏْﻔِﺮْﻟﻲ O Allaah forgive me (Allaahumma aghfirlee),
or he supplicates and his supplication is answered, and if he makes
Wudu and prays then his prayer is accepted.
