"Die israelischen Siedlung wurden auf illegal besetzten palästinensischen Länderein erbaut und Israel unterstützt die jüdische Bevölkerung sich dort anzusiedeln, wobei die palästinensischen Landbesitzer, die dort leben, beraubt werden," so der UN-Beamte. (AL)

Hallo Welt! Wir sind „Anonymous Ukraine". Wir unterstützen den Frieden und das Recht der Völker auf Selbstbestimmung. Die ukrainischen "Ba...ndera-#Nazis", die durch ihre faschistischen Schlägertrupps maßgeblich den Putsch in der Ukraine ermöglicht haben, vertreten weder den Willen noch die Wünsche der ukrainischen Bevölkerung. Das ukrainische Volk möchte eine Ukraine, die unabhängig ist und deren Souveränität anerkannt und zugelassen wird. Das schließt auch das Recht der ukrainischen Bevölkerung auf Selbstbestimmung mit ein.
Durch die sogenannte "Opposition" -die in Wirklichkeit aus bezahlten ukrainischen "Bandera-Faschisten" besteht - wird versucht, die Ukraine von Innen heraus, in Stücke zu reißen. Die durch #Anonymous veröffentlichten E-Mails beweisen, dass Vitali Klitschko eine installierte Marionette des Westens ist und über Zwischenhändler in Litauen finanziert wird. Aus den E-Mails geht außerdem hervor, dass #Klitschko seine "politische Aktivitäten" zum Gelingen des "Umsturzes", auch über Bankkonten in #Deutschland finanziert hat.
Die aktuellen Vorgänge in der Ukraine verurteilen wir daher aufs Schärfste. Wir werden es nicht zulassen, dass bezahlte "#Oppositionsführer" wie Klitschko, deren Aufgabe darin besteht, die geopolitischen und wirtschaftlichen Interessen von westlichen Regierungen zu vertreten, die Ukraine in ein ziviles oder wirtschaftliches Chaos stürzen. „Anonymous Ukraine" wird gegen jede dieser Marionetten kämpfen, mit denen man versucht, die Souveränität der Ukraine zu untergraben. Die Ukraine muss nicht Teil einer von #Russland geführten Eurasischen #Zollunion sein. Genauso wenig wie die Ukraine ein Diener der NATO sein muss. Die Ukraine braucht keine NATO. Die Ukraine braucht auch keine Europäische Union. „Anonymous Ukraine" setzt sich für eine unabhängige Ukraine ein. Daher erklären wir die Fortsetzung von "Operation Independence".
Wir werden auf die Web-Ressourcen von ukrainischen "Bandera-Faschisten" genauso einschlagen, wie auf die Web-Ressourcen von allen Länder und Organisationen, die eine Bedrohung für #Freiheit und #Unabhängigkeit des ukrainischen Volkes darstellen.

Aus friedlichen Demonstranten werden bewaffnete Kämpfer, aus jungen Männern, für die Religion kaum eine Rolle spielte, werden im Angesicht des Todes gläubige Moslems. Der Dokumentarfilm wurde beim Sundance Film Festival 2014 ausgezeichnet.

Auch wenn es vielleicht nicht viel geben wird
Ich versuche für ihn Allah zu Liebe, viel genug zu sein
Ich werde ihn jeden Mittag herzlich empfangen und ihn mit Freunde anlachen
Den Tag mit ihm schön gestalten und im schönen auch zu Ende gehen lassen
Ich werde nur gutes über ihn sprechen nicht wie andere die über ihrer Männer herziehen und dessen Herzen brechen
Ich werde ihn lieben für ALLAH werde ihm nicht widersetzen werde mich abends zu ihm setzen und ihm was vom Koran vorlesen
Dua machen

Amina Şiljak Jesenkoviç 1965 yılında Saraybosna'da dünyaya geldi. Saraybosna Üniversitesi Felsefe Fakültesinin Şarkiyat Bölümünden mezun oldu. Aynı bölümde ''Türkçe ve Boşnakça Deyim Hazinesi Üzerine'' adlı teziyle yüksek lisans derecesi aldı. Osmanlı Dönemi Boşnak Divan Edebiyatı alanında doktora yaptı. Şiljak, edebiyat araştırmaları için bir alt yapı oluşturması amacıyla dilbilgisi araştırmalarına özellikle ağırlık vermektedir. Türkçe'den Boşnakça'ya yaptığı birçok tercüme eseri bulunmaktadır. Türk okurlarının yakından tanıdığı Şiljak ile Boşnak edebiyatını, bu edebiyatın önemli temsilcilerini, Boşnak edebiyatı ile Türk edebiyatı tarihinin kesişen noktalarını konuştuk.
Türkiye'de Boşnak Edebiyatı dendiğinde akla gelen ilk isim kuşkusuz Meşa Selimoviç ve onun ölümsüz eseri Derviş ve Ölüm. Bu eser, Yugoslavya döneminde Boşnak bir yazar tarafından Sırpça yazılmış bir metin. Bugünden geriye dönüp baktığımızda bu eseri nasıl değerlendiriyorsunuz?
Edebiyatı siyasi sınırlarla tanımlamak mümkün mü, dahası bu tanım yeterli mi? Çok zor ve karmaşık bir konuya değiniyorsunuz. Hatta bu bölgelerde yaşamayan, ömrünü burada geçirmeyen herkes için anlaşılmaz bir konuya. Şimdi diyorsunuz ki, ''Bu eser, Yugoslavya döneminde, Boşnak bir yazar tarafından, Sırpça yazılmış bir metin.''
Osmanlı döneminde dilimiz Boşnaklar arasında Boşnakça, Sırplar arasında Sırpça, Hırvatlar arasında Hırvatça olarak biliniyordu. Hatta Evliya Çelebi'nin Seyahatnamesi'nde bu isimler bu şekilde anılmıştır. Hâlbuki bu diller arasındaki fark -ister biçimbilim, ister tümcebilim, ister anlambilim açısından olsun- çok azdır. Sırpça'da ''ekavica'' dediğimiz Slavca'nın uzun ve kısa ''yat'' varyantları ''e'' olarak telafüz edilirken Boşnakça, Hırvatça ve Karadağca'da ''ye'' veya ''iye'' olarak telafüz edilir. Sözcük hazinesinde de az da olsa farklar kaydedilmektedir, örneğin ekmek anlamında Hırvatça'da ''kruh'' kelimesi, Sırpça'da ''hljeb'' kelimesi kullanılıyor... Saraybosna'da veya Bosna'nın Bihaç şehrinde her iki kelime normal karşılanır; birincisinde halk arasında ''hljeb'' kelimesi daha yaygın, ötekinde ''kruh''... Ancak Zagreb'deki bir bakkala girip ''hljeb'' isterseniz veya Belgrad'ın ortasında ''kruh'' isterseniz sizi kesinlikle anlarlar.
Bununla birlikte, sizin ekmek aradığınızı anlayan bakkal, size ekmek verir mi, yoksa size saldırır mı? İşte bu durum dile değil, siyasi görüşe ve hoşgörü/nefret derecesine bağlıdır. Diğer taraftan bir dinin ve mezhebin kültürel şemsiyesi altında yetişen her ulusun belirli bir söylemi olduğu gerçeğini kabul etmek zorundayız, ancak bu dilbilimin konusu olmaktan ziyade sosyoloji, kültür bilimi gibi yan dalların konusudur. Mesela Almanya ile Avusturya'da konuşulan Almanca arasında farklar daha büyüktür, aynı şekilde Kanada, Amerika ve Avustralya İngilizcesi arasındaki farklar da.
Şimdi tekrar başa dönersek, Osmanlı Balkanlar'dan çekildikten sonra buralarda hayatta kalabilmiş Boşnak Müslüman unsuru biraz terkedilmiş, biraz da şaşkın bir vaziyette kalmıştır. Diğer taraftan 19. yüzyılda, dünyada hâkim güçlerin ve eğilimlerin tesirleri altında gayr-ı müslimler arasında uyanan millî şuur ve millî devlet kurma hayali Boşnak Müslümanları arasında ya geç uyanmış ya da hiç uyanmamıştır.
Kaybedilmiş haklar, topraklar, yaşanan katliam ve sürgünler bu kimlik meselesinin çözülmesini engellemiştir. Avusturya-Macaristan İmparatorluğu Balkanlar'da uzun süre kalmamış, ancak bu yeni iktidar Bosna'da konuşulan dili Boşnakça olarak adlandırmıştı... Fakat I. Dünya Savaşı sonrası Sırp-Hırvat-Sloven Krallığı ve akabinde oluşan Yugoslavya'da Boşnaklar yeniden bir mağduriyete ve bunun neticesinde de şaşkınlığa uğramışlardır. Bu şaşkınlık o boyuttadır ki, kendi kimliklerini inşa edecekleri yerde kendi aralarında bölünerek Sırp veya Hırvat yanlısı olarak mücadele etmişlerdir. Başkalarına taraftar olmuş bir milletin aydınları bu şekilde bölünürken millet de hem sefil de hem şaşkın bir hâle düçar olmuştur.
Akabinde, II. Dünya Savaşı öncesinde dünyada büyük bir ekonomik kriz yaşanırken Müslümanlar arasında, ''Kadınlar fabrikada çalışsın mı, çalışmasın mı, eğitim alsın mı almasın mı?'' diye tartışmalar devam ediyordu... Yoksullaşmış bir millet karnını doyurmak için mücadelede ederken ulema ile aydınlar arasında, ''bayanların parizyen çorap giyip giymemesi'' konusunda kavgalar sürüyordu... İşin ilginç tarafı, hakkında tartışmalar yürütülen savaşta dul kalmış bu kadınlar çocuklarını nasıl büyüteceklerinin derdindeydi...
Ve derken Komünist Yugoslavya geldi. Bu defa da eşitlik–kardeşlik sloganı altında Boşnaklık, millî ve dinî şuuru henüz uyanamadan toplumsal baskıya maruz kaldı, ayrımcılık, ırkçılık damgasını yedi. Dilimizin resmi adı Sırpça-Hırvatçaydı. Ancak dilimizin ismini koruyamadıysak da şivemizin veya söyleyişimizin ince özelliklerini korumuş olduk.
Bu bağlamda düşünürsek Selimoviç de zamanında kendi kimliğini ne Boşnak ne de Müslüman olarak belirtebilirdi, çünkü Yugoslavya'nın yasaları Boşnak ulusunu tanımıyordu. Bosna'daki Katolikler kendilerini Hırvat, Ortodokslar Sırp, Müslümanların bir kısmı Hırvat, bir kısmı Sırp, bir kısmı da ''kararsız'' olarak tanımlıyordu. Ta 70'lere kadar bu böyleydi; 1973 senesinde ilan edilen anayasaya Müslümanlar, ulusal kimliği tanımlanmış bir unsur olarak dahil edilmiştir. Dil ise yasal olarak Sırpça-Hırvatça veya Hırvatça-Sırpça olarak tanımlanmıştır. Kanunların dahi kabul etmediği, adını zikretmediği bir millet ve bir dil varlığını nasıl ispatlayabilirdi ki?
Bu uzunca açıklamayı şunu söylemek amacıyla yaptım; Mehmed Selimoviç'in dili de, romanının ve diğer romanlarının konusu da Bosna'daki İslam gelenekleri üzerinden Boşnakça olarak inşa edilmiş Boşnak kültüründen beslenmiş bir edebiyattır. Dinî prensiplerinden dönmüş, şu veya bu sebeplerden dinden uzaklaşmış, sadece ismiyle de olsa sekülarize bir Müslüman olarak eserlerini yine de bu medeniyetin temelinde oluşturur. Selimoviç'in eseri Boşnak edebiyatına ait, başka dillere aktarılması gereken, dünyanın edebi mirasında yer almaya değer bir eser.
Selimoviç, neden tasavvufu bir zemin olarak kullanıyor ve onun dünyası üzerinden anlatıyor hikâyesini?
Komünizme sanki bir derviş gibi intisaplıydı. Kardeşi (romandaki Hasan) komünist iktidarı tarafından idam edildi. Hasan daha serbest görüşlüydü, Mesa ise zamanında komünizmin zühdünü yaşayan biriydi. Parti onun tekkesiydi gibiydi adeta, tarikatıydı.
1980'lerde Türkiyede en çok okunan kitaplardan biri İvo Andriç'in Drina Köprüsü romanıydı. Bu romanda Osmanlı'dan bugüne Boşnak tarihine ve sosyal-kültürel yaşamına bir köprünün tanıklığıyla bakılıyordu. Burada da Hırvat kökenli bir yazarın elinden çıkmış bir metin sözkonusu... Bu metin Boşnak edebiyatından bakıldığında nasıl bir yere sahiptir? Neye karşılık gelmektedir?
Andriç'in mezkur eseri yazarına Nobel Ödülü kazandıran bir eser. Tabii ki dünyanın birçok yerinde Osmanlı aleyhtarlığı, Osmanlı'ya karşı beslenen nefret en takdir edilen retoriklerden biriydi. Hatta bu bugün de devam ediyor. Edebiyat elbisesi giydirilmiş tarihe gelince, az gerçek bol yalanla süslenmiş nefretin ödüllendirilmesi ne ilktir ne de yeni... Biz ise –biz derken zikredilen tarih ve kültür hakkında birinci derece kaynaklar üzerinden elde edilmiş gerçek bilgi sahiplerini kastediyorum– roman fiksiyon deriz, tarihi anlatmıyor deriz, kaynaklar ortada, kaynakları yorumlamadan doğruyu göstermekten yanayız deriz... Ama milletin kaynaklara merakı da malum. Siz de biliyorsunuz, Muhteşem Yüzyılda Kanuni'nin başına neler geldi!
Biz dindar veya dinî hassasiyeti olan Müslümanlar ise bağıra çağıra, ''din ve tarih düşmanı'' diye lanetliyoruz, ancak komplekssiz ve bilinçli şekilde, edebiyatın ilkelerine sadık kalarak, milleti kitaba veya televizyona bağlayacak bir roman, bir senaryo yazacak kimse çıkmıyor aramızdan. Eleştiri dışındaki her şey için kısırlaştık adeta. Denesek bile arkamızda duracak, projemizi destekleyecek, reklamını yapacak bir hami yok.
Yine de soğukkanlı bir şekilde oturup eseri okumak lazım. İster antisemitizm olsun, ister İslam'a veya herhangi bir inanca karşı olsun, nefret üzerine ne giydirilirse giydirilsin, bu nefret nasıl süslenirse süslensin özünü tanıyıp şiddetle kınamalıyız onu. Tabii nefreti tanıyıp açıklayanların da nefreti beslemekle suçlanması mümkündür. Bir atasözümüzün tanzirini paylaşmak isterim, bu tanzire (aslına benzeterek yapma) göre, "Nefretle yazan değil, nefreti tanıyan suçludur."
Türk okuru Balkanların hikayesini bu iki romancı vasıtasıyla okudu da diyebiliriz. Neden İvo Andriç ve Meşa Selimoviç, sizce bu isimler yeterli mi? Boşnak kültürünü ve insanını anlatan fakat Türk okurunun henüz tanımadığı yazarlar var mı?
Kesinlikle yeterli değil. Edebiyatımız sadece iki isimden ibaret olamaz. Türk okurunun tanıdığı yazarlarımız var, örneğin Süleyman Mezaki, Sabit Bosnevi, Hersekli Arif Hikmet, Füsüs şarihi Abdullah Bosnevi ve Abdi mahlaslı Abdullah Bosnevi....
20. yüzyıl müeddiblerini kastediyorsanız, tabii ki birçok değerli yazar var. Birkaç isim zikredeyim: Derviş Suşiç, Skender Kulenoviç, Çamil Siyariç gibileri 20. yüzyılın ikinci yarısına damga vurmuş romancılarımızdı, Mehmedaliya Mak Dizdar ise zirve şairlerimizden biri. Mezkur isimlerin dışında, 2011 senesinde vefat eden romancı ve hikayeci Necad İbrişimoviç, şair, senaryo, oyun ve roman yazarı Abdulah Sidran, hâlihazırda aramızda oyun, roman, deneme, hikaye, tiyatro eleştirisi yazarı dramaturg Cevad Karahasan, nacizane fikrimce yaşayan en iyi yazarımızdır ve Alman okurunun iyi bildiği bir isimdir. Hatta bazı kitaplarını ilk olarak Almanca, ardında da Boşnakça yayınlıyor. Fakat burada sorun yazarda değil, kendisi yazarken eserini bölüm bölüm Almanca'ya çevirtiyor, çünkü Bosna'daki yayıncılık ağır, ne yeterince devlet desteği, ne de satış var... Eserlerinin Almancasını bulup okumanızı, hatta Almanca üzerinden Türkçe'ye çevirtmenizi tavsiye ediyorum. Her açıdan değer! Bir de genç yazarlarımızdan, Amerika'da yaşayan Semezdin Mehmedinoviç ile Aleksandar Hemon'un bazı eserleri Türkçe'ye çevrilmiş yanılmıyorsam. Genç şairlerimizden parlak bir isim olarak Asmir Kuyoviç'i de gururla zikretmeliyim...
Peki bahsettiğim bu iki yazarın Türk okurlarınca bu kadar yakından takip edilip sevilmesini nasıl değerlendiriyorsunuz? Onların Türkçe'ye tercüme edilmesindeki etkenler sizce nelerdi?
Birincisi, bizi, Türkleri-Osmanlıları zikretmişler, zikretsinler yeter, kötüleseler de yeter ki bizi konuşsunlar gibi bir düşünce tarzı var. İkincisi, dönemin tavrı bu, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nde bile Osmanlı'ya karşı nefret söz konusu. Bunu da nedenler arasında görebiliriz, çünkü Osmanlılar acımasız, cani olarak gösterilmiş Andriç'te. Bu romanların beğenilmesi için üçüncü sebep de Nobel ödülünü kazanmış olması; dünya beğendi biz de beğenelim, ''kral çıplak'' meselesi yani. Ama bütün bunlar bir tarafa, Selimoviç yazar mı, yazar! Selimoviç'in gerçek değerini asla gözardı edemeyiz...
Osmanlı döneminde Hersekli Arif gibi çok güçlü Boşnak şairlerin olduğunu biliyoruz ve bu şairler Divan Edebiyatı geleneği içinde eserler veriyorlar. Bu gelenek ne zaman kırılıyor veya nasıl evriliyor, Türk edebiyatıyla ''kader ortaklığı'' var mı?
Osmanlıca, yani Türkçe Osmanlı döneminde hiçbir zaman halk arasında konuşulan bir dil olmadı Bosna'da, ancak bürokrasinin, edebiyatın dili olarak hâkimdi.
Kader ortaklığına gelince; hikaye hemen hemen aynı, bu gelenek yeni edebi akımlarla Anadolu'da da kırılıyor, Boşnaklar ise biraz daha direnmeye çalışıyorlar... Malumdur ki, bu eserlerin büyük bir kısmı Osmanlıca, yani Türkçe olarak yazılmıştır. İlk olarak Divan Edebiyatı geleneğini, sonra Türkçe olarak edebiyat yapma geleneğini, sonra da bu edebiyatı okuma, yorumlama ve anlama geleneğini terk ettik... Hem modası geçmiş, hem de Osmanlı bizi zaten terk etti, şeklindeki bir psikolojinin etkisi de olabilir, bir kırgınlık, bir kızgınlık da... Bize olanlar oldu anlayacağınız! Peki ya size? Bosna'nın kültür hayatında tekkelerin ve tasavvufun önemli bir yer tuttuğu malum. Boşnak edebiyatında bizdeki geleneğe denk gelen bir Tekke edebiyatından söz edebilir miyiz ve önemli temsilcileri kimlerdir? Bugün de devam etmekte midir?
Bosna Hersek nüfüs oranına göre düşünürsek hatırı sayılır bir tekke edebiyatı geleneğine sahip. Tabii Anadolu ile sayıca kıyaslanamaz olsa da burayı etkilemiş isimler var; kimileri hem Divan hem de Tekke edebiyatına katkı sağlamış, kimileri sadece Tekke edebiyatına. Anadolu'da da bilinen Hasan Kaimi'den başlayarak, Abdurrahman Sirri Sikiriç -Osmanlı kayıtlarında Baltaoğlu olarak geçer-, son tekke şairlerimizden, bildiğimiz kadarıyla tasavvuf eğitimini Bursa'da, Avdulvehab İlhamı üzerinden almış bulunan Halveti Seyfi mahlaslı Seyfullah İblizoviç... Yüzlerce Türkçe ilahi yazan Seyfi hariç olmak üzere, zikrettiğimiz şairler Tekke edebiyatına hem Boşnakça hem de Türkçe şiirler kazandırmışlardır.
Tekke edebiyatının edebi değerinin Divan edebiyatının değerinden daha düşük olduğuna dair görüşler vardır. Bununla Tekke edebiyatına haksızlık yapılıyor kanaatimce. Çünkü şairler Divan edebiyatı türlerinde yazarken de, Boşnakça veya Türkçe ilahiler yazarken de şüphesiz dinleyici veya okuyucu kitlesini göz önünde bulundurmuşlardır. Bir taraftan hedef kitlesini, bir taraftan da şiirin kullanılacağı alanı göz önünde bulundurarak fikir ve hissiyatını söylemeyi başarmışlardır.
Tekke edebiyatının maksadı dini duyguları uyandırmak, zikre teşvik etmek, geniş kitlelere ezberlerinde kalacak bir şeyleri öğretmek ise, bu geniş kitlelerin anlayacağı en sade dil ve üslubu kullanmaları gerekiyordu. Buna rağmen bu şairlerin ne bilgi birikimi, ne dil kabiliyeti, ne edebiyat ve üslup bilgisi, ne de edebi yetenek konusunda eksiklikleri vardır.
Mezkur şairlerin Divan edebiyatı türlerine bakılınca, bunların ne kadar ciddi, yetenekli ve bilgili şair oldukları da ortaya çıkar. Ancak, biz edebiyat tarihçileri, teorisyenleri ve eleştirmenleri olarak sadece küçük, seçilmiş aydın kesimlere hitap eden şair ve yazarları takdir ediyoruz, diğerlerini özellikle popüler bir üslupla

چار سال گوانتاناموبے میں قید رہ کر رہائی پانے والے بھائی معظم بیگ کو دوبارہ قید کرلیا گیا بالکل پہلے دفعہ کی طرح بغیر کسی جرم کے ہاں انکا جرم یہ ہے کہ مظلوم مسلمانوں کی خدمت اور انکے لئے آواز اٹھانا برادر معظم بیگ مسلمان قیدیوں کیلئے آواز اٹھاتے رہے ہم اگر انکے لئے کچھ نہیں کرسکتے ہاتھ اٹھا کر دعا ہی کرلیں
اللہ برادر معظم بیگ کو کفار کی قید سے رہائی عطا فرمائی اور انہیں خیر وعافیت کیساتھ گھروالوں کے درمیان لوٹا دے-آمین
الْمُسْلِمُ أَخُو الْمُسْلِمِ لاَ يَظْلِمُهُ وَلاَ يُسْلِمُهُ مَنْ كَانَ فِي حَاجَةِ أَخِيهِ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ فِي حَاجَتِهِ وَمَنْ فَرَّجَ عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ كُرْبَةً فَرَّجَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ بِهَا كُرْبَةً مِنْ كُرَبِ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَمَنْ سَتَرَ مُسْلِمًا سَتَرَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ
A Muslim is a Muslim's brother: he does not wrong him or abandon him. If anyone cares for his brother's need, Allah will care for his need ; if anyone removes a Muslim's anxiety, Allah will remove from him, on account of it, one of the anxieties of the Day of resurrection ; and if anyone conceals a Muslim's fault, Allah will conceal his fault on the Day of resurrection

جمہوریت کے سینے میں چھپے کفر:
أ: انسانی عقل و خواہش کو وحی پر فوقیت:
جمہوریت میں عقلِ انسانی کو وحی سے بڑا درجہ دیا گیا ہے۔ جمہوری نظام میں وحی اس وقت قابلِ قبول نہیں جب تک عقلِ انسانی ( اراکینِ پارلیمینٹ) اس کو منظور نہ کر لیں۔ ایسا کرنے کو فقہائے امت نے صریح کفر کہا ہے ۔بلکہ جمہوریت تو اس سے بھی آگے جاتے ہوئے انسانی خواہش کو بھی وحی پر مقدم رکھتی ہے اور اس کے کفر میں بھلا کیسے شک ہو سکتا ہے؟
اللہ کا نازل کردہ کوئی بھی قانون اس وقت تک واجب العمل نہیں بن سکتا جب تک کہ پارلیمینٹ کے اراکین اس کی منظوری نہ دے دیں۔ یقیناًیہ ایسا کفر ہے جو ملت (ملتِ اسلامی) سے خارج کرنے والا ہے۔مثلاً اللہ تعالیٰ نے شادی شدہ زانی مرد و عورت کی سزا کا قانون اپنی سچی کتاب میں اپنے آخری رسول ﷺ پر نازل فرما دیا اور اسی کو اس امت کے لئے قانون کے طور پر باقی رکھا گیا۔ لیکن اس جمہوری نظام میں اللہ کا بنایا ہوا یہ قانون (نعوذ باللہ ) اس لائق نہیں کہ اس کو اس جمہوری پارلیمینٹ کی منظوری کے بغیر بھی قابلِ عمل سمجھا جا سکے ۔ معلوم یہ ہوا کہ اگر کوئی قانون اسلام کے مطابق بنایا بھی جاتا ہے تو اسے اس بناء پر قانون مانا نہیں جاتا کہ وہ قانون اللہ نے بنایا ہے بلکہ اس لیے تسلیم کیا جا ہے کہ اس کو انسانی عقل یعنی اس جمہوری نظام کے کارندوں نے اس قابل سمجھا ہے کہ اس کو آئین کا حصہ بنایا جائے ورنہ اگر اللہ کا حکم ہی کافی ہوتا تو اس کو انسانوں کی منظوری اور بِل پیش کرنے کا محتاج نہ بنایا جاتا بلکہ اس عمل کے بغیر ہی اس قانون کو تسلیم کر لیا جاتا جو احکم الحاکمین نے اپنے حبیب ﷺ پر نازل فرمایا۔
قرآنِ کریم میں اللہ تعالیٰ نے اس برائی کو یوں بیان فرمایا:
ذَلِکُم بِأَنَّہُ إِذَا دُعِیَ اللَّہُ وَحْدَہُ کَفَرْتُمْ وَإِن یُشْرَکْ بِہِ تُؤْمِنُوا فَالْحُکْمُ لِلَّہِ الْعَلِیِّ الْکَبِیْرِ (غافر : ۱۲)
''تمہاری یہ حالت(جہنم میں ہمیشہ رہنے کی) اس وجہ سے ہے کہ جب صرف ایک اللہ کی دعوت دی جاتی تو تم انکار کر دیتے اور اگر اللہ کے ساتھ شریک بنایا جاتا تو تم مان لیتے سو (دنیا میں )سارا قانون اللہ ہی کے لئے ہے ۔جو بزرگ و برتر ہے۔''
اس جمہوریت کا کفر بھی یہی ہے کہ اللہ کی شریعت کو
