Afghanistan - die 8jährige Schwester eines Taliban-Kommandeurs soll von der afghanischen Polizei festgenommen worden sein. Das Mädchen trug eine SprengstoffWeste und sollte sich in der Nähe eines Polizei-Grenzposten sprengen. Dass der Islam Kindersoldaten ausdrücklich verbietet und gerade Kinder man von kriegerischen Konflikten fernhalten soll, da sie einen besonderen Schutz genießen, schien den TalibanKommandeur nicht zu interessieren.

Malik ibn Dinar war ein Gefährtennachfolger [tabiun], der auch als Überlieferer [rawi] bekannt ist. Zuweilen wird er auch in den Listen der Gefährten geführt.
Er wird unter anderem von Malik ibn Anas zitiert.
Er war der Sohn eines Sklaven aus dem Iran, der zu einem Schüler von Hasan al-Basri aufstieg. Er starb im Alter von 90 Jahren in Basra.

أسفر عن 5 شهداء وعشرات الجرحى والشهداء هم
1.محمود رفعت الفار
2.محمد صهيب القديس
3.محمود حمدي طفوري
4.حسام أبو احمد.
5.علاء فريج
6. محمود عبد الله طه إستشهد بعد تشييع الشهداء في مظاهرة اتجهت أول المخيم الى حاجز القيادة العامة وفتح الانتفاضة
7. فيما عثر على الشهيد والذي إستشهد قنصا أثناء محاولته جلب بعض الحشائش في بساتين الحجر الأسود
.كما إستشهد جوعا أمس جراء الحصار المفروض شهدين وهما
8. اللاجئ الفلسطيني محمد جمعة والبالغ من العمر 40 عاما
ً9. أحمد عبدالحميد محمد 27 عاما .

KIBLAT.NET— Kembali Abu Muhammad Al-Maqdisi atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Syaikh Al-Maqdisi memberikan nasehatnya untuk Mujahidin Suriah. Nasehat ini masih berkisar konflik yang terjadi di antara shaf Mujahidin.
Dalam nasehat ini, Al-Maqdisi mengulang-ulang peringatan bahwa musuh-musuh sedang bersatu untuk memadamkan jihad Suriah. Maka, yang persatuan merupakan hal yang mutlak diperlukan menghadapi kondisi bahaya sepreti sekarang ini.
Ia juga mengingatkan bahwa jihad Suriah saat ini adalah jihad defensif yang seharusnya memberikan ruang tasamuh lebih longgar terhadap hal-hal yang dinilai belum sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Desperate times lead to desperate measures; A fostering scheme has been set up in Leicester where families will be paid to take care of not children but the elderly!
Did you know there are up to a million elderly people consigned to a life of loneliness and ill health because families are TOO busy to look after their elderly relatives!
Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt called it; 'Our national shame,' in a recent speech where he blasted British society for their neglect of its elderly. To be honest I'm not surprised, is this not the inevitable result of an individualistic society where looking after 'Number 1' is priority?
It's heart wrenching to think that so many parents who brought lovingly up their children, cared for them when they were sick are now being left to fend for themselves in their old age. Yet this is a problem that would be dealt with so easily under the Khlilafah.
Firstly, the Prophet (saw) said: "He, who is not merciful to our youngsters and does not fulfil the rights of our elderly, is not one of us" [Abu Dawud].
So a certain mindset is built of compassion towards the elderly based upon accountability to the Creator. Secondly the shariah dictates that relatives who are entitled to inheritance from a person have a duty of responsibility to financially maintain such a person ( ie an elderly parent) if they are unable to do so themselves. Finally if someone has no such relatives to maintain them – or if their relatives were unable to afford this, then provisions would be made from the state Treasury – Bait al Maal – since Prophet Mohammad (saw) said: 'Whoever leaves after a wealth, it belongs to his inheritors, and if he left weak (Kall), they will be of our responsibility" [Muslim].
Our elderly parents would not be viewed as a burden under the Khlilafah rather they would be honoured, loved and valued just as they treated us when we were vulnerable and of need.

Assad steht für Terror
Geld für die Hungernden zu sammeln ist bitter nötig. Trotzdem bleibt Skepsis angebracht. Denn bislang hat das Regime fast alle Hilfsgüter einkassiert.
Nachdem er den Kampf militärisch noch immer nicht für sich entscheiden konnte, trotz unausgesetztem Flächenbombardements und der Hilfe durch extrem gewalttätige Islamisten, die ebenfalls die demokratische Opposition bekämpfen, ist Terror für Assad das Gebot der Stunde. Terror durch Hunger und durch Islamisten. Das alles ist längst bekannt. Trotzdem hält der Westen stur daran fest, der Diktator sei der einzig verbleibende Garant für Stabilität und noch immer Bollwerk gegen den Islamismus. Entsprechend hört man nichts davon, dass Ban_Ki-Moon Assad im Vorfeld der für den 22. Januar angesetzten Konferenz Genf II eine Waffenruhe abzuringen versuche oder zumindest das Zugeständnis, die Arbeit internationaler Hilfsorganisationen nicht länger zu behindern. Wenn das Regime aber weiter die Hilfsgüter beschlagnahmt, dann läuft man Gefahr, mit den gesammelten Spenden vor allem Assads Krieg gegen die Zivilbevölkerung zu finanzieren. Der hat bereits um die 140.000 Tote gekostet. Wie viele Syrer müssen noch sterben, bevor der Westen Assad endlich fallen lässt?

Das Organisationskomittee Syrische Revolution Stuttgart veranstaltet am Samstag, den 18.01.2014 wieder eine Mahnwache auf dem Stuttgarter Schlossplatz. Aufgrund der andauernden Belagerung von Yarmouk und vielen anderen Städten und Stadtvierteln und den bereits unzähligen Hungertoten, haben wir diese Mahnwache Yarmouk gewidmet. "Jewels of Islam"
Jewels of Islam ist eine muslimische Frauenorganisation mit 120 Mitgliedern in Pennsylvania die sich zu Aufgabe gemacht hat vernachlässigte Sinoren Kostenfrei zu betreuen. Sie besuchen ältere Menschen, machen ihnen Mut und ermutigen sie wieder den Schritt in sozialer Umgebung zu wagen. Einige der Senioren haben bereits angefangen wieder die Schule zu besuchen oder sogar einer geregelten Arbeit nachzugehen. Vorallem depressive und isolierte Senioren konnten geholfen werden.
Die Nächste Aufgabe bzw. Herausforderung der "Jewels of Islam" ist sich mal die Jugend anzupacken.
Jewels of Islam treffen sich alle zwei Wochen in der muslimischen Gemeinde "Masjidullah" und besprechen weitere vorgehensweise.

کسب روحانی کے لیے آپ (حضرت علی ہجویری رحمتہ اللہ علیہ) نے شام، عراق، فارس، قہستان، آزربائیجان، طبرستان، خوزستان، کرمان، خراسان، ،وراء النہر اور ترکستان وغیرہ کا سفر کیا۔ ان ممالک میں بے شمار لوگوں سے ملے اور ان کی صحبتوں سے فیض حاصل کیا۔ صرف خراسان میں جن مشائخ سے آپ ملے ان کی تعداد تین سو ہے۔ ان کے بارے میں فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے خراسان میں تین سو اشخاص ایسے دیکھے ہیں کہ ان میں سے صرف ایک سارے جہان کے لیے کافی ہے۔
دوسرے ہم عصر جن سے متاثر ہوئے
اپنے زمانے کے جن بزرگوں سے آپ خاص طور پر متاثر ہوئے ان کے اسمائے گرامی یہ ہیں۔ ان کے بارے میں تاثرات بھی قوسین میں درج ہیں۔ شیخ محمد زکی بن العلا رحمتہ اللہ علیہ (زمانے کے سردار اور محبت کا شعلہ)، شیخ القاسم سدسی رحمتہ اللہ علیہ (پیر مجاہدہ)، شیخ الشیوخ ابو الحسن بن سالبہ رحمتہ اللہ علیہ (توحید میں روشن بیان)، شیخ ابواسحاق بن شہریار (صاحب دبدبہ)، شیخ ابوالحسن علی بن بکران (بزرگ صوفی)، شیخ ابو عبداللہ جلیدی رحمتہ اللہ علیہ (بہت احترام والے)، شیخ ابو طاہر مکشوف (جلیل القدر بزرگ)، شیخ احمد بن شیخ خرقانی، خواجہ علی بن الحسین السیر کانی (وقت کے سیاح)، شیخ مجتہد ابوالعباس دامغانی (خدا کے اقبال کا سایہ)، خواجہ ابو جعفر محمد بن علی الجومینی (محقق بزرگ)، خواجہ رشید مظفر بن شیخ ابو سعید (دلوں کا قبلہ)، خواجہ شیخ احمد جمادی سرخسی (وقت کے پہلوان) اور شیخ احمد نجاّر سمرقندی (زمانے کے بادشاہ) رحمہم اللہ۔
دو اہم واقعات
اپنے تلاش و جستجو کے زمانے کا ایک واقعہ بیان کرتے ہوئے فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک دفعہ مجھے ایک مشکل پیش آئی۔ اس کے حل کے لیے میں نے بہت مجاہدے کیے۔ مگر یہ مشکل حل نہ ہوئی۔ اس سے پہلے بھی مجھے ایک مشکل پیش آئی تھی اور اس کے حل کے لیے میں نے حضرت شیخ ابو یزید رحمتہ اللہ علیہ کی قبر کی مجاوری اختیار کر کے اس پر غور وفکر کیا تھا اور میری وہ مشکل وہاں حل ہو گئی تھی۔ اب کے میں نے پھر ایسا کیا۔ برابر تین ماہ تک ان کا مجاور (پڑوسی) بنا رہا۔ ہر روز تین مرتبہ غسل کرتا رہا۔ اور تیس دفعہ وضو کرتا رہا۔ لیکن میری یہ مشکل حل نہ ہوئی۔ بالآخر میں نے خراسان جانے کا ارادہ کیا اور راستے میں رات کے وقت ایک خانقاہ میں رات بسر کرنے کے لیے ٹھہرا۔ وہاں صوفیوں کی ایک جماعت بھی تھی۔ میرے پاس اس وقت موٹے کھُردرے ٹاٹ کی ایک گودڑی تھی۔ اور وہی میں نے پہن رکھی تھی۔ ہاتھ میں ایک عصا اور کوزہ (لوٹا) تھا۔ اس کے سوا اور کوئی سامان میرے پاس نہیں تھا۔ ان صوفیوں نے مجھے بہت حقارت کی نظر سے دیکھا۔ اور اپنے خاص انداز میں ایک دوسرے سے کہا کہ یہ ہم میں سے نہیں ہے۔ اور وہ اپنی اس بات میں سچے تھے، کیونکہ میں فی الواقع ان میں سے نہ تھا۔ میں تو محض ایک مسافر کی حیثیت سے رات بسر کرنے کے لیے ان کے پاس پہنچ گیا تھا۔ ورنہ ان کے طور طریقوں سے میرا کوئی

Wann ist die richtige Zeit, um die Sūrah al-Kahf am Freitag zu lesen?
Frage:
Wann ist entsprechend der Sunnah die richtige Zeit, um die Sūrah al-Kahf am Freitag zu lesen? Sollte es nach dem Fajr und vor dem Jumu`ah Gebet sein oder irgendwann am Freitag? Gehört es außerdem zur Sunnah, die Sūrah Āl-`Imrān am Freitag zu rezitieren und falls ja, wann ist dafür die richtige Zeit?
Antwort:
Alles Lob gebührt Allāh.
Es gibt sahīh Ahādīth von dem Propheten (Allāhs Frieden und Segen seien auf ihm) betreffend die Vorzüge des Lesens der Sūrah al-Kahf während des Tages oder in der Nacht des Jumu`ah (Freitag).
Dazu gehören die folgenden:
1. - Von Abu Sa`īd al-Khudri, der sagte: „Wer die Sūrah al-Kahf in der Nacht des Jumu`ah liest, wird ein Licht haben, das sich zwischen ihm und dem Haus (der Ka`bah) ausbreitet." (al-Darimi #3407; der Hadīth wurde von Scheikh al-Albāni in Sahīh al-Jāmi` #6471 für sahīh befunden).
2. - „Wer die Sūrah al-Kahf am Tag des Jumu`ah liest, wird ein Licht haben, das für ihn von einem Freitag zum nächsten scheint." (al-Hākim #2/399, al-Bayhaqi #3/249; ibn Hajar sagte in Takhrīj al-Adhkār, dass der Hadīth hasan und dass es der stärkste Bericht über das Lesen der Sūrah al-Kahf sei; siehe: Fayd al-Qadīr #6/198; von Scheikh al-Albāni in Sahīh al-Jāmi` #6470 als sahīh klassifiziert).
3. - Es wird berichtet, dass ibn `Umar (möge Allāh mit ihm zufrieden sein) sagte: „Der Gesandte Allāhs (Allāhs Frieden und Segen seien auf ihm) sagte: `Wer die Sūrah al-Kahf am Jumu`ah liest, für den wird ein Licht von unter seinen Füßen bis zu den Wolken des Himmels strahlen, das für ihn am Tag der Auferstehung scheint, und ihm wird vergeben (seine Sünden) zwischen den zwei Freitagen.`" (Al-Mundhiri sagte, dass dies von Abu Bakr ibn Mardawayh in seinem Tafsīr berichtet wurde, mit einem Isnād, an dem nichts auszusetzen war. (al-Targhīb wa-l-Tarhīb #1/298).
Die Sūrah kann während der Nacht oder am Tag des Jumu`ah gelesen werden. Die Nacht des Jumu`ah beginnt ab Sonnenuntergang am Donnerstag und endet mit dem folgenden Sonnenuntergang. Daher erstreckt sich der Zeitraum zum Lesen der Sūrah vom Sonnenuntergang des Donnerstag bis zum Sonnenuntergang am Freitag.
Al-Mannāwi sagte: „Al-Hāfiz ibn Hajar sagte in seinem Amāli: `In einigen Berichten wird gesagt, dass es der Tag des Jumu`ah ist und in anderen Berichten wird gesagt, dass es die Nacht des Jumu`ah ist. Dies kann dadurch in Einklang gebracht werden, dass das, was als Tag bezeichnet wird, die Nacht mit einschließt und vice versa.`" (Fayd al-Qadīr #6/199).
Al-Mannāwi sagte außerdem: „Es ist empfohlen, sie zu am Tag oder in der Nacht des Jumu`ah zu lesen, wie al-Schāfa`i (möge Allāh ihm barmherzig sein) bestätigte." (Fayd al-Qadīr #6/198).
Es gibt keine sahīh Ahādīth über das Lesen der Sūrah Āl-`Imrān am Freitag. Alle diesbezüglichen Berichte sind entweder da`īf jiddan (sehr schwach) oder maudū` (erfunden).
Es wird von ibn `Abbās berichtet: „Der Prophet (Allāhs Frieden und Segen seien auf ihm) sagte: `Wer am Freitag die Sūrah rezitiert, in der die Familie von `Imrān (Āl `Imrān) erwähnt wird, dem werden Allāh und Sein Engel Segnungen senden bis die Sonne untergeht.`" (al-Tabarāni in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat #6/191; und al-Kabīr #11/48. Dieser Hadīth ist da`īf jiddan – sehr schwach – oder maudū` –erfunden).
Al-Haythami sagte: „Dies wurde von al-Tabarāni in al-Awsat oder al-Kabīr berichtet und sein Isnād beinhaltet Talhah ibn Zayd al-Riqqi, der da`īf jiddan (sehr schwach) ist." (Majma' al-Zawā'id #2/168).
Ibn Hajar sagte: „Talhah ist sehr schwach und Ahmad und Abu Dawūd beschuldigten ihn, Überlieferungen zu erfinden." (siehe Fayd al-Qadīr #6/199).
Scheikh al-Albāni sagte: „Er ist maudū` (erfunden)." (siehe Hadīth #5759 in Da`īf al-Jāmi`).
Und al-Taymi berichtete in al-Targhīb, dass „Wer die Sūrah al-Baqarah und die Sūrah Āl-`Imrān in der Nacht von Jumu`ah rezitiert, erhält eine Belohnung entsprechend dem, was zwischen der siebten Erde und dem siebten Himmel ist."
Al-Mannāwi sagte: „Er ist gharīb da`īf jiddan (fremd und sehr schwach). (Fayd al-Qadīr #6/199)
Und Allāh weiß es am besten.

Wann ist die richtige Zeit, um die Sūrah al-Kahf am Freitag zu lesen?
Frage:
Wann ist entsprechend der Sunnah die richtige Zeit, um die Sūrah al-Kahf am Freitag zu lesen? Sollte es nach dem Fajr und vor dem Jumu`ah Gebet sein oder irgendwann am Freitag? Gehört es außerdem zur Sunnah, die Sūrah Āl-`Imrān am Freitag zu rezitieren und falls ja, wann ist dafür die richtige Zeit?
Antwort:
Alles Lob gebührt Allāh.
Es gibt sahīh Ahādīth von dem Propheten (Allāhs Frieden und Segen seien auf ihm) betreffend die Vorzüge des Lesens der Sūrah al-Kahf während des Tages oder in der Nacht des Jumu`ah (Freitag).
Dazu gehören die folgenden:
1. - Von Abu Sa`īd al-Khudri, der sagte: „Wer die Sūrah al-Kahf in der Nacht des Jumu`ah liest, wird ein Licht haben, das sich zwischen ihm und dem Haus (der Ka`bah) ausbreitet." (al-Darimi #3407; der Hadīth wurde von Scheikh al-Albāni in Sahīh al-Jāmi` #6471 für sahīh befunden).
2. - „Wer die Sūrah al-Kahf am Tag des Jumu`ah liest, wird ein Licht haben, das für ihn von einem Freitag zum nächsten scheint." (al-Hākim #2/399, al-Bayhaqi #3/249; ibn Hajar sagte in Takhrīj al-Adhkār, dass der Hadīth hasan und dass es der stärkste Bericht über das

Sunna folgen, Istikâmet, Gottesdienst und Moral, Seelsorge
Die muslimischen Religionsgemeinschaften haben in dieser Woche verschiedene Themenschwerpunkte: Die Bedeutung der Befolgung der Sunna wird ebenso betont, wie die Aufrichtigkeit und Ehrlichkeit oder die Auswirkungen von Gottesdiensten auf die Moral. Auf ZDF Info geht es um die Seelsorge für Muslime.
Der Sunna folgen
In der heutigen Hutba der Islamischen Gemeinschaft Millî Görüş (IGMG) geht es um die Bedeutung, der Sunna zu folgen, also dem Vorbild und der Lebensweise des Propheten Muhammads (s). Der Prophet habe nicht nur die Botschaft des Korans verkündet, sondern zugleich die koranischen Gebote auf beste Weise umgesetzt. Zugleich gibt die Sunna laut IGMG Auskunft über die Gebote und Verbote im Islam und ist für Muslime die wichtigste Quelle nach dem Koran. Sie ist für alle Muslime verbindlich.
Hervorgehoben wird, dass die Sunna für ein besseres Verständnis des Korans äußerst wichtig sei. Der Koran könne ohne die Sunna nicht wirklich verstanden und umgesetzt werden. Folglich versuche man, so zu leben wie der Prophet. Dies dürfe jedoch nicht in Form einer reinen Imitation geschehen, sondern müsse vielmehr als eine Lebensweise betrachtet werden. Muslime müssten den Grundgedanken des Korans und der Sunna verstehen und ihr Leben danach gestalten.
Man müsse sich ferner darum bemühen, den Koran und die Sunna zu lernen und anderen näherzubringen. „Wir müssen die Sunna unbedingt im eigenen Kreis der Familie lernen und leben. Auch unsere jungen Geschwister müssen regelmäßig zusammenkommen und sich gemeinsam darum bemühen, bessere Menschen im Sinne des Korans und der Sunna zu werden", erklärt die IGMG abschließend.
Istikâmet
Einem anderen Begriff widmet sich der Verband der Islamischen Kulturzentren (VIKZ). In ihrer heutigen Hutba wird das Thema Istikâmet behandelt. Dieser islamische Begriff meint Ehrlichkeit und Aufrichtigkeit – welche gute Muslime als Attribute auszeichnen. Die VIKZ macht in diesem Zusammenhang auf einen Eid aller Menschen aufmerksam. Zur Einhaltung dieses Eides gehöre es, in religiösen (Itikâd) und in weltlichen (Amel) Angelegenheiten weder in das eine noch in das andere Extrem zu verfallen.
„Ein ehrliches und aufrichtiges Leben im Rahmen der vorgegebenen Grenzen und genauso wie es befohlen wurde, zu führen, bedarf wahrlich ein Höchstmaß an Ernsthaftigkeit, Feingefühl und Hingabe. Es gibt keinen anderen Weg zu Allâh als durch Istikâmet, weswegen Istikâmet in allen Belangen eine sehr hohe und erstrebenswerte Position ist", erklärt der VIKZ.
Betont wird dabei die Bedeutung der „Ehrlichkeit der Zunge" und die „Aufrichtigkeit des Herzens". Denn das Herz sei das Zentrum aller Organe im Körper des Menschen. Ein Herz voller Aufrichtigkeit und Îmân (Glaube) stehe über den anderen Organen und gebiete über sie. Die Zunge sei das Sprachrohr des Herzens. Ihre Aufrichtigkeit oder Falschheit bedeute unmittelbar Aufrichtigkeit oder Falschheit der anderen Organe. Wer sein Leben in Istikâmet ausrichte, der würde der ewigen Glückseligkeit teil, erklärt der VIKZ.
Gottesdienst und Moral
Einen ganz anderen Schwerpunkt setzt auch die Türkisch-Islamische Union der Anstalt für Religion (DITIB) in ihrer heutigen Freitagspredigt. Gottesdienste seien zunächst Ausdruck der Ehrfurcht des Menschen vor Allah. Diese Ehrfurcht ließen den Menschen die Ge- und Verbote des Schöpfers achten. Gleichzeitig seien unter „Gottesdienst" auch Handlungen und Verhaltensweisen des Menschen zu verstehen, mit denen er seine „Pflicht als Diener erfüllt und seine Verbundenheit sowie seine Liebe zu Allah zum Ausdruck bringt."
Die DITIB macht auf den hohen Stellenwert des Gebets und des Fastens aufmerksam. Ebenso werden die Almosenabgabe Zakat, der Hadsch und der Opfergottesdienst thematisiert. In allen Punkten wird auf die besonderen Auswirkungen der Gottesdienste auf die Menschen aufmerksam gemacht. So halte das Gebet die Menschen von Übeln fern und das Fasten sei ein Schutzschild. Ebenso schütze die Zakat vor Geiz, erinnere der Hadsch an die Vergänglichkeit des Lebens und das Opfern helfe, sich besser zu kontrollieren.
„Gottesdienste lehren uns also die Liebe zu Allah wie die Ehrfurcht vor Ihm. Sie reinigen uns von allen möglichen schlechten Gedanken. Gläubige, die ihren Gottesdiensten regelmäßig nachgehen, haben Seine Ge- und Verbote im Blick. Sie sind gutmütig, bescheiden, haben immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und sprechen gute Worte. Sie trachten stets nach dem Wohlgefallen Allahs und damit nach Glück auf Erden wie später im Jenseits", erklärt die DITIB abschließend.
„Forum am Freitag" stellt Seelsorge von Muslimen vor
