    "Die Syrer werden sich nicht mehr vorschreiben lassen, wie sie zu leben haben – weder von Isil noch von anderen religiösen oder säkularen Tyrannen. Ziel muss deshalb sein, den Syrern nicht nur ein Leben in Freiheit und Würde, sondern auch einen politischen Selbstfindungsprozess zu ermöglichen, der weder von einer skrupellosen Machtclique verhindert noch von bewaffneten Dschihadisten torpediert wird. Auf diesem Weg, der steinig und voller Hindernisse sein wird, ist Assads Abgang der erste Schritt.

    Voraussetzung für eine Verhandlungslösung ist, dass die Parteien am Genfer Konferenztisch Einfluss auf die Kriegführenden im Land haben. So lange aber Assad direkt oder indirekt mitverhandelt, werden die Radikaleren unter den Rebellen eine Teilnahme verweigern. Deshalb bleibt nur, die Nationale Koalition und den mit ihr verbündeten Obersten Militärrat zu stärken. Erst wenn die FSA-Führung in Syrien militärisch die Oberhand hat, kann sie Brigaden der Islamischen Front im Falle einer politischen Einigung zu einem Waffenstillstand bewegen.

    Assad wiederum wird nur unter Androhung von Gewalt einlenken. Erst wenn er die Unterstützung Irans und Russlands verliert und sich einer geeinten, gut ausgestatteten Freien Syrischen Armee gegenübersieht, wird er zu politischen Kompromissen bereit sein. Folglich sollten Aktivisten und Rebellen, die mit der Nationalen Koalition zusammenarbeiten und dadurch Partner einer Verhandlungslösung sind, mit allem ausgestattet werden, was es für einen Sieg über das Regime und al-Qaida braucht.
    Ein dem Volk aufgezwungender Krieg

    Dabei geht es nicht um Bodentruppen oder großangelegte Nato-Manöver. Es geht nicht darum, wie in Libyen einen Regimewechsel herbeizubomben. Es geht auch nicht darum, wie im Irak aus imperialistischen Interessen einen Krieg zu beginnen. Nein, in Syrien geht es darum, einen Krieg beenden zu helfen, der den Syrern von ihrem Regime aufgezwungen wurde und der ein ganzes Volk zu vernichten droht. Schutzverantwortung nennt sich das. Und wo, wenn nicht in Syrien, sollte dieses neue völkerrechtliche Prinzip mehr Berechtigung haben?

    EU und USA sind aber bislang nicht bereit, sich ohne UN-Mandat militärisch zu engagieren. So richtig diese Zurückhaltung im Allgemeinen ist, im Falle Syriens ist sie kurzsichtig. Die gemäßigteren Kräfte werden ohne Unterstützung untergehen, der Aufstand wird sich dank islamistischen Finanziers weiter radikalisieren, und al-Qaida richtet sich weiter im zerfallenden Land ein."

    Das Resultat der kaputen Ideen dieser Gesellschaft.

    Juni 2012:
    Andreas S. (36) aus Groß Ilsede (Niedersachsen) ersticht seine vier Kinder (5, 7, 9 und 12) im Schlaf. Danach versucht er, sich selbst das Leben zu nehmen. Er wird zu 15 Jahren Haft verurteilt.

    Juni 2011:
    In Stade tötet eine Mutter (41) ihre beiden Töchter (3 und 5) auf bestialische Art. Sie gibt ihnen zuerst eine Überdosis Schlaftabletten, erdrosselt sie und sticht mit einem Messer auf die Dreijährige ein. Sie kommt danach in die Psychiatrie.

    Januar 2011:
    In Bremen tötet eine Auszubildende (20) ihr Baby direkt nach der Geburt.
    Juli 2010:Eine Polizistin (25) aus Verden (Niedersachsen) ersticht ihr Neugeborenes mit einer Schere. Sie wird wegen Totschlags zu viereinhalb Jahren Haft verurteilt.

    November 2008:
    Rüdiger W. aus Bad Bramstedt (Schleswig-Holstein) tötet seine Frau Jennifer (33), die Kinder Angelina (12) und Justin (11) und schließlich sich selbst. Das Motiv: finanzielle Schwierigkeiten.

    März 2007:
    Monika K. (26) bringt in ihrem Bad in Osdorf ein Baby zur Welt. Nach der Geburt wirft sie das Neugeborene vom Balkon des 11. Stockwerks ihrer Wohnung. Sie wird wegen Totschlags zu drei Jahren und neun Monaten Haft verurteilt.

    Zwischen 2006 und 2012:
    Eine Mutter tötet ihre fünf Babys in Husum. Zwei erstickt sie, zwei ersticht sie mit einer Schere, einem weiteren stopft sie Blätter in den Mund. Sie wird wegen Totschlags zu neun Jahren Haft verurteilt.

    1. Hab keine Zweifel im Du'a und zweifle nicht an seiner Erhörung, d. h. es soll nicht
    gesagt werden: „Verzeihe mir, wenn du willst.", sondern: „Verzeihe mir!" und sei sicher, dass
    dein Du'a erhört wird.
    Du sollst Allah (t.) mit dem ganzen Herzen rufen und es sollen dich keine deiner Sünden
    (egal, wie groß sie waren) daran hindern dein Du'a voller Demut zu tun, denn sogar das Du'a
    vom verfluchten Teufel direkt nach seiner Verfluchung wurde von Allah (t.) erhört (siehe
    Sura al-Hidschr 15:35-38):

    „Fluch soll auf dir (dem Teufel) sein bis zum Tag des Gerichts. Er sprach (der Teufel): `Mein
    Herr, so gewähre mir Aufschub bis zum Tage, an dem sie auferweckt

    Fiqh-Urteile über den Bart

    Wie folgt:

    Man wird in den 4 Rechtschulen der Ahlu Sunnah wal Jama3a einen Konsens darin finden, dass man den Schnurrbart kürzen soll und den Bart wachsen lassen soll und dass das Rasieren Haram ist. Man kann im Buch folgendes nachlesen:

    Man kann dieses Gebot auch in zahlreichen Ahadith des Gesandten Allahs nachlesen. So müssen wir uns an diesem Urteil halten, so gut es geht. Ferner sagt Allah im heiligen Quran:

    "Was euch der Prophet gegeben hat, das nehmet an und was er euch verboten hat, so verzichtet darauf." (Sura Haschr Vers 7)

    Heute leider haben viele unserer Geschwister in diesem Gebot stark nachgelassen, denn der Bart wird nicht nur rasiert und die Schnurrbärte lang gelassen, sondern wir finden unter uns zahlreiche Bart-rasuren in allen verschiedenen Formen und Aussehen. Manche lassen sich solche "stylo-Bärte" wachsen mit den schmalen kurzen Schnurrbärten und den Einkerbungen im Bart oder sonstiges. Leider passt man sich den Kuffar damit an und der edle Gesandte Allahs warnte uns schon zu genüge davor.

    Wir lesen folgendes im Buch "Durrul Muhtar", eines der Hauptbücher des Fiqh der hanafitischen Rechtschule:

    Was die länge des Bartes gemäß der hanafitischen Rechtschule angeht, so finden wir sie in folgender Seite des "Darrul Muhtar":

    "In dem Buch "Nihaye" ist es als Wajib (vorgeschrieben, unerlässlich) angesehen, Aber unter einer Handvoll zu schneiden wurde von keinem Faqih als Mubah (gut) angesehen." (Durrul Muhtar: 2/113)[/I]

    Dieser Rechtspruch ist außerdem in anderen annerkannten Fiqh-Büchern der hanafitischen Rechtschule, wie zum Beispiel "Fethul kadir" enthalten.

    Sheikh Abdurrahman Al-Dschazri (rahimaAllah) sagt in seinem Werk "Al-Fiqhu 3alal Mazahibil Arbaa":

    "Für die Hanafis ist es Haram, das ein Mann sich den Bart rasiert. und man darf es auch abschneiden. Es ist kein Problem, wenn man sich die Haare neben dem Bart wegnimmt." (Al-Fiqhu 3alal Mazahibil Arbaa: 2/51)

    Abul Hassan (rahimaAllah), einer der großen Gelehrten der malikitischen Rechtschule sagte in seinem "Scharhul Risalah" folgendes:

    Allama Sheikh Ahmad ibn Qasim Al-Abadi (rahimaAllah) sagt am Ende seines Werkes "Tuhfatul Muhtatsch Bi Scharhi Al-Minhaj" folgendes: "Auch wenn die großen Shafi3i Gelehrten, wie Imam Nawawi und Imam Rafi gesagt haben Das Rasieren ist Makruh
    so hat der Kommentator des Buches Ibnurafi gesagt, dass der Imam Shafi3i (rahimaAllah) in seinem Werk "Umm" eine Fatwa gab, dass das Rasieren Haram ist. Dies Dharkashi, Halimi, Al-Kaffal Asch-Schaschi, Awzai und Allama Abdulmajid Asch-Schirwani (rahimaAllahu 3anhuma)."

    Urteil in der Rechtschule der Hanbalis

    Wir finden in Buch "Al-Muhalla" von Ibn Hazm (rahimaAllah) folgendes: "Nach dem Hadith von Ibn Umar " Unterscheidet euch von den Muschrikun, kürzt die Schnurrbärte und lasst den Bart wachsen" ist das Abschneiden des Schnurrbartes und das wachsen lassen des Bartes ebenfalls."

    Verbot der Regierung: Malalas Buch darf in ihrer Heimat nicht erscheinen

    Die Memoiren von Malala Yousafzai, weltweit ein Erfolg, dürfen ausgerechnet in ihrer Heimat nicht erscheinen. Die Provinzregierung untersagte die geplante Buchvorstellung, Grund seien "Sicherheitsbedenken". Doch die Organisatoren vermuten andere Ursachen.

    Die Buchpräsentation sollte am heutigen Dienstag in der Universität von Peschawar stattfinden. Die Autobiografie mit dem Titel "Ich bin Malala", die im Oktober in 27 Ländern zeitgleich erschienen war, sollte jetzt auch in der pakistanischen Provinz Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa offiziell vorgestellt werden. Doch auf Druck der Provinzregierung sagten die Organisatoren die Veranstaltung jetzt ab.

    "Man hat uns am Montagabend gesagt, dass keine Sicherheit gewährleistet werden könne", sagt Khadim Hussain von der Bacha-Khan-Stiftung für Erziehung, einer der Veranstalter. Die Regierung bestätigte auf Nachfrage, es gebe "Sicherheitsbedenken". Andere Organisatoren berichten, auf sie sei schon seit Tagen Druck ausgeübt worden, die Veranstaltung abzusagen. Mehrere Minister der Provinzregierung, die von der Partei PTI des ehemaligen Cricket-Stars Imran Khan und von der ultrakonservativen islamischen Jamaat-e-Islami gestellt wird, hätten sich persönlich dafür eingesetzt, die Buchvorstellung zu verhindern.

    Vierjährige offenbar in Indien vergewaltigt

    Nach der mutmaßlichen Vergewaltigung einer vierjährigen Urlauberin aus dem Iran hat die Polizei des westindischen Küstenstaats Goa einen Verdächtigen festgenommen. Der 32-Jährige versuchte zu flüchten, nachdem die Mutter die Tat angezeigt hatte und die Polizei ihm auf der Spur war, wie ein Ermittler mitteilte.

    Demnach steht der Mann im Verdacht, das kleine Mädchen vergangene Woche in dem Dorf Arpora vergewaltigt zu haben, wo es gemeinsam mit seiner Mutter Urlaub machte. Am Montag habe sich das Kind seiner Mutter anvertraut. Diese habe die Polizei eingeschaltet.

    Zahlreiche Fälle von Vergewaltigungen einheimischer und ausländischer Frauen in Indien machen seit gut einem Jahr Schlagzeilen. Mitte Dezember 2012 war eine Studentin Opfer einer Massenvergewaltigung in Neu Delhi geworden und wenig später an ihren schweren Verletzungen gestorben. Der Fall hatte die indische Öffentlichkeit aufgewühlt.
