aur agar yeh maloom hai ki aakhiri maheene me haiz aata tha aur taareekhein bhool gai to 27 din wuzoo karke namaaz padhe aur 3 din na padhe fir maheena khatm hone par ek baar nahaa le,
aur agar yeh maloom hai ki i
21 se shuroo hota tha aur yeh yaad nahi ki kitne din aata tha to 20 ke baad 3 din tak namaaz chhorh de,

na yeh ki maheene ke shuroo 10 dinon me tha ya beech ke 10 dino me ya aakhir ke 10 dinon me to dil me soche

Allah - Erhaben ist Er - sagt (in der ungefähren Bedeutung): „...Allah stärkt die Gläubigen mit dem fest gegründeten Wort, in diesem Leben wie im künftigen; und Allah lässt die Frevler irregehen; und Allah tut, was Er will..." [Surah Ibrahim 14 Vers 27]
Qatadaah - Allahs Barmherzigkeit auf ihm - sagte: „Für das Leben auf dieser Welt wird Allah - Erhaben ist Er - ihnen helfen, Standhaftigkeit zu erlangen, gute und rechtschaffende Taten zu vollbringen und im Jenseits (wird Allah ihnen helfen) im Grab standhaft zu bleiben." Eine ähnliche Interpretation wurde von mehr als einem Salaf (Altvorderen) erzählt. [Tafsir al-Quran al-'Athim von Ibn Kathir, 3/421]
Allah - Erhaben ist Er - sagt (in der ungefähren Bedeutung): „...hätten sie aber das getan, wozu sie aufgefordert worden waren, so wäre es wahrlich besser für sie gewesen und stärkend (für ihren Glauben)..." [Surah An Nisa 4 Vers 66], das heißt es würde sie in ihrem Festhalten an der Wahrheit stärken.
Dies ist klar, wie kannst du jetzt noch Standhaftigkeit erwarten, wenn du auf der Seite jener bist, die zu faul sind, um rechenschaffende Dinge zu vollbringen, wenn die Fitnah ihren hässlichen Kopf erhebt und das Unglück zunimmt? Doch Allah - Erhaben ist Er - wird jene leiten, die Glauben und durch ihren Glauben an den geraden Pfad (Siratal Mustaqim) rechtschaffende Taten vollbringen. So hielt der Prophet - Allahs Heil und Segen auf ihm - daran fest, rechtschaffende Taten zu vollbringen, und die von ihm am meisten geliebten guten Taten waren jene, die ständig gemacht wurden, selbst wenn sie klein waren.
Wenn seine Gefährten anfingen etwas zu tun, setzten sie es fort und wenn Aischa (RadhiAllahu anha) etwas tat, fuhr sie damit fort.
Der Prophet - Allahs Heil und Segen auf ihm - pflegte zu sagen: „Wer auch immer daran festhält, die Zwölf Rakah´ zu verrichten (das heißt die Sunnan rawatib oder die Sunnah Gebete, welche der Prophet - Allahs Heil und Segen auf ihm - ständig verrichtete), wird das Recht auf das Paradies haben." [Sunan At-Tirmidhi, 2/273; er sagte, der Hadith ist Hassan (gut) oder Sahih (wahrhaftig); siehe auch in Sahih An-Nisaa'i, 1/388 und Sahih At-Tirmidhi, 1/131]
Nach einem Hadith Qudsi sagt Allah - Erhaben ist Er -: „Mein Diener fährt fort, mir näher zu kommen mit seinen nawafil Taten der Anbetung, bis Ich ihn liebe." [Überliefert von Buchary siehe Fath al-Baari, 11/340]

Mas,ala :- 10 din ke andar rutoobat me zaraa bhi mailaapan hai to woh haiz hai aur 10 din ke baad bhi mailaapan moujood hai to aadat wali ke liye jo din aadat ke hain haiz hai aur aadat ke baad (rutoobat) itihaza hai aur agar kuch aadat nahi to 10 din raat tak haiz hai aur baqi istihaza hai,
Mas,ala :- gaddi jab tarr (bheegi) thi t usme zardi ya peelapan tha aur sukh jane ke baad safed ho gai to haiz ki muddat me haiz hi hai aur agar jab dekha tha safed thi sookh kar peeli ho gai to yeh haiz nahi,
Mas,ala :- jis aurat ko pahli baar khoon aaya aur uska silsila maheeno ya barason barabar jaari raha ki beecch me 15 din ke liye bhi na ruka to jis din se khoon aana shuroo hua us roz se 10 din haiz aur 20 din istihaza samajhe aur jab tak khoon jaari hsi yehi qaaida barte,
Mas,ala :- aur agar isse pahle haiz aa chuka hai to us se pahle jitne din haiz ke the
har 30 din me usi ko haiz ka samajhein baqi jo din bache istihaza hai,
Mas,ala jis aurat ko umr bhar khoon aaya hi nahi ya aaya magar 3 din se kam aaya to umr bhar woh paak hi rahi aur agar ek baar 3 din raat ke liye aaya fir kabhi na aaya to woh sirf 3 din raat haiz ke hain baqi humesha ke liye paak,
Mas,ala :- jis aurat ko 10 din khoon aaya uske baad saal bhar tak paak rahi phir barabar khoon jaari raha to woh us zamaane me namaaz roze ke liye har maheene me 10 din haiz ke samajhe aur 20 din istihaza ke,
Mas,ala :- kisi aurat ko ek baar aaya uske baad kam se kam 15 din paak rahi fir khoon barabar jaari raha aur yeh yaad nahi ki pahle kitne din haiz ke the aur kitne paaki ke magar yeh yaad hai ki maheene me ek hi baar haiz aaya tha to is baar jab se khoon shuroo hua 3 din tak namaaz roze chhorh de fir 7 din tak har namaaz me gusl kare aur namaaz padhe aur in 10 dino me shouhar ke paas na jaye
fir 20 din tak har namaaz ke waqt tazaa wuzoo karke namaaz paadhe aur 2sre maheene me 19 din wuzoo karke namaaz padhe aur un 19 ya 20 din me shouhar uske paas jaa sakta hai
aur agar yeh bhi yaad na ho ki maheene me ek baar aaya tha ya 2 baar to shuroo ke 3 din me namaaz na padhe fir 7 din tak har waqt me gusl karke namaaz padhe aur sirf us 8 din me shouhar uske paas aa sakta hai aur us 8 din me bhi 3 din tak har waqt me wuzoo karke namaaz padhe,
fir 7 din tak gusl karke aur unke baad 8 din tak wuzoo karke namaaz paadhe aur yehi silsila humesha jaari rakhe,
aur agar tahaarat ke din yaad hain jaise 15 din the aur baqi koi baat yaad nahi to shuroo ke 3 din tak namaaz na padhe fir 7 din tak har waqt gusl karke namaaz padhe
fir 8 din wuzoo karke namaaz padhe
aur uske baad fir 3 din aur wuzoo karke namaaz padhe fir 14 din tak har waqt gusl karke namaaz padhe fir ek din wuzoo har waqt me kare aur namaaz padhe fir humesha ke liye jab tak khoon aata rahe har waqt gusl kare.

Alhamdulillah nach all der langen Wartezeit und vielen Absagen von Vermietern, haben wir endlich ein Raum gefunden, der sowohl von der Größe her ausreichend als auch finanziell bezahlbar ist und das wichtigste, deren Vermieter mit uns als Mieter auch einverstanden sind. Wir werden also .... im März, spätestens jedoch im April unser Dawah Zentrum in Hannover eröffnen.
Die einzige Hörde, die jetzt noch zu nehmen ist, uns fehlen ca 2000 Euro, für Kaution und Marklerprovision, bevor wir diesen Raum offiziell anmieten können.
Leider sind uns auf Grund der fehlenden Summe bereits 2-3 Räume durch die Lappen gegangen, bitte lasst nicht zu, dass uns dies diesmal wieder passiert.
2000 Euro sind nicht viel, und sollten bei so einer mashaAllah großen Ummah schnell zusammen kommen.
Bedenkt die Belohnung, die euch erwartet, wenn ihr diese Sache unterstützt. Für jeden Vortrag der dort gehalten wird, jeder Unterricht und jede Dawah DVD die dort produziert wird und vieles mehr wird Yaum al Qiyama mit auf eurem Konto sein.

أربعة براميل متفجرة استهدفت أحياء داريا - قصف بالمدفعية الثقيلة - أربعة عشر شهراً من الحصار وفقدان لجميع مقومات الحياة.
• الوضع الميداني:
قصف الطيران المروحي مدينة داريا اليوم بأربعة براميل متفجّرة استهدفت وسط وغرب المدينة، وكان ذلك بالتزامن مع قصف مدفعي من الفوج 153 سرايا الصراع ومن ثكنات الفرقة الرابعة المتمركزة على جبال المعضمية.
هذا وتشهد مدينة داريا في الأسابيع الأخيرة تصعيداً خطيرا بالقصف بالبراميل والحاويات المتفجرة ما أدى إلى دمار وخراب عمّ معظم مناطق المدينة.
• الوضع الانساني والمعيشي:
وضع كارثي يعيشه السكان المحاصرين داخل داريا بعد عام وأكثر من الحصار، حيث يفتقد الأهالي جميع احتياجاتهم الإنسانية والغذائية والطبية، علماً أنه ما يزال أكثر من 6000 مدني بينهم 600 طفل، منهم 50 طفل حديث الولادة، محاصرين داخل داريا ويفتقدون لأبسط مقومات الحياة.
يعيش معظمهم على ما تنبته الارض من حشائش وخضار علماً انه أٌتلف الكثير من المحاصيل جراء موجة الصقيع التي مرّت بها البلاد. يزداد وضع المحاصرين صعوبة ويشكل تهديد مخيف للموت جوعاً وحتى برداً عدا عن الموت بالقصف اليومي واخرها البراميل المتفجرة.

وجود باری تعالی دلائل عقلیہ
وجود باری تعالی یعنی ہستی صانع عالم کے دلائل عقلیہ سے ثبوت
پہلی دلیل --- دلیل صنعت
تمام عقلاء اس بات پر متفق ہیں کے صنعت سے صانع(بنانے والا) کی خبر ملتی ہے مصنوع (جس کو بنایا گیا)اور صنعت (factory)کو دیکھ کر عقل مجبور ہوتی ہے کے صانع کا اقرار کرے اور دہریئے(atheist) اور لا مذہب لوگ بھی اس اصول کو تسلیم کرتے ہیں کے فعل کے لئے فاعل کا ہونا ضروری ہے . پس جبکہ ایک بلند عمارت اور ایک بڑا قلعہ اور اونچے مینار کو اور ایک دریا کے پل کو دیکھ کر عقل یہ یقین کر لیتی ہے کہ اس عمارت کا بنانے والا کوئی ضرور ہے اور اس منار اور پل کا بنانے والا کوئی بڑا ہی ماہر انجینیر ہے تو کیا آسمان اور زمین کی اعلیٰ ترین عمارت اور اسکی عجیب و غریب صنعت اور اسکی باقائدگی اور حسن ترتیب کو دیکھ کر ایک اعلیٰ ترین صانع کا کیوں اقرار نہیں کیا جاتا.
ایک تخت کو دیکھتے ہی یہ یقین آجاتا ہے کہ کسی کاریگر نے اس ہئیت اور وضع سے اس کو بنایا ہے کیونکہ تخت کا خود بخود تیّار ہوجانا اور خاص ترتیب کے ساتھ لوہے کی کیلوں کا اس میں جڑ جانا محال ہے کسی درخت کے تختوں اور لوہے کی کیلوں میں یہ قدرت نہیں کہ اس ترتیب سے خود بخود جڑ جائیں.
ایک دہری اور سائنس دان ایک معمولی گہڑی اور گھنٹہ کو دیکھ کر یہ اقرار کرتا ہے کہ یہ کسی بڑے ہی ماہر کی ایجاد ہے کے جو قوائد ہندسہ(digits) اور کل سازی کے اصول سے پورا واقف ہے اور یہ یقین کر لیتا ہے کے ضرور بالضرور اس گھڑی کا کوئی بنانے والا ہے کہ جس نے

Over 20 Jihadi Scholars Sign a statement of support for the Islamic State of Iraq and Sham.
The 20 Scholars have no organizational links to ISIS except the link of Islamic Brotherhood. Here are the names of the signatories :

10 Points to the Sign statement are as followed :
1. The 20 Signatories have no organizational links to ISIS
2. Calls on People to not Believe everything spread about ISIS especially by opposing groups and their Shar3yeen.
3. Calls on All Muslims to Aide ISIS by any means
4. Advise all who go to syria to Join ISIS
5. Warn against spilling Muslim blood without a just cause
6. Warn all groups to not aide 'secular and democratic groups' against ISIS even if they have problems with ISIS.
7. Every1 who aided in the fight against ISIS must repent
8. Advise all Jihadi groups with correct manhaj to join ISIS to unite the Jama'ah
9. All Advisers of ISIS must do so privately not publicly
10. Those lacking Shar3ia knowledge should refrain from involving themselves in questions revolving the infighting.
Whether you agree with the statement or not, please put an end to claims that 'No Jihadi scholars support ISIS', because MANY do.

السلام و علیکم ورحمتہ اللہ وبرکتہ
صبح و شام کے اذکار
اللہ تعالیٰ کا ذکر، صبح و شام اور فجر و مغرب کے بعد کرنا چاہیے۔
1 آیۃ الکرسی اور تینوں قل (سورہ اخلاص، سورہ فلق اور سورۃ الناس) کو تین تین بار پڑھنا ہر چیز کو کفایت کرتا ہے۔ (حسن، ترمذی)۔
2 جو شخص یہ دعا صبح و شام تین تین بار پڑھتا ہے تو اس کو کوئی چیز نقصان نہ دے گی:
بِسْمِ اﷲِ الَّذِیْ لَایَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِہٖ شَیْئٌ فِی الْاَرْضِ وَ
لَا فِی السَّمَاؓءِ وَ ھُوَ السَّمِیْعُ الْعَلِیْمُ (حسن ترمذی/)۔
اللہ کے نام سے، جس کے نام (کی برکت)سے آسمان و زمین کی کوئی چیز نقصان نہیں دے سکتی اور وہ (اللہ) سننے اور جاننے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰھُمَّ عَافِنِیْ فِیْ بَدَنِیْ اَللّٰھُمَّ عَافِنِیْ فِیْ سَمْعِیْ اَللّٰھُمَّ
عَافِنِیْ فِیْ بَصَرِیْ لَآ اِلٰہَ اِلَّآ اَنْتَ
اے اللہ میرے جسم میں عافیت دے۔ اے اللہ میرے کانوں میں عافیت دے۔ اے اللہ میری آنکھوں میں عافیت دے۔ تیرے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں۔ (ابوداؤد:)۔
مندرجہ بالا دعا تین مرتبہ پڑھنی چاہیے۔
4 ایک بار: یَا حَیُّ یَا قَیُّوْم بِرَحْمَتِکَ اَسْتَغِیْثُ اَصْلِحْ لِیْ شَاْنِی کُلَّہٗ وَلَا تَکِلْنِیٓ اِلٰی نَفْسِی طَرْفَۃَ اَعْیُنٍ
(ترجمہ) اے ہمیشہ زندہ اور قائم رہنے والے۔ تیری رحمت سے میں مدد طلب کرتا ہوں۔ میرے ہر معاملے کو سلجھا دے اور مجھے میرے نفس کے سپرد ایک لمحے کے لئے بھی نہ کرنا۔ (ترغیب۔ صحیح۔ حدیث نمبر)۔
5 رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا: ''جو شخص یہ دعا پڑھے اور شام سے پہلے مر جائے تو وہ جنتی ہو گا۔ اور رات کو پڑھے اور صبح سے پہلے مر جائے تو وہ بھی جنتی ہو گا۔ دعا یہ ہے:
اَللّٰھُمَّ اَنْتَ رَبِّیْ لَآاِلٰہَ اِلَّااَنْتَ خَلَقْتَنِیْ وَاَنَاعَبْدُکَ وَانَاعَلٰی عَھْدِکَ وَ وَعْدِکَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ اَعُوْذُ بِکَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ اَبُوْٓئُ لَکَ بِنِعْمَتِکَ عَلَیَّ وَ اَبُوْٓئُ بِذَنْبِؑیْ فَاغْفِرْلِیْ فَاِنَّہٗ لَا یَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوْبَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ
اے اللہ تو ہی میرا رب ہے۔ تیرے علاوہ کوئی عبادت کے لائق نہیں۔ تو نے مجھے پیدا کیا اور میں تیرا بندہ ہوں۔ اور میں تیرے عہد و پیمانپر قائم ہوں۔ اپنے آپ پر تیری رحمت کا اقرار کرتا ہوں۔ جس قدر طاقت رکھتا ہوں۔ میں نے جو کچھ کیا ہے اس کے
شر سے تیری پناہ چاہتا ہوں۔ اور اپنے گناہ کا اعتراف کرتا ہوں۔ مجھے بخش دے۔ کیونکہ تیرے سوا کوئی گناہوں کو نہیں بخش سکتا۔ (بخاری:)۔
أَستَغفِرُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ الَّذِي لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ وَ أَتُوبُ إِلَيهِ...
.رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :
" نیکی کی طرف راہنمائی کرنے والا ایسا ہی ہوتا ہے جیسا کہ اس نے خود ہی نیکی کرلی،اور برائی کی طرف راہنمائی کرنے والا بھی ایسا ہی ہوتا ہے جیسا کہ اس نے خود برائی کرلی "
[الترمذي:٢٦٧٠]
اَللّٰھُمَّ فَقِّھْنِیْ فِی الدِّیْنِ
اے اﷲ! مجھے دین کی سمجھ عطافرما (بخاری)
