    Mohammed Al-Battani und die Astronomie

    Der Prophet sagte: "Suche nach Wissen, von der Wiege bis zum Grabe, wer nach Wissen strebt, betet Gott an." Dieser Weisung des Propheten folgend, erblühten in kurzer Zeit die Wissenschaften. Eine davon war die Astronomie. Mohammed al-Battani (877-918 n. Chr.) war einer dieser Mathematiker und Astronomen. Er äußerte sich hinsichtlich der Astronomie wie folgt: "Durch die Wissenschaft von den Sternen gelangt der Mensch zu dem Beweis der Einheit Gottes und zu der Erkenntnis der ungeheuren Größe, der höchsten Weisheit, der größten Macht, der Vollendung Seiner Tat." Im Westen ging man bei diesen islamischen Astronomen in die Schule. Al-Battânîs astronomische Tafeln wurden unter dem Titel "Scientia Stellarum" im Jahr 1537 in Nürnberg gedruckt.
    Al-Battani berechnete die Länge des Sonnenjahrs auf 365 Tage 5 Stunden 46 Minuten 24 Sekunden und somit bis auf ca. zwei Minuten genau. Weiterhin unterwarf er die (scheinbare) Exzentrizität der Sonnenbahn einer exakten Untersuchung und bemerkte dabei zuerst die Bewegung des Apogäums und berechnete die Bewegung der Planeten äußerst genau. Er fügte außerdem dem ptolemäischen System neue Tafeln und viele Modifikationen hinzu.
    Viele astronomische Begriffe, die auch Laien geläufig sind, kommen übrigens aus der arabischen Sternenkunde: Theodolit, Zenit, Azimut, Nadir, Almuqantarat oder Alhidade. Das trifft auch für arabische Fixsternnamen wie Aldebaran, Algol, Alkor, Wega, Deneb oder Rigel zu. (MF)

    Sven Lau (Abu Adam) verhaftet



    Der deutsche "Rechts(/Gesinnungs?)staat" beweist am heutigen Tag wieder einmal, woher der Wind weht: Der islamische Prediger Sven Lau, der in der Öffentlichkeit durch seine zahlreichen Statements, Vorträge und Handlungen als äußerst gesetzestreu bekannt ist, wurde am heutigen Morgen unter dem Vorwurf  der "Vorbereitung einer schweren staatsgefährdenden Straftat" in Untersuchungshaft genommen, so focus.de.



    Sven Lau predigte stets, dass es für die in diesem Land lebenden Muslime eine Pflicht sei, sich an die Gesetze zu halten und somit gute Bürger Deutschlands zu sein.



    Niemals rief er zu Hass, Gewalt oder sonstigen Straftaten auf. Dies beweisen viele Videos von ihm, die im Internet auf islamischen Webseiten und auf der Videoplattform YouTube leicht zu finden sind.



    Erst kürzlich wurde Sven Lau von Medienvertretern in einem Interview zu seiner Einstellung zur Beteiligung an dem anhaltenden Krieg in Syrien gefragt, woraufhin er deutlich machte, dass er die Muslime nur zu dem aufrufe und sich selber nur an dem beteilige, was im Rahmen der Gesetze erlaubt ist.



    Trotz all dieser eindeutigen Tatsachen stehe er nun unter "Terrorverdacht" und soll nach Vorführung des Haftrichters in die Justizvollzugsanstalt Mannheim gebracht worden sein.



    Um welche genauen Vorwürfe gegen Sven Lau es sich im Einzelnen handelt, wird vorerst nur in den Medien spekuliert. Sein Verteidiger Mutlu Günal sprach gegenüber FOCUS Online von „haarsträubenden Vorwürfen".



    Günal wird außerdem zitiert: „Die Inhaftierung angesichts solch dünner Beweislage ist eine Farce." Der Bonner Strafverteidiger will nun umgehend Haftbeschwerde einlegen.



    Die Lage scheint sich in Deutschland für praktizierende Muslime immer weiter zuzuspitzen, mit Willkürmaßnahmen muss offensichtlich mittlerweile gerechnet werden.



    Unbegründete Razzien, Anzeigen, Untersuchungen und Verbote gegen bekannte Prediger und aktive Muslime, die sich in der Öffentlichkeit für den Islam engagieren und dafür werben, haben in der Vergangenheit nur immer wieder aufs Neue die Unschuld der Betroffenen bestätigt.



    Zweifellos ist auch diese Verhaftung wieder einmal unbegründet, da Sven Laus Position und Gesetzestreue, wie oben bereits erläutert, unbestreitbar ist. Abzuwarten bleibt nur, wie lange dieses Mal einem Unschuldigen im so genannten "freiheitlich demokratischen Rechtsstaat" seine Freiheit entzogen wird.

    Das ganze Theater ist nur, um einen Medienknall zu provozieren… danach folgt, wahrscheinlich, eine "gerechtfertigte" Attake gegen die bösen Muslime, die unter Einsatz ihres Lebens und des eigenen Gelds Hilfsgüter für die Notleidenen in Syrien bringen wollen.
    Deutschland ist zum Urwald geworden…

    Etwa 20 Männeken von proNRW und der NPD tauchten auch auf. Sie hatten Megaphone dabei und wollten (wieder mal) lautstark stören.

    Deshalb hat die Polizei gegen die Unruhestifter ein Strafverfahren wegen Verstoßes gegen das Versammlungsgesetz eingeleitete.

    As salam alaikum wa rahmatullah liebe Geschwister
    Wir von Help 4 Ummah haben uns am Donnerstag den 13.02.2013 auf dem Weg gemacht um eure Spende nach Syrien zu bringen. Wir wollten, wie Ihr wisst in Türkei Medikamente und Nahrung kaufen für ein Krankenhaus in Aleppo.
    Wir sind ca 200 km vor der Österreich Grenze von der Polizei rausgeholt worden (1Polizei Auto und 2 Zivilautos). Dort wurde dann e…rst einmal unser Auto durchsucht. Und es wurde nix gefunden.

    Wir haben Ihnen gesagt das wir für Humanitäre Zwecke rüber fahren und Wir eine eingetragene Hilfsorganisation sind, aber am ende haben Sie uns dann festgenommen. nach ca 7 Std kamen wir dann frei aber es wurde alles beschlagnahmt.
    Wir wollten euch das mitteilen damit ihr bescheid wisst das wir uns eigentlich schon auf den Weg machen wollten.

    Aber sich das jetzt nochmal verschiebt
    Macht Dua das wir das alles schnell wiederbekommen und inschallah weiter machen können

    Wer verfolgt internationale nachrichten?
    Kann mir jemand sagen, wie lange der Aufstand in der Ukraine gedauert hat?
    Kann mir jemand sagen wie viele Tote es gab?
    Kann mir jemand sagen wie stark die Berichterstattung war?
    (ich kenne keinen Sender der nicht darübr berichtet hat, sogar KiKa!!!)
    Kann mir jemand aufzählen zu welchen grausamen Maßnahmen das Regime in der Ukraine gegriffen hat?
    (Tränengas? Bomben? Giftgas? explodierende Fässer?...)

    Und kann mir jemand sagen wie viele Regierungen und große Organisationen die Ukrainer finanziell unterstützt haben?

    ich weiß dass die Welt unfair ist! Grausam und ungerecht! Aber ich werde immer wieder vom Ausmaß überrascht!

    Ja, da bin ich ja schon irgendwie belustigt, übt sich Innenminister Jäger ja im Stirnrunzeln und er ist zutiefst besorgt, fürchtet er ja die Rückkehr von gewaltbereiten Islamisten, die er noch vor kurzem mit ausgiebigen Kuscheln entsalafistieren wollte, was kräftig in die Hose ging und dies fällt nun auch immer mehr auf:

    Interessant ist dazu auch die Facebook-Seite des angesprochenen Philip Bergner, so kennen zwar die meisten schon das folgende Foto,...



    ...jedoch sind meiner Meinung die Kommentare darunter viel wichtiger, sind die ja äußerst erhellend, auch was die Deutsch-Dawa betrifft:



    Ja, das Foto muss weg (was mittlerweile auch geschehen ist), jedoch nicht weil es grausam und unmenschlich ist, sondern weil einem der doofe Ungläubige das blödgrinsende Geschmachte am Lies-Stand sonst nicht mehr abnimmt, kann soetwas ja dem Image fürchterlich schaden und vielleicht sogar manch weltfremden Orientträumer aufwecken, deswegen raus damit und ohne Linse weitermorden.

    Und nun raten Sie mal, wo all die geifernden Bergner-Fans herkommen. Ein Abu Askar Al Afghani alias Hamed Omrani zum Beispiel. Oder ein Enis Aksu alias Muhammed Ibn Abdulaziz? Aus NRW natürlich, will man dort zwar nicht als Islamistenhochburg gelten, auch wenn man schon lange eine ist:




    Schön das nun der Herr Jäger vor denen warnt, die mangels fehlender Treffsicherheit der Assadtruppen (was ja an sich schon eine äußerst fragwürdige Sicht auf die Geschehnisse darstellt) da zurückkommen könnten, und die weiter gewähren lässt, die schon da sind.     Koran-Aufkleber drohen Christen mit der Hölle
    In Basel werben radikale Muslime aggressiv mit Aufklebern für den Koran – und setzen andere Religionen herab. Das findet sogar der Islamische Zentralrat (IZRS) daneben.

    Ein Koran-Aufkleber findet sich derzeit in der ganzen Stadt Basel verteilt. Er klebe an Fassaden, Strassenlampen und Parkbänken, berichtet die «Basler Zeitung». Der Kleber gehört zu der gross angelegten «Lies!»-Aktion, die von islamischen Glaubensvertretern seit Monaten in Schweizer Städten durchgeführt wird.

    Darauf heisst es: Wer den Satz sage, dass niemand ausser dem allmächtigen Gott angebetet werden dürfe und wer bezeuge, dass Mohammed dessen einziger Gesandter sei, werde vor der «ewigen Bestrafung in der Hölle» gerettet.

    Als Einleitung heisst es auf dem Kleber: «Der Koran abrogiert (ersetzt, Anm. d. Red.) alle vorherigen Offenbarungen wie z.B. Thora und Evangelium.» Weiter wird Mohammed zitiert, der gesagt habe: «Niemand von dieser Gemeinschaft hört von mir, sei er Jude oder Christ, und stirbt, ohne an das zu glauben, womit ich gesandt wurde, ausser, dass er zu den Bewohnern des Höllenfeuers gehört.»

    «Nicht zielführend»

    Gemäss der Religionskoordinatorin der Stadt Basel stammten die Texte aus dem Umfeld des deutschen Salafisten Ibrahim Abou Nagie. Dieser ist ein Kölner Missionar und Kopf des radikalen Netzwerks «Die wahre Religion». Er hätte vergangenen Herbst in Winterthur bei einer Benefiz-Gala auftreten sollen, wurde von Schweizer Behörden aber mit einer Einreisesperre belegt.

    Die Basler Religionskoordinatorin sagt der Zeitung: «Ob die Aufkleber strafrechtlich relevant sind, muss die Staatsanwaltschaft entscheiden.» Sie wolle die Texte aber am Runden Tisch der Religionen beider Basel ansprechen.

    Der Sprecher des Islamischen Zentralrats Schweiz (IZRS), Qaasim Illi, sagt, dass es sich um eine «ehrlich gemeinte Aktion einzelner Muslime» handle. Er sagt, die zitierten Stellen seien jedoch «unglücklich und nicht zielführend».

    Der irakische Terrorist Haidar Dschabburi ist gestern von der Freien Syrischen Armee in Daraa getötet worden.
    Nachdem er ein Massaker in An`nabk, bei dem 40 Zivilisten getötet worden waren, verübte, wurde er daraufhin am 25.10.2013 von Baschar Assad als Belohnung zum Obersten befördert.
    Dschabburi war der Kommandeur der sektiererischen schiitischen Brigade „ Zu al-Fakar, die unter Führung der Iraner steht.

    Landwaisenhaus sagt Danke (26.02.2014): Ghana - Das Waisenhaus Arahman Orphanage liegt auf dem Land hat schwere Zustände. Als Beispiel schlafen die Kinder auf einem Boden, der nicht richtig betoniert ist. Als wir hörten das Anhänger einer Sekte in das Dorf kamen um ihnen zu helfen und ihre Armut auszunutzen um sie vom rechten Weg abzubringen, sind wir eingesprungen. Alles Lob gebührt Allah - der Zement konnte ihnen gekauft werden um den Boden zu betonieren - sie freuen sich sehr und die Missionare sind vertrieben - Abu Huraira, Allahs Wohlgefallen auf ihm, berichtete, dass der Prophet, Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm, sagte: „Derjenige, der für eine Witwe und für einen Armen sorgt, ist (dem Lohn nach) demjenigen gleich, der auf dem Wege Allahs kämpft, oder demjenigen, der die ganze Nacht betet oder den ganzen Tag fastet!"

    Ondokuzuncu yüzyılda Batı'da hız kazanan ve bütün dünyayı etkisi altına alan modernleşme hareketleri İslam dünyasını da etkilemişti. Başta Mısır ve Osmanlı olmak üzere pek çok devlet öncelikle askeri ve idari alanlarda yaptıkları ıslah çalışmalarıyla bu harekete eklemlenmeye çalıştılar. İslam dünyasında modernleşme hareketinin gerekliliği yolunda halkı ve devleti ikna etme görevi ise dönemin aydınlarına düşmüştü. Tunuslu Hayreddin Paşa (1822-1890) bu aydınların başında gelmektedir. Zira Paşa, Osmanlı devletinin modernleşmesi gerektiği görüşünün hemen her kesimce kabul gördüğü bir dönemde yetişmiş, İslam dünyasında ıslahat yapılmasının gerekliliğine yürekten inanmış bir düşünür ve bunu bizzat tatbik etmiş bir devlet adamıdır.
    Tunus'ta hayata geçirdiği reformlarla modernleşme adına önemli icraatlara imza atan ve 1879 yılında Abdülhamid'in saltanatı sırasında bir dönem sadrazamlık da yapmış olan Hayreddin Paşa, 1868 yılında Arapça neşrettiği Akvemü'l-Mesâlik fî Marifeti Ahvâlü'l-Memâlik (Ülkelerin Durumunu Bilmek İçin En Doğru Yol) adlı eserinde İslam ümmetinin gelişmesi için çareler arayıp o zamanın modern toplumlarının tahlilini yaparak ''ilerleme'' ve ''gerileme'' sebeplerini açıklamış, ayrıca İslam dünyası ile bu toplumların durumlarını karşılaştırmıştır.
    Eser bir mukaddime ile iki bölümden meydana gelmektedir ve mukaddime bölümü eserin en önemli kısmı sayılmaktadır. Zira mukaddime kısmı, Müslüman bir aydını olarak Tunuslu Hayreddin Paşa'nın modernleşme düşüncesini, kısa bir Doğu-Batı değerlendirmesini, hepsinden önemlisi İslam toplumlarının Batı medeniyetine yaklaşırken nasıl davranması gerektiği konusundaki fikirlerini içermektedir.
    Hayreddin Paşa eserini yazdığı 1860-1868 yılları arasında kısmen siyaset sahasından uzaklaşmış ve tartışmalar, okumalar, Avrupa'ya yaptığı seyahatlerde görüştüğü kişiler ve müşahadeleri sonucunda kemale eren siyasi düşüncelerini toparlayarak eserini meydana getirmiştir.
    Eserin esas gayesi Müslüman devletler için de gerekli olan ve Avrupa'da verimli sonuçlar veren reformları tespit etmek ve Müslümanların arasındaki ''gafilleri'' teyakkuza davet etmektir: "Bizim bu kitabı telif etmemize yol açan ve tek bir amacı hedefleyen iki esas vardır: Birincisi, İslam ümmetinin en iyi hâle gelebilmesi uğruna bütün yolları denemek ve İslam milletinin ilerlemesi için ilim ve irfan ufuklarını geliştirmek, tarım ve ticaretten gelebilecek servetin yollarını açmak, bütün sanayi alanlarını terviç etmek, işsizlik nedenlerini ortadan kaldırmak için ilim ve siyaset adamlarından gayretli ve himmetli olanları teşvik etmektir. Tüm bu zikrettiklerimizin esası, Avrupa ülkelerinde görülen ve hiçbir eksiği olmayan, verimli çalışmayı sağlayan, umuda ve güvene yol açan kabiliyetli yönetimlerdir. İkincisi ise, 'Gayri Müslimlerin bütün davranış, yöntem ve hayat tarzları terk edilmeli ve bu hususlarda yazdıkları eserler reddedilmeli, bu eserlerin adları dahi anılmamalı ve hatta bu eserleri öven herkes ağır bir şekilde eleştirilmelidir.' diye zihinlerinde saplanan yanlış fikirler konusunda, Müslümanlar arasındaki gafilleri uyarmaktır...''
    Hayreddin Paşa özellikle önemli olan mukaddime kısmını, Paris'te Fransızca olarak, ''Réformes nécessaires aux états musulmans'' (İslam Ülkeleri İçin Gerekli Reformlar) adı ile yayınlatmış ve 1875'te Fransızcasının ikinci baskısı yapılmıştır. Paşa'nın eserinin mukaddimesini Fransızca'ya çevirtmesinin sebepleri şu şekilde özetlenebilir:
    Birinci sebep olarak; Tunuslu Hayreddin Paşa'nın İslam dünyası hakkındaki yanlış fikirleri düzeltmek için Avrupa kamuoyuna ve Avrupalı okuyuculara ulaşmak istemiştir. Çünkü Batılı yazarlar Müslümanların geri kalmışlığının nedenlerini İslam dini ile bağdaştırmışlardır. Onlarca, "İslam dininin getirdiği şeriatın, hayatın hemen her alanını hükmü altına alması bütün geriliklerin temelinde yatan olaydır. Hayatın her alanında şeriatın hükmü, tutucu bir güç olarak her değişmeye karşı önleyici bir etken olmuştur." Hayreddin Paşa, İslam dini ve şeriatının temellerine dayanarak ortaya çıkmış olan muhteşem İslam medeniyetini anlatarak bunun tersini ispat etmeyi hedeflemiştir: "Şeriatın, İslam milletinin her durumuna hâkim ve etkin olduğu, ümmetin bütün davranışlarının onun hükümlerine göre uyarlandığı zaman İslam milletinin, ilim ve refahta üstün olduğuna dikkat çektim ki bu Avrupalı tarihçilerce de tasdik edilen bir hakikattir. ...İslam milleti, şeriat kurallarına uyduğu zaman büyük bir medeniyet ve şevkete ulaşmıştır. Bu büyük medeniyet; hükümdarlarının iyi yönetimi, adil davranışları ve Allah rızası için gayret göstermeleri sayesinde varlığını uzun zaman sürdürmüştür."
    İkinci sebep olarak, Paşa'nın, İslam ülkelerinin modern dünyaya uyum sağlama kabiliyetinden yoksun olmadığını ispatlamaya çalışmış olması gösterilebilir. Paşa'ya göre İslam dünyasındaki modernleşme çabalarının, Avrupalıların çabalarıyla kıyaslanması ve bu yolla Avrupalıların zeki ve becerikli, Müslümanların ise yeteneksiz oldukları sonucuna varılması doğru bir istidlâl olamaz.
    Üçüncü sebep olarak, Paşa'nın Avrupa ülkelerinin, Müslüman ülkelere karşı uyguladığı ekonomi ve siyaset politikalarını eleştirmesi ve bu politikaların beklenen olumsuz sonuçlarını açıklaması gösterilebilir: "...Umran ve siyaset alanlarında Müslümanların zafiyet ve bozukluk yaşayacağı açıktır. Zafiyet, milletin hayatî ihtiyaçlarının çoğunda diğer milletlere muhtaç kalmakla meydana gelir ve bu, milletin ilmî sahada gerilemesinin en büyük işaretidir. Kalkınma alanındaki bozukluk ise, temel kazançların en önemlilerinden biri sayılan memleketin ham maddelerini sanayileştirememekten ve bundan yararlanamamaktan meydana gelmektedir. Buna delil olarak, koyun besleyen, ipek böceği yetiştiren ve pamuk ekenlerimiz bir yıl boyunca (büyük) çaba sarf etmesine rağmen elde ettikleri mahsulleri Avrupalıya ucuz bir fiyata satmakta ve kısa bir süre sonra Avrupalının işlenmiş ürününü iki katı fiyatına almaktadırlar."
    Dördüncü sebep olarak, Hayreddin Paşa'nın reform uygulamaları ile İslam dininin ve şeriatının temelleri arasında hiçbir çelişki olmadığını savunması gösterilebilir. ''Paşa'ya göre Batı Medeniyeti'ne mensup toplumların önemli bir çoğunluğu tarafından benimsenen Hristiyanlığın, insanlığın gelişme ve ilerlemesi için gerekli prensiplere yer vermediğinden hareketle İslam dininin de insanlığın gelişmesi için gerekli olan atılımlara açık olmadığı yargısını çıkarmak doğru değildir. Hayreddin Paşa Oryantalizm cereyânıyla Avrupa'da yayılmaya çalışan İslam'ın ilme ve gelişmeye mâni bir din olduğu, şeriatın modern hayatın gereklerine cevap vermeyeceği anlayışını izâle etmek istiyordu."
    Son sebep olarak ise, Paşa'nın Osmanlı devletinin iç işlerine karışmamak ve devlet içinde yaşayan tebaalarını devlete karşı kışkırtmamak için Avrupa ülkelerine çağrıda bulunmak istemesi gösterilebilir.
    Yukarıda belirttiğimiz gibi Akvemü'l – Mesâlik, Avrupa'yı yüksek bir medeniyet seviyesine ulaştıran sebepleri açıklamaya çalışan ilk eserlerden biridir. Bu itibarla Tunuslu Hayreddin Paşa, Oksidentalizm'in ilk adımlarını atan düşünürlerden biri sayılmaktadır. Bununla beraber Paşa, bu eserinde Avrupa ülkelerinin, Osmanlı devleti başta olmak üzere İslam ülkelerine karşı uyguladığı sömürge politikalarını eleştirir. İstilâcı Avrupa'dan değil, ilerlemiş, büyük bir medeniyete ulaşmış Avrupa'dan sadece Müslüman ülkelere uygun olan tedbirlerin iktibas edilmesi gerekliliğini savunur.
    Hayreddin Paşa'nın Avrupa'yı yakından tanıdığından şüphe edilemez. Paşa Avrupa'dan siyasî müesseseler ve faydalı ilimler alma taraftarı olmuştur. Avrupa'nın geçmiş İslam uygarlığına çok şey borçlu olduğu kanaatindedir. Avrupa ile İslam ümmetini karşılaştırarak hâlledilmesi gereken meseleleri ortaya koymuş, İslam dünyasının modern Avrupa'dan ne gibi iktibaslar alabileceğine dair fikirler üretmiştir. Paşa, Akvem'ül-Mesalik'in mukaddime bölümünde Avrupa'dan benimsenecek olan kurumların İslam'ın temellerine ve şeriatına ters düşmediğini belirtmiştir. Paşa'ya göre Avrupa'dan alınması gereken tedbirlerde hiçbir sakınca yoktur. Zira bu dünya artık birleşik bir ülke gibi olmuştur. Hayreddin Paşa iyice küçülen dünya sistemi hakkında şunları söyler: ''Bulunduğumuz zamanda, insanları ve fikirleri bir araya toplayıp, onları birbirine yakınlaştırmak için geliştirilen imkânların varlığını göz önünde bulundurursak, bu dünyayı, birbirlerine mutlak ihtiyacı olan, çeşitli milletlerin oluşturduğu tek bir toprak olarak tasavvur etmek konusunda tereddüt edemeyiz.'' Bu itibarla diyebiliriz ki, Tunuslu Hayreddin Paşa küreselleşmeden bahseden düşünürlerin de başında gelmektedir.
    Akvem'ül-Mesalik'te Avrupa devletlerinin siyasi, iktisadi, askeri ve sair özelliklerinin üstünlüğünün anlatımı büyük yer tutar. Tunuslu Hayreddin Paşa Avrupa ile İslam dünyasını karşılaştırarak Müslümanların eski üstünlüklerini tekrar kazanabilmelerinin çarelerini açıklar: "...Avrupa ülkelerini, böyle bir güce ve dünyevi iktidara ulaştıran vesileleri belirtmekteki amaç, bunlar arasında bizim, kendi hallerimize uyacak ve şeriatımıza uygun düşecek olanları seçmektir. Başka bir deyişle elimizden alınanı geri alabilirsek eğer, onu kullanmakla içimizde var olan tefritten kurtulup eski halimize dönebiliriz."
    Avrupa'nın iklimi, dini veya toprağı sayesinde değil, yaptığı yeni düzenlemeler sayesinde üstün bir medeniyete ulaştığını belirtir. "... Avrupalıların şu an içinde bulundukları duruma, topraklarının verimliliği, iklim şartlarının uygunluğu veya Hristiyanlığın verimli sonuçları vasıtasıyla ulaştıkları düşünülmesin! Zira Hristiyanlık, adalet ve eşitliği emrettiği halde dünyada züht ve umursamazlık eksenleri üzerine kurulduğu için siyaset işlerine karışmaz." Avrupa'nın güç ve refahının esasını adalet ve hürriyete dayalı siyasi kurumların oluşturduğu ve bu kurumların en önemlilerinin de parlemanto, parlemantoya karşı sorumlu olan hükümet ve hür basın olduğunu kaydeder. Bunlar olmadan maddi refahın mümkün olmayacağını söyler. Parlamento ile basın kuruluşlarını İslam'ın istişare ilkesi ile uzlaştıran Hayreddin Paşa parlamentonun İslam'da "ehlü-l hal ve'l akd" denilen istişare meclisinin yerini tuttuğunu savunur. Bu şekilde Tunuslu Hayreddin Paşa,"klasik İslami siyaset düşüncesi içinde kalarak Avrupa'dan politik, idari, sosyal ve ekonomik kurumlarının alınmasının mümkün olduğunu belirtir".
    Hayreddin Paşa İslam ülkelerinde Avrupalıların ekonomik ve idari alanlarda yaptıkları yeniliklere denk gelen yenilikler yapılmamasının çok zararlı olacağını vurgulamaktadır: ''...Bazı Avrupalı diplomatlardan şunu duydum ki: Avrupa uygarlığının seli bütün dünyayı basmaktadır. Durmadan akan bu selin gücü karşısında hiçbir şey duramaz. Bundan dolayı Avrupa'ya komşu olan ülkeler Avrupa ülkelerinin yaptığı tanzimat uygulamalarına paralel bir tanzimatın uygulamalarında bulunmazlar ise bu selde boğulmaktan kurtulamazlar.''
    Hiç şüphe yoktur ki, bu yenilikler Avrupalılara büyük bir gelişmenin kapılarını açmıştır. Bu durum Hayreddin Paşa'ya göre tıpkı İslam ülkelerinde şeriatın tam anlamıyla uygulandığı döneme ve bu dönem üzerine gerçekleştirilen büyük uygarlığa benzemektedir. Paşa'nın asıl amacı Avrupa'nın ulaştığı dünyevi zenginliğin nedenlerini kavramak ve bunu İslam dünyasına aktarmaktır.
    Hayreddin Paşa, hiçbir zaman Batı'ya tam bir teslimiyet ile bağlanmamıştır. Paşa, özde ve ''ruhta tamamen şarklı kalmak, garbın yalnız tekniğinden faydalanmak'' istemiştir. Ancak o döneminin diğer Müslüman reformcuları gibidir ve amaçlarına ulaşmak için hem kendi ülkelerinde hem de Avrupa'ya karşı mücadele etmek durumundadır.
    Akvem'ül-Mesalik Arap dünyasında olumlu karşılanmıştır. Bunun delili, kitap üzerine Paşa'nın dönemindeki yaklaşık 24 büyük âlim tarafından yapılan takrizlerdir. Takrizler Paşa'nın eserinden övgü ile bahsetmektedir. Ayrıca Paşa'nın sağ kolu sayılan Hüseyin Paşa, 1868 sonlarında Kahire'de bulunduğu esnada Tahtavi'ye eserin bir nüshası sunmuştur. "Tahtavi'nin kitap hakkındaki fikirleri genellikle olumluydu". Çünkü "Akvemül Mesalik 1834'te çıkan Tahtavi'nin Paris Özeti adlı eserinden sonra İslam-Arap dünyasında Avrupa ve uygarlığına bakış açısında bir tekâmülü gösteriyordu. Tahtavi daha sonra yazdığı bazı eserlerde Akvemül Mesalik'i zikreder ve atıflarda bulunur. Hayreddin Paşa'nın modern bilimlerin Müslümanlar tarafından kabul edilmesi lehindeki açık düşüncesini takdirle karşılar". Aynı zamanda Abdurrahman El Kevâkibî, Tunuslu Hayreddin Paşa'nın eserinden övgüyle bahsedip Paşa'yı XIX. yüzyılda siyasî düşünce alanında eser bırakmış olan ender düşünürlerden biri sayar. Paşa'nın fikirleri; Cemalettin Afgani, Muhammed Abduh, Muhammed İkbal gibi büyük düşünürler tarafından da ilgi görmüştür.
    Hayreddin Paşa'nın Akvem'ül-Mesalik'i Osmanlı devletinde de olumlu karşılanmıştır. Sultan II. Abdülhamid Tunuslu Hayreddin Paşa'nın refromları anlatan kitabını beğenmiş, Paşa'yı kitabında serdettiği ıslahat programını uygulamak ve geniş reformcu tecrübelerinden istifade etmek için sadrazamlık makamına getirmiştir.
    Namık Kemal'in Akvemül Mesalik hakkındaki görüşü ise mektuplarından anlaşıldığı kadarıyla olumlu değildir. Hatta kitabı Kânipaşazâde Rıfat Bey'in hukuk kitabından aşağı görme eğilimi vardır. "Namık kemal, damadı Menemenli Rıfat Bey'e yazdığı, 7 Ağustos 1878 tarihli mektubunda, " ...Akvemül'l-Mesâlık Kânipaşazâde'nin hukuk kitabından çok aşağı bir eser-i nev-hevesânedir..." ifadesini kullanmakta, 1 Kasım 1878 tarihli diğer bir mektubunda ise, "...Hayreddin Paşa ile muarefem yok. Hakkında olan fikrim o mashara Akvemül'l-Mesâlık'tendir, İnşaallah sonradan okumuş öğrenmiş de, benim sözüm yanlış çıkar..." demektir."
    "Ali Suavi ise Akvemül Mesalik'i beğeniyor ve istifade ediyordu. Yazdığı kitaplarda ondan iktibaslar yapıyordu. Bundan anlaşılır ki, başta Genç Osmanlıların ileri gelenleri olmak üzere Akvemül Mesalik Osmanlı fikir ve devlet adamlarının dikkatini çeken bir eser olmuştur. Genç Osmanlıların önemli şahsiyetleri Avrupa'ya kaçtıkları esnada Akvemül Mesalik'in Arapçası ve Fransızca mukaddimesi bir ıslahat programı olarak İslam dünyasına ve Avrupa efkârına

    "Habiba Aid El Menyawy. Sie wurde am 22.02.2014 in Kairo Flughafen verhaftet, während der Rückkehr aus Deutschland. Sie war auf Beobachtungslisten ohne Angabe von Gründen. Sie ist schwanger im ersten Monat. Und Ort der Inhaftierung war unbekannt bis gestern. Ihre Familie wusste es in der Zentrale der Staatssicherheit in Nasr City in Kairo. Habiba wurde dort geschlagen. Keine Informationen gibt in ihre Hauptquartier mehr verfügbar !! in Ägypten du bist Gegen den Militärputsch heißt du hast keine Menschenrechte."

    تخيّل قبل ما تدخل لازم يسألك الجندي من وين أنت وشو داخل تعمل !
    تخيّل أي كيس أو شنتة معك لازم تتفتش قبل ما تدخل !
    تخيّل أمك، أختك، بنتك بتمر من بينهم وبتتفتش عشان تدخل على الأقصى !
    تخيّل هالمنظر على باب من أبواب الكعبة ، طيب شو الفرق ؟
    نعم، هُنا المسجد الأقصى المحتل ..
