    Mas,ala :- pakki eit cheeni ya mitti ke bartan se jis cheez par kisi aisi cheez ki rangat ho jo zameen ki jins se ho jaise geroo, khariyaa mitti ya woh cheez jis ki rangat zameen ke jins se to nahi par uska jirm (kann) na ho to in 2no sooraton me usse tayammum jaiz hai aur agar zameen ke jins se na ho aur uska jirm bartan par ho to najaiz hai,
    Mas,ala :- shora jo abhi pani me daal kar saaf nahi kiya gaya us se tayammum jaiz hai warna nahi.

    Mas,ala :- jo namak pani se banta hai us se tayammum jaiz nahi aur jo kaan se nikalta hai jaise sendha namak to usse jaiz hai,
    Mas,ala :- jo cheez aag se jal kar raakh ho jati ho jaise lakdi, ghaas wagairah ya pighal jati ho ya narm ho jati ho jaise sona, chani, taamba, peetal, lohaa, wagairah dhaatein, woh zameen ke jins se nahi usse tayammum jaiz nahi haan yeh daatein agar kaan se nikaal kar pighlaai na gai ki us par abhi mitti ke zarre abhi baqi hain to tayammum jaiz hai aur agar pighla kar saaf kar li gai aur us par itna gubaar baqi hai ki haath maarne se uska asar haath me zahir hota hai us gubaar se tayammum jaiz hai warna nahi.

    Mas,ala :- galla gehoo,n jou wagairah aur lakdi ya ghaas aur shishe par gubaar ho to us gubaar se tayammum jaiz hai jabki itna ho ki haath par lag jata ho warna nahi aur mushak, ambar, kaafoor aur lobaan se tayammum jaiz nahi,
    Mas,ala :- moti, seep aur ghonge se tayammum jaiz nahi agarche

    Das Leben ist wie eine Reise im Zug

    Man steigt oft ein und aus, es gibt Unfälle, bei manchen Aufenthalten angenehme Überraschungen und tiefe Traurigkeit bei Anderen. Wenn wir geboren werden und in den Zug einsteigen, treffen wir Menschen, von denen wir glauben, dass sie uns während unserer ganzen Reise begleiten werden: unsere Eltern.
    Leider ist die Wahrheit eine andere.
    Sie steigen bei einer Station aus und lassen uns ohne ihre Liebe und Zuneigung, ohne ihre Freundschaft und Gesellschaft zurück.

    Allerdings steigen andere Personen, die für uns sehr wichtig werden, in den Zug ein.
    Es sind unsere Geschwister, unsere Freunde und diese wunderbaren Menschen, die wir lieben.
    Manche dieser Personen die einsteigen betrachten die Reise als kleinen Spaziergang.
    Andere finden nur Traurigkeit auf ihrer Reise.
    Und es gibt wieder Andere im Zug, die immer da und bereit sind, denen zu helfen die es brauchen.
    Manche hinterlassen beim Aussteigen eine immerwährende Sehnsucht…

    Manche steigen ein, und wieder aus, und wir haben sie kaum bemerkt.
    Es erstaunt uns, dass manche der Passagiere, die wir am liebsten haben, sich in einen anderen Wagon setzen und uns die Reise in diesem Abschnitt alleine machen lassen.
    Selbstverständlich lassen wir uns nicht davon abhalten, die Mühe auf uns zu nehmen, sie zu suchen und uns zu ihrem Wagon durchzukämpfen.
    Leider können wir uns manchmal nicht zu ihnen setzen, da der Platz an ihrer Seite schon besetzt ist.
    Macht nichts, so ist die Reise: voll von Herausforderungen, Träumen, Fantasien, Hoffnungen und Sehnsüchten.
    … aber ohne Rückkehr.

    Also, machen wir die Reise auf die bestmögliche Weise.
    Versuchen wir mit unseren Mitreisenden gut auszukommen und suchen wir das Beste in jedem von Ihnen. Erinnern wir uns daran, dass in jedem Abschnitt der Strecke einer der Gefährten schwanken kann und möglicherweise unser Verständnis braucht.
    Auch wir werden öfter schwanken und es wird jemand geben, der uns versteht.

    Das große Mysterium der Reise ist, dass wir nicht wissen, wann wir endgültig aussteigen werden und genauso wenig wann unsere Mitreisenden aussteigen werden, nicht einmal der, der gleich neben uns sitzt.

    Die Araber erfanden in den 1960-er Jahren eine besondere nationale Einrichtung namens Palästinenser, ausdrücklich nur wegen politischem Gewinn. Sie brandmarken Israelis als Invasoren und behaupten, der Palästina genannte geografische Bereich gehöre exklusiv den Arabern.
    Das Wort Palästina ist nicht einmal arabisch. Es ist ein von den Römern um 135 n.Chr. geprägtes Wort, das von einem Seefahrervolk aus der Ägais abgeleitet wurde, das in der Antike an der Küste Kanaans siedelte – den Philistern. Der Name wurde gewählt, um Judäa zu ersetzen, als Zeichen, dass damals die jüdische Souveränität nach der jüdischen Revolte gegen Rom ausgelöscht worden war.
    Im Lauf der Zeit wurde der lateinische Name Philistia weiter in Palistina oder Palästina verfälscht. Während der nächsten 2000 Jahre war, was in Palästina umbenannt worden war, niemals ein unabhängiger Staat, der einem Volk gehörte; auch kam während der 1.300 Jahre muslimischer Hegemonie in Palästina unter arabischer und ottomanischer Herrschaft nie ein palästinensisches Volk auf, das sich von anderen Arabern unterschied.
    Palästina war und ist lediglich ein geografischer Name. Daher überrascht es nicht, dass in modernen Zeiten der Name „Palästina" oder „palästinensisch" als Adjektiv auf alle Einwohner der Gegend zwischen Mittelmeer und Jordan angewandt wurde – auf palästinensische Juden und palästinensische Araber gleichermaßen. Fakt ist, dass bis in die 1960-er Jahren die meisten Araber in Palästina es vorzogen sich nur als Teil der großen arabischen Nation oder Bürger von „Südsyrien" bezeichneten.
    Der Begriff „Palästinenser" als Nomen wurde von den Arabern in den 1960-er Jahren von Yassir Arafat als Taktik usurpiert und vereinnahmt, um die Juden als Eindringlinge auf dem Gebiet anderer zu brandmarken. Er stellte die arabischen Einwohner Israels und den „Gebieten" verlogen als eingeborene Bewohner seit undenkbaren Zeiten dar. Diese Erfindung eines Volkes erlaubte es den palästinensischen Arabern mit dem jüdischen Volk als Nation pari zu ziehen, das einen unabhängigen Staat verdient.
    Historisch gab es, bevor die Araber das palästinensische Volk als exklusiv arabisches Phänomen erfanden, keine solche Gruppe.
    Zahllose alte, offizielle Dokumente des britischen Mandats sprechen von „den Juden" und „den Arabern" Palästinas – nicht „Jude und Palästinensern".
    Die Ironie ist: Bevor die örtlichen Juden 1948 anfingen sich Israelis zu nennen (der Name „Israel" wurde für den neu gegründeten jüdischen Staat gewählt), galt der Begriff „Palästina" fast ausschließlich für Juden und die von neuen jüdischen Einwanderern in der ersten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts, vor der Unabhängigkeit gegründeten Institutionen. Einige Beispiele*:
    Die Jerusalem Post, 1932 gegründet, hieß bis 1948 Palestine Post.

    Die Bank Leumi L'Israel hieß „Anglo-Palestine Bank, a Jewish Company".

    Die Jewish Agency – ein Zweig der zionistischen Bewegung, der seit 1929 jüdische Besiedlung betrieb – hieß Jewish Agency for Palestine.

    Die Hauszeitung des amerikanischen Zionismus in den 1930-er Jahren hieß New Palestine.

    Das heutige Israelische Philharmonische Orchester, gegründet 1936 von deutsch-jüdischen Flüchtlingen, die aus Nazideutschland flohen, hieß „Palestine Symphony Orchestra, zusammengestellt aus 70 palästinensischen Juden".

    Der Untied Jewish Appeal (UJA) wurde 1939 als Zusammenschluss des United Palestine Appeal und dem Spendensammel-Zweig des Joint Distribution Committee gegründet.
    Ermutigt durch ihren Erfolg bei historischem Revisionismus und der Gehirnwäsche der Welt mit der „Großen Lüge" eines palästinensischen Volks haben die palästinensischen Araber in jüngerer Zeit begonnen die Behauptung zu erheben die Nachkommen der Philister und sogar der Steinzeit-Kanaaniter zu sein.
    Auf Grundlage dieses Mythos können sie behaupten von den Juden zweimal zu Opfern gemacht worden zu sein: Bei der Eroberung Kanaans durch die Israeliten und von den Israelis der Moderne – eine komplette Erfindung.
    Archäologen erklären, dass die Philister ein mediterranes Volk waren, das um 1100 v.Chr. entlang der Küste Kanaans siedelte. Sie hatten keine Verbindung zur arabischen Nation, einem Wüstenvolk, das aus der arabischen Halbinsel kam.
    Widersprüche sind im Überfluss vorhanden; Palästinenserführer behaupten von den Kanaanitern abzustammen, von den Philistern, den Jebusiten und den ersten Christen. Sie vereinnahmen auch Jesus und ignorieren sein Jüdisch sein; gleichzeitig behaupten sie, die Juden waren nie ein Volk und bauten nie die Heiligen Tempel in Jerusalem.
    Es gab nie einen souveränen arabischen Staat in Palästina
    Die Künstlichkeit einer palästinensischen Identität spiegelt sich in den Haltungen und Taten benachbarter arabischer Staaten, die nie einen Palästinenserstaat errichteten. Sie drückt sich außerdem in den Äußerungen und Loyalitäten der so genannten Palästinenser aus. Nur zweimal in der Geschichte Jerusalems war die Stadt eine nationale Hauptstadt. Das erste Mal war sie die Hauptstadt der beiden jüdischen Staaten während der Zeiten des ersten und des zweiten Tempels, wie sie in der Bibel beschrieben sind, bekräftigt durch archäologische Belege und zahlreiche antike Dokumente. Das zweite Mal ist in der Moderne als Hauptstadt des Staates Israel. Sie war nie arabische Hauptstadt – aus dem einfachen Grund, dass es nie einen palästinensisch-arabischen Staat gab.
    Die von arabischen Führern im Namen der palästinensischen Araber geschwungenen Reden klingen hohl, denn die Araber in den Nachbarländern, die 99,9 Prozent des Landes des Nahen Ostens beherrschen, haben nie eine palästinensische Einheit anerkannt. Sie haben Palästina und seine arabischen Einwohner immer als Teil der „arabischen Nation" betrachtet, historisch und politisch als integralen Bestandteil von Großsyrien.
    Die Araber haben nie einen palästinensisch-arabischen Staat geschaffen, als die UNO 1947 einen Teilungsplan zur Gründung „eines arabischen und eines jüdischen Staates" anbot (sie nannten das keinen Palästinenserstaat, sollte angemerkt werden). Auch erkannten die Araber während der zwei Jahrzehnte vor dem Sechstagekrieg keinen palästinensisch-arabischen Staat an, als der Bereich von Judäa und Samaria („Westbank") unter jordanischer und der Gazastreifen unter ägyptischer Kontrolle standen; sie schrien während dieser Jahre unter jordanischer und ägyptischer Herrschaft auch nicht nach Autonomie oder Unabhängigkeit.
    Deutlich vor der Entscheidung von 1967 ein neues arabisches Volk namens „Palästinenser" zu schaffen, als das Wort „Palästinenser" mit jüdischen Anstrengungen verbunden war, gab Auni Bey Abdul-Hadi, ein örtlicher Araberführer, 1937 vor einem britischen Untersuchungsausschuss – der Peel-Kommission als Zeuge aus: „So etwas [wie Palästina] gibt es nicht! Palästina ist ein Begriff, den die Zionisten erfanden! Es gibt in der Bibel kein Palästina. Unser Land war Jahrhunderte lang Teil von Syrien."

    ISIL Terrorists Brutally Kill Nine for Sectarian Reasons
    Local Editor

    Terrorists of the so-called "Islamic State in Iraq and Levant" (ISIL) brutally killed nine people for sectarian reasons in two separate attacks.

    The first incident took place when al-Qaeda-linked terrorists forced Shiite policemen to pray before killing them, while the second was discovered when decapitated heads were left in a market.

    The two incidents both took place in Salaheddin province, north of Baghdad, leaving nine dead in all, Agence France Presse (AFP) quoted security and medicextremist militants in Anbaral officials as saying.

    In Tuz Khurmatu, insurgents surrounded a police encampment protecting a stadium construction site and gathered the six policemen as a group and shot them all dead, two security officials and a doctor at the local hospital said.

    One of the six, however, only died at hospital, and according to a local Tuz official, said that the insurgents had attempted to find out if the policemen were Sunni or Shiite before killing them.

    The militants asked them which sect they belonged to and the policemen, who were Shiite Turkmen, initially said they were Sunni in an effort to save themselves, the town official said, speaking on condition of anonymity.
    The victims were forced to pray as a group and their efforts to mask their confessional background were undone.

    In a separate incident in Baiji, the decapitated heads of three men were found in a town market Sunday morning, two police officers in the town said.
    The men -- an anti-Qaeda militia chief, his son and his cousin -- were kidnapped late on Thursday near provincial capital Tikrit.

    ISIL, which also operates in neighboring Syria, frequently carries out attacks against Shiites in a bid to inflame the sectarian sedition in the country.

    Zohbi: Saudi Anti-Terrorism Law Not Real, Its Implementation Impossible

    Syrian Information minister Omran al-Zohbi said that terrorists from 83 nationalities have been engaged in the fight taking place in Syria, as he dismissed the so-called anti-terrorism law issued by the Saudi Arabia as not real.

    The Syrian minister stressed that the announcSyrian Information Minister Omran al-Zohbied Saudi decision does not mean that it has given up its support of terrorist groups in Syria, Al-Alam reported on Saturday.

    "The Saudi decision is not real and its implementation is impossible," Al-Zoubi added, explaining that Saudi terrorist infiltrate into Syria through Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey and their entry into the country cannot be registered.

    "Thus how can Saudi authorities tell if these individuals are coming back from Syria to detain and punish them?" Zohbi wondered.

    Insisting that Saudi Arabia is supporting the multinational terrorists in Syria with funds and weaponry, the Syrian official added that the recent Saudi decision does not mention anything about halting Saudi support of foreign insurgents in the form of funds, armaments and military training.

    He noted that the anti-terrorism law does not consider any sort of punishment for those Saudi preachers, websites and media broadcasters that provide the terrorists in Syria with "moral boosting" materials.

    Nusra Front, Ahrar Al-Sham Form Alliance to Fight ISIL in Syria's Deir Ezzur

    Infighting between terrorists in Syria continues, with Nusra Front, Ahrar al-Sham and Jund Al-Aziz groups struck an alliance to wage an all-out war on the so-called "Islamic State in Iraq and Levant" (ISIL) in Deir Ezzur.

    The Nusra Front, Ahrar Al-Sham and Jund Al-Aziz came into terms after a series of long negotiations in a move to be able to stand up to the ISIL, a rival Saudi-backed branch of the al-Qaeda terrorist group in Eastern Syria and Western Iraq.
    CommAhrar al-Sham terroristsander of the Nusra Front Ahmad Saeed Al-Hejr was also killed in the clashes in Deir Ezzur.

    Meantime, Abu Al-Laith Al-Maghrebi, a ringleader of the ISIL, was killed in Al-Tabni region in Deir Ezzur countryside, FARS news agency reported.

    Elsewhere in Hasaka countryside, the ISIL arrested two Free Syrian Army (FSA) and Nusra Front commanders in Al-Shadadi countryside.

    After more than two years of fighting side-by-side and leading one of the bloodiest conflicts in the recent history of the Middle-East, al-Qaeda affiliated groups have been making increasing moves against each other in the last few months.

    Militants in Syria have been committing numerous war crimes against people and Syrian army soldiers throughout the country during their bloody war.

    Sources said the number of anti-government combat factions has reached 1750, including the FSA, ISIL, and other groups working for different agendas.

    Wenn der Himmel brennt und das Geschrei schon so vertraut ist, das man nicht mehr zusammen zuckt, fürchtet man die Hölle nicht mehr ! Denn man lebt in ihr und empfindet Wut, Trauer, Freude und Glück immer im Beigeschmack der Angst.

    Angst um seine Mutter, Angst um den Bruder, Angst um sein Baby, Angst um seine Liebe, Angst um sein Volk und Angst um seine Heimat! Das eigene Leben ist schon lange nicht mehr viel Wert, denn man betrachtet sich selber nur noch als Last, wenn man keinen Schutz bieten kann sondern nur ein Teil dessen ist was Schutz benötigt. Eine Nation die Schutz benötigt und keinen Schutz bieten kann, ist dem Ausgesetzt was der Gegner zu bieten hat.......................... Und dieser hat keine Güte zu vergeben

    Das Leben endet in diesem Teil der Erde nie.......denn es gab nie ein Leben, man existierte nur so lange man davon kam

    Exclusive: Keys to Syria war given from Qatar to Saudi Arabia

    Bouthaina Shaaban, Syrian president's political and media advisor, says the United States has adopted a hypocritical stance toward Syria, but it calls it a "policy" which we now witness is showing signs of failure.

    Speaking at an exclusive interview with Al-Alam in Syrian capital Damascus Shaaban said, the United States is struggling to make an exit for itself from the chaos it has been leading in Syria which not only targeted Syria, but was also aimed at "changing the image of the region".

    "Since three years ago and start of the extensive war on Syria, we saw that international criteria have changed; that's why I think the result of this war is going to show which axis is more powerful and will stay in the region... The result will as well determine characteristics of the regional balance," she said.

    She then referred to changes undergone in the war Syria has been dealing with, saying that, "at the beginning, it was Qatar which led the war and unfortunately made the Arab League to accompany it, but later the keys to the war on Syria were given to Saudi Arabia".

    "If we set aside recent agenda in which Saudi Arabia and US are getting closer over Syria, we can say that Qatar, Turkey and then Saudi Arabia were playing as US and West's agents against the resistance axis, and unfortunately it is the truth," she said.

    "What came at a surprise was the fact that those who called themselves Arab countries, were at head of the arrow that targeted Syria, however, this revealed the realities," Shaaban added.

    The Syrian official further referred to the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his government's role in the ongoing war in her country and said, "Erdogan government thought it had the region's situation under control, and of course, I say Erdogan government, because I want to make it clear that my assertions are not against Turkish people".

    "Erdogan government is a Brotherhood government, and he proved this by supporting the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood; unfortunately they came to act with Ottoman thoughts".

    She stressed, "the regional conspiracy was with no doubt, done with assistance of the US and the West, which not only aimed for Syria, it had Iran, Hezbollah, resistance and anyone who said no to the US under its target".

    Shaaban said the US "knows well where it has ended up in Syria". She added recent reports of US envoy Robert Ford getting retired because "he misses his family" after he led different groups in their war to topple the government for nearly three years, was one of the signs showing the US is trying to make a way out of Syria. "They want to prevent further losses as much as possible."

    "The American administration has actually adopted a hypocritical stance on Syria, but from their point of view all these hypocrisy is politics."

    "If we take a look into (US secretary of State) John Kerry's recent trip to the region, we see that he speaks with a different tone in different places. Seeing such an act from a person who comes from a major economic and military power, without a doubt shows US policies are shaking."

    She added that US President Barack Obama has only two more years in office and now he is trying not to leave a negative image of himself.

    "Recent changes in US relations with Iran and the agreement-like event between US and Russia are all parts of Obama's attempts to introduce himself as an American president who stood against wars and tried for peace in the world."

    Shaaban said, the US has now left things somehow to Saudi Arabia, to conduct the war in its own way.

    "Saudi Arabia is now giving financial and military support to the al-Nusra Front, Islamic State of Iraq and Levant and all other terrorist groups," she added.

    She stressed however that, "I believe that they will fail, especially at a time when national reconciliation is improving fast inside Syria".

    "Even those Syrians who were deceived are now changing their minds. They are now facing with the dangers and the truths."

    Syria sank into war in March 2011 when pro-reform protests turned into a massive insurgency following the intervention of Western and regional states.

    The unrest, which took in terrorist groups from across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, has transpired as one of the bloodiest conflicts in recent history.

    400 evacuated from Syria's Homs despite militants threat

    More than 400 civilians have been evacuated from the besieged districts of the Syrian city of Homs, Syrian state TV has reported.

    The state television quoted Homs Governor Talal al-Barazi as saying on Sunday that 420 besieged people "came out today from the Old City districts of Homs, and the operation is still under way."

    Reports said the operation took place despite raging fire from foreign-backed militants in the Arab country.

    The so-called Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the fire hit the district of Qarabis in Homs, where dozens of civilians had gathered for evacuation by the United Nations.

    The evacuation of people is part of a three-day ceasefire brokered by the UN between the Syrian army and the foreign-backed militants.

    On Friday, 83 women, children and elderly people trapped in the beleaguered city were bussed out to a safe zone.

    The deal also allows the entrance of humanitarian assistance for civilians who choose to stay. The two sides had agreed on a pause in fighting as the deal is being implemented.

    However, a joint UN-Red Crescent aid convoy in Homs came under attack on Saturday. Four members of the Syrian Red Crescent and a truck driver were injured after mortars and shots were fired at the convoy.

    The Syrian national television quoted Barazi as saying that two vehicles carrying aid supplies had entered the Old City, but militants had targeted the route with mortar fire and prevented more vehicles from entering.
