    Dia tengah tidur, tapi malaikat tulis DOSA dia. Dia tengah solat, belajar, makan, mandi, malaikat tetap setia mencatit DOSA dia. Dia tak buat ape2 pun. Pelik. Tapi malaikat masih tak berhenti catit DOSA dia. Eh? Ape salah dia? Rupanya banyak mata2 sedang melihat gambarnya yang TAK menutup AURAT di FB, WeChat, Twitter, Instagram, Kakaotalk, Line, WhatsApp & yang sama waktu dengannya. "right-click, save image as.. " Setiap kali ada lelaki yang melihat, save, setiap kali itulah dosanya berTAMBAH. Itu belum lagi bila meninggal, kat dalam kubur nanti, malaikat takkan berhenti seksa selagi ada lelaki atas dunia ni yang tengok gambar awak yang tak tutup aurat. Masa tu ape yang awak boleh buat? Nothing.
    Jadi sekarang ini awak boleh perlahan-lahan cuba tutup aurat. Berhias hanya untuk suami. Itu lagi sweet. Dapat pahala. Tapi yang pnting niat mesti ikhlas nak tutup aurat.

Darum verrichte dein Gebet sobald es eingetroffen ist, damit du zu denen gehörst, die ALLAH:"Die sich niederferenden" im Koran nennt.Wir müssen das richtige Bewusstsein entwickeln (Tauhid) das wir allein von ALLAH abhängig sind und wir keine Angst vor den Kuffar haben dürfen.

    Morgen findet die Janaza des Bruders (hier könnte dein Name stehen) statt. Unser geliebter Bruder, mit dem wir seit unserer Kindheit gespielt haben, den wir so sehr liebten wie wir uns selber lieben, mit dem wir alles geteilt haben und dem wir alles anvertraut haben. Er ist zu Allah zurückgekehrt, ohne dass wir uns von ihm verabschieden konnten. Gestern haben wir noch zusammen gelacht und gestritten, ich habe jedoch vergessen mich bei ihm zu entschuldigen und ihm zu sagen, dass ich ihn liebe...heute ist dies nicht mehr möglich...

    Bitte liebe Geschwister, diese Nachricht könnte wahr werden. Steht auf, geht zu euren Geliebten, vergebt ihnen und sie sollen euch vergeben, liebt euch und werdet geliebt (aufgrund der Schönheit eures Charakters, der Prophet saw. wurde entsandt um die Charakterzüge zu vervollkommen wie es in einem Hadith überliefert wurde!).     BBC website reported yesterday, Monday 17/02/2014 that &quot;African troops under the auspices of the International Support Mission for Central African Republic (MISCA) have evacuated 2,000 Muslims fleeing sectarian violence in the Central African Republic (CAR) to neighbouring Cameroon. A reporter with the Hausa service of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) travelling with Rwandan soldiers said the convoy carrying the refugees came under attack from anti-balaka militia, who used guns, bow and arrows, machetes, rocks and swords.&quot;

    Frequent accounts were reported regarding Christians killing Muslims and dismembering their bodies, and even eat their raw flesh. BBC published on 13/01/2014 a detailed investigation about &quot;a cannibal who ate man&#039;s flesh in revenge&quot;, an eye witness said, &quot;People started attacking him, kicking him. They smashed a rock against his head. They kept going even after he was dead.&quot; He went on: &quot;They set the body on fire. There were about 20 youths. They cut a whole leg off. Then one of them started to eat it. He bit into it four times and swallowed. It was raw, not burned.&quot; The mob celebrated this heinous crime, they gathered around him, shook his hand and patted his head, smiling and laughing as he, for the first time, smiled broadly. To them, he was a hero. One of them said: &quot;Everyone&#039;s so angry with the Muslims. No way anyone was going to intervene.&quot;

    In contrast, the troops sent by France under the pretext of supporting African peacekeeping forces in the prevention of violence showed full bias towards the spiteful crusader killers, the enemies of Islam and Muslims in their crimes against Muslims and their sanctities, so the case of those appealing for the help of the international forces in Central Africa is like appealing for help from the kettle that is in the fire.

    This is only the tip of the iceberg of the crimes being committed against our Muslim brothers in the Central African Republic, by the spiteful Crusaders enemies of Islam and Muslims, killing in the ugliest forms, severe beatings to death, chopping body parts, tearing pieces of flesh, burning with fire, mutilation, and eating raw human flesh, is a picture from the situation, and it is what the Muslims there are now facing, in the light of French cooperation, international complicity, and the delinquency of the rulers of the Muslims, their stance towards the Muslims of Central Africa is the same as their stance towards the infamous massacre of the Muslims in Srebrenica in the year of 1995, where more then 8 thousand civilians were killed and a systematic rape of the Bosnian women under the sight of the Dutch UN troops. As well as the bloodbath in Ash-Sham at the hands of the US regime, and what has happened before in Burma, Palestine, Avanti, Kashmir, Eastern Turkistan and the rest of the afflicted Muslim lands... These calamities faced by the Muslims around the world will not be stopped or prevented except by the Khilafah State which is the shield of the Ummah and its protector...

    Accordingly, the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir is in the process of developing a campaign in support of Muslims in Central Africa, the Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

    «مَثَلُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي تَوَادِّهِمْ وَتَرَاحُمِهِمْ وَتَعَاطُفِهِمْ، مَثَلُ الْجَسَدِ إِذَا اشْتَكَى مِنْهُ عُضْوٌ تَدَاعَى لَهُ سَائِرُ الْجَسَدِ بِالسَّهَرِ وَالْحُمَّى»

    &quot;The example of the believers in their affection, mercy, and compassion for each other is that of a body. When any limb aches, the whole body reacts with sleeplessness and fever.&quot; (Reported by Muslim)

    The campaign and its content will be announced in due time by the will of Allah.

    Das Verschlafen des Fajr-Gebets + TIPPS Ein Bruder beklagte sich und fragte: „An den meisten Tagen verpass ich das Fajr-Gebet, und ich bete es kaum zur richtigen Zeit. Ich wache gewöhnlich nicht auf bis nach dem Sonnenaufgang, oder bestenfalls wache ich auf, wenn die Zeit zum Fajr-Gebet in der Gemeinschaft (Jama'ah) vorbei ist. Ich habe versucht, rechtzeitig aufzuwachen, ohne Erfolg. Was ist die Lösung für dieses Problem?" Alles Lob gebührt Allah. Die Lösung dieses Problems hat – wie andere – zwei Aspekte: theoretisch und praktisch. Der theoretische Aspekt kann weiter in zwei Punkten eingeteilt werden: (1) Der Muslim soll die großartige Stellung des Fajr-Gebets aus der Sicht Allahs kennen. Der Prophet (sallahu 'ālāyhi wā sāllām) sagte: „Wer auch immer das Fajr-Gebet in der Gemeinschaft betet, so ist es, als hätte er die ganze Nacht gebetet." (Muslim, S. 454, Nr. 656; At-Tirmidhi, 221) Der Prophet (sallahu 'ālāyhi wā sāllām) sagte auch: „Die beschwerlichsten Gebete für die Heuchler sind das Isha-Gebet und das Fajr-Gebet, doch wenn sie wüssten, was sie beinhalten, würden sie kommen, selbst wenn sie kriechen müssten." (Berichtet von Imam Ahmad, al-Musnad, 2/424; Sahih Al-Jami, 133). „Wer auch immer Fajr betet, ist unter dem Schutz Allahs. Bringt euch nicht in eine Situation, in der Allah euch für eure Nachlässigkeit zur Rechenschaft ziehen muss." (Berichtet von Al-Tabarani, 7/267; Sahih Al-Jami, Nr. 6344) „Engel kommen im Wechsel von Tag und Nacht zu euch. Sie treffen sich beim Fajr-Gebet und Asr-Gebet, dann steigen diejenigen, die die Nacht bei euch blieben, auf und werden von dem Einen, Der es besser weiß als sie, gefragt: ‚Wie habt ihr Meine Diener vorgefunden?' Sie sagen: ‚Wir verließen sie, als sie beteten und wir kamen zu ihnen, als sie beteten!" (Berichtet von Al-Bukhari, al-Fath, 2/33) „Das beste Gebet bei Allah ist das Fajr-Gebet am Freitag in der Gemeinschaft." (Berichtet von Abu Na'im in al-Hiyah, 7/207, und in al-Silsilah al-Sahihah, 1566) Gemäß eines sahih Hadith: „Wer auch immer al-Bardayn betet, wird das Paradies betreten." (Berichtet von Al-Bukhari, al-Fath, 2/52) Al-Bardayn sind Fajr und Asr. (2) Die Muslime sollen die Gefährlichkeit des Verpassens des Fajr-Gebets verstehen. Dies wird durch das bereits zitierte Hadith erklärt: „Die beschwerlichsten Gebete für die Heuchler sind das Isha'-Gebet und das Fajr-Gebet…" In Al-Sahih wird berichtet, dass Ibn Umar, radiyallahu anhuma, sagte: „Wenn wir jemanden nicht beim Fajr- und Isha'-Gebet sahen, dachten wir negativ von ihm." (Berichtet von At-Tabarani in Al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, 12/271, Al-Haythami sagte, dass die Männer von At-Tabarani muwaththaqun (vertrauenswürdig) seien. Al- Majma', 2/40) Sie dachten negativ von jemandem, der bei diesen beiden Gebeten fehlte, da ihre regelmäßige Verrichtung ein Zeichen für den Glauben eines Menschen und ein Maß seiner Aufrichtigkeit sind. Andere Gebete mögen leichter zu verrichten sein, da sie günstiger für die Umstände eines Menschen sind und mit seiner Arbeit und seinem Schlaf in Einklang zu bringen sind. Doch nur diejenigen, die entschlossen und aufrichtig sind, sind Menschen für die man hofft und die in der Lage sind, Fajr und Isha' regelmäßig in der Gemeinschaft zu beten. Ein anderes Hadith, das die Gefährlichkeit des Verpassens des Fajr- Gebets anzeigt, ist: „Derjenige, der das Morgengebet (in der Gemeinschaft) betet, ist in der Tat unter dem Schutz Allahs. Und es kann nicht passieren, dass Allah etwas von dir fordert in Verbindung mit dem Schutz (den Er gewährt) und man bekommt ihn nicht. Er würde ihn dann mit seinem Gesicht ins Höllenfeuer werfen." (Berichtet von Muslim, S. 454) Diese zwei Punkte sind ausreichend zu garantieren, dass das muslimische Herz brennen wird vor Sorge, sicher zu gehen, dass er nicht das Fajr-Gebet verpasst. Der erste veranlasst ihn, die Belohnung für das Fajr-Gebet zu verdienen, und der zweite dient als Warnung, die ihn davor abschrecken wird, die Sünde der Vernachlässigung zu begehen. Der praktische Aspekt des Beschäftigens mit diesem Problem beinhaltet eine Anzahl von Schritten, die der Muslim unternehmen kann, um sich an die regelmäßige Verrichtung des Fajr-Gebets in der Gemeinschaft zu gewöhnen. Diese Schritte beinhalten: 1) Früh schlafen. Gemäß eines sahih Hadith mochte der Prophet (sallahu 'ālāyhi wā sāllām) das Schlafen vor dem Isha'-Gebet nicht und verabscheute das Sprechen danach. Die Muslime sollen nicht vor dem Isha'-Gebet schlafen, denn es ist nahe liegend, dass die meisten von denjenigen, die vorher schlafen, sich den Rest der Nacht so müde und schwer fühlen, dass es so ist, als wären sie krank. Auch sollen die Muslime nicht nach dem Isha' reden, und die Rechtsgelehrten haben den Grund dafür, dass es unerwünscht ist, dies zu tun, so erklärt: Der Grund dafür ist, dass dieses Verhalten die Menschen dazu bringt, bis spät aufzubleiben, und dies wiederum führt zu der Angst, dass sie verschlafen und Qiyam al- Layl oder die richtige, die auserwählte oder die bevorzugte Zeit für das Fajr-Gebet verpassen. Die Art des Gespräches, das nach dem Isha' unerwünscht ist, ist – wie die Kommentatoren erklären – das, worin es keinen eindeutigen Nutzen gibt, ist jedoch Nutzen darin, wie z.B. beim Studieren, beim Erlangen von Wissen, beim Lernen von Geschichten rechtschaffener Leute, beim Sprechen zu einem Gast, beim Verbringen seiner Zeit mit seiner Frau oder Familie, beim Sprechen mit Reisenden und beim sorgen um sie und ihr Gepäck, oder bei jedem anderen zulässigen Grund, dann ist darin nichts Falsches. Dies hat keinen Zusammenhang mit den Gründen, aus denen viele Menschen heutzutage spät aufstehen, Falsches zu tun und Sünden zu begehen. Darum soll der Muslim früh schlafen, so dass er zum Fajr erholt aufwachen kann und die Art später Nächte vermeiden, die ihn zu müde machen zum Aufstehen und Fajr in der Gemeinschaft zu beten. Es ist Tatsache, dass sich die Menschen hinsichtlich ihres Bedürfnisses nach Schlaf unterscheiden, daher ist es nicht möglich, eine feste Anzahl an Stunden festzusetzen, die der Mensch schlafen soll, doch jeder sollte sich an die Zeit halten, die ihm genug Schlaf gibt, erholt zum Fajr-Gebet aufzustehen. Weiß jemand aus Erfahrung, dass das Schlafen nach 23:00 Uhr z.B. bedeutet, dass er zum Fajr nicht aufstehen kann, so sollte er aus islamischer Sicht nicht später schlafen als zu diesem Zeitpunkt,… usw. 2) Sich versichern, dass man rein (tahir) ist und Adhkar (Bittgebete) rezitieren, bevor man schläft. Dies hilft, um zum Fajr aufzustehen. 3) Eine aufrichtige Absicht zu haben und entschlossen zu sein, dass man zum Fajr-Gebet aufstehen wird. Geht jemand jedoch schlafen, hoffend, dass der Wecker nicht klingeln wird und dass niemand kommen wird und ihn weckt, wird er mit solch einer verdorbenen Absicht nicht in der Lage sein, aufzustehen, um Fajr zu beten, während er weiter seine verdorbene Absicht hat. 4) Das Erinnern an Allah, sobald man aufwacht. Manche Leute mögen anfänglich die Absicht haben, aufzuwachen, schlafen dann aber doch wieder ein. Erinnert man sich jedoch direkt nach dem Aufwachen an Allah, so wird ihn das aus einem der Knoten des Shaitans lösen und motivieren aufzustehen. Verrichtet man Wudu so wird die Entschlossenheit stärker, und der Shaitan wird weiter weg vertrieben, und wenn man betet, ist sein Shaitan bekämpft, sein Gleichgewicht (guter Taten) wird stärker, und man wird sich glücklich und energisch fühlen. 5) Hilfe bei der Familie und aufrichtigen Menschen suchen, um Fajr zu beten und sich gegenseitig in dieser Hinsicht ermahnen. Dies ist notwendig und zweifellos in den Worten Allahu Ta'alas enthalten: وَتَعَاوَنُوْا عََلى الْبرِّ وَالتَّ ْ قوَى Helft einander zur Güte und Gottesfurcht… (Surah Al-Maidah (5):2) وَاْلعَصْر.ِإِنَّ اْلإِنسَانََلفِي خُسْرٍ. إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَتَوَاصَوْابِالْحَقِّ . وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ Beim Zeitalter! Der Mensch befindet sich wahrlich in Verlust, außer denjenigen, die glauben und rechtschaffene Werke tun und einander die Wahrheit eindringlich empfehlen und einander die Standhaftigkeit eindringlich empfehlen. (Surah Al-Asr (103):1-3) Dem Muslim ist es auferlegt, seine Ehefrau zu ermahnen, z.B. indem er sie weckt, um Fajr zu beten, und sie soll ihn ermahnen, ungeachtet, wie müde und erschöpft er sein mag. Kinder sollen auch die Hilfe ihrer Väter suchen, so dass er sie wecken kann, wenn es Zeit zum Gebet ist. Kein Vater sollte sagen: „Sie haben Prüfungen, sie sind müde, lass sie schlafen, arme Kinder." Es ist ein Fehler zu denken, dass ein Vater, der dies tut, ein netter und barmherziger Elternteil ist, wahre elterliche Barmherzigkeit bedeutet, dass der Vater sie zur Anbetung Allahs aufweckt. وَْأمُرْ َأهَْلكَ بِالصََّلاةِ وَاصْ َ طبِرْ عََليْهَا َلا نَسَْألُكَ رِزًْقا نَّحْنُ نَرْزُقُكَ وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلتَّ ْ قوَى Und befiehl deinen Angehörigen, das Gebet (zu verrichten), und sei beharrlich darin.﴿ (Surah Ta Ha (20):132) Gerade als Familienmitglieder sollte man sich gegenseitig helfen und ermahnen, Fajr zu beten. So müssen sich auch Brüder im Islam gegenseitig helfen. Z.B. Universitätsstudenten, die im selben Haus wohnen, oder Nachbarn, die in derselben Gegend leben, können sich gegenseitig helfen, indem sie an die Tür des Nachbarn klopfen, um ihn zum Gebet zu wecken und ihm in der Abetung Allahs zu helfen. 6) Zu Allah beten, damit er ihm hilft aufzustehen, um Fajr in der Gemeinschaft zu beten. Du'a ist eine der großartigsten Quellen der Stärke und des Erfolgs in allen Dingen. 7) Verschiedene Mittel, um geweckt zu werden, wie z.B. Wecker. Diese sollten an den geeignetsten Orten gestellt werden. Einige stellen den Wecker neben ihren Kopf, und wenn er klingelt, stellen sie ihn ab und schlafen direkt wieder ein.     O Muslims of Pakistan!

    Unless and until Pakistan is purified of all American presence, our armed forces and tribal people will burn in this war of Fitna. Our military must act to close American Embassy, expel US diplomats including its ambassador and expel its military and intelligence operatives. And our tribal people must eliminate all miscreants from within their ranks, who call for attacks on Pakistan armed forces, rather than seeking their support to establish Khilafah through them. It is upon us to ensure that our armed forces and tribal fighters both turn their fire and steel against the American presence, which is the source of the intricate planning, huge funding and sophisticated arms supply that has allowed the targeting of military and civilian targets for so long. As long as this American presence exists on our soil, we will never see an end to this devastating war, even if we were to lose far more than we have already lost. And be assured, upon the return of our Khilafah, which is very soon inshaaAllah, both our armed forces and tribal fighters will be mobilized without delay to strike at America's presence in the region in a way that will strike fear in their hearts, scare the Shaytaan out from their beings and smash their ambition against this Ummah to smithereens.

    So, join your nights and days in the noble work for re-establishing the Khilafah, as the shebaab of Hizb ut-Tahrir do. Stand side to side with the shebaab and mobilize the Muslims of Pakistan in a vibrant, powerful wave for real change. Let no Masjid, school, university campus, market, office be deprived of the call for the Khilafah. Use your ingenuity to use all the means and styles that Allah سبحانه وتعالى has availed for you to carry the call loud and clear, whether it is by discussions, bayyans, dars, SMS, e-mail, radio or even television broadcast. Let the call for Khilafah resound throughout this land and within this part of the Islamic Ummah. And call your sons, brothers, fathers and uncles in the Pakistan armed forces to deliver a death blow to the American presence in the region by giving the Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah, which will end the tide of humiliation and defeat and usher in an era of honour, power and glory.

    وَلِلَّهِ الْعِزَّةُ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَكِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

    "But honour, power and glory belong to Allâh, and to His Messenger (Muhammad [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam]), and to the believers, but the hypocrites know not." [Surah al-Munafiqoun 63:8].

    As-salāmu ʿalaykum wa raḥmatullāhi wa barakātuh meine lieben Geschwister im Islām.
    Im folgenden Beitrag möchten wir ein Thema ansprechen, was die Shiiten seit einiger Zeit als neuen Vorwurf und Argument gegen die Sunniten bringen. Da Muta der Shiiten nichts weiter als Prostitution ist und im Namen des Islam missbraucht wird, um die eigenen Gelüste zu befriedigen oder um Geld zu verdienen, versuchen die Shiiten, den Muslimen ein ähnliches Verhalten vorzuwerfen. Doch der Islam legitimiert an keiner Stelle eine Prostitution unter dem Deckmantel einer "islamisch" legitimen Heirat.
    Wir möchten unseren Lesern einen Einblick und zugleich einen Beweis unserer Aussage geben. Hierzu nehmen wir einige Fataawa (Rechtsurteile) eines der großen Gelehrten der Shia, der als Groß-Ayatullat "Sayyid" Sadiq Rohani bekannt ist. Eines der Marja (Vorbild der Nachahmung) für die 12er Imamiten.
    Das Erfüllen der Gelüste durch Prostituierte:
    Marja Großayatullat "Sayyid" Sadiq Rohani klärt auf:
    Fatwa Nr. 1)

    Frage:
    Ist es erlaubt, Frauen der Ahl Al-Kitab (Juden und Christen) zu heiraten (Zeitehe), die bekannt für ihre Prostitution in "Hotels" sind und ihre Iddah nicht einhalten.
    Antwort:
    In seinem herrlichen Namen.
    Die Heirat (Zeitehe) mit den Ahl Al-Kitab und Prostituierten ist erlaubt und es gibt keine Iddah für Zina (Unzucht). Wenn eine Prostituierte aber jemanden heiratet (Zeitehe), dann ist es nicht erlaubt, sie in ihrer Iddah zu heiraten.
    Kommentar: Man kann an der Frage sehen, dass dies einzig auf die Befriedigung der Gelüste ( Genussehe mit Prostituirten !?! ) hinaus geht, trotzdem erlaubt der Ayatullat dies.
    Fatwa Nr. 2)

    Frage:
    Ich war in einem Nachtclub als mich eine Prostituierte für 100$ anfragte (Ihre Dienste angeboten!). Ich gab ihr die Summe, worauf sie mir sagte, dass sie mir ihren Körper für die Summe die ich bezahlte, in der Genussehe (Zeitehe) für einen Tag anbietet.

    Wird dies als Genussehe (Zeitehe) betrachtet?
    Antwort:
    In seinem herrlichen Namen.
    Wenn sie das mit der Absicht einer Genussehe (Zeitehe) sagte und wenn du damit einverstanden warst, dann wird dies als Genussehe (Zeitehe) betrachtet.
    Kommentar: Dieser Ayatullat verliert kein Wort darüber, dass es nicht erlaubt sei, in Nachtclubs unterwegs zu sein, im Gegenteil. Er erklärt diese Genussehe, die von der Prostituierten zu ihren Zwecken und von dem Fragenden, der Gelüstbefriedigungswillen zu Stande kam, als legitim (Da Genussehe ja legitim bei den Shiiten ist!). Gibt es irgendeine Religion, außer dieser 12er-Shiiten, dieser Welt, die sowas als eine "Heirat" bezeichnet?
    Eine letzte Fatwa möchten wir noch angeben!
    Fatwa Nr. 3)

    Frage:
    Wie ist die Regelung einer Genussehe (Zeitehe) mit einer Frau zu haben, deren Absicht Unzucht (Zina) ist, während meine Absicht die der Muta (Genussehe, Zeitehe) ist, wissend dass sie daüber bewusst ist, was Muta ist, aber sie daran nicht glaubt (als Form der Ehe)
    Antwort:
    In seinem herrlichen Namen.
    Ihre Absicht hat keine Auswirkung solange sie weiß, dass sie sich mit dir in einer Genussehe (Zeitehe) befindet – Es ist erlaubt die Genussehe (Zeitehe) mit ihr zu haben
    Kommentar: Hierzu fehlen mir die Worte!
    Bei Bedarf können weitere Fataawa (Rechtsurteile) gepostet werden, aber fürs Erste reichen diese Fatwas.
    Nun, nachdem die Prostitution der 12er-Shiiten klar und deutlich ist, versuchen die Shiiten wie üblich die Sunniten ebenfalls in den Dreck zu ziehen. Die Shia suchen immer wieder Bestätigung ihrer Glaubenslehre bei den Sunniten, was jedem auffallen kann, der ihre Texte liest.
    Hier beschuldigen z.B. Hamzah und die seines Gleichen, die Sunniten des Zina, wie man ihrem Vortrag entnehmen kann.
    Zawaj bi niyyat al Talaq "Hochzeit mit Absicht der Scheidung"


    Frage:
    Worauf basiert diese Anschuldigung?
    Antwort:
    Es basiert auf eine Fatwa von Sheikh Bin Baz (Rahimahullah) in der eine Heirat mit der Absicht der Scheidung erlaubte. Mit dieser und einiger weiterer Fataawa möchten die Shiiten gerne die Sunniten angreifen.
    Wir möchten erstmal aber die Frage beantworten, was diese Ehe genau ist.
    - Bei dieser Ehe wird die Ehe, unter allen Vorrausstzungen der für eine Heirat benötigten  Bedingung abgeschlossen, d.h. es ist eine formell ganz "normale" Ehe, da Zeugen, Walli usw. benötigt werden.
    Der Unterschied zu "normalen" Ehen liegt darin, dass der Mann innerlich die Absicht einer Scheidung nach einer bestimmten Zeit hat.
    Kommentar:
    Diesen Standpunkt mag Sheikh Bin Baz und weitere, möge Allah ihnen Barmherzig sein, vertreten haben, aber bekanntlich haben ihm viele Widersprochen. So z.B. können wir auf der Website islamqa den Standpunkt lesen, dass eine solche Ehe nicht erlaubt ist.
    Diesem Urteil stimmen also folgende Gelehrte zu:

    Shaykh 'Abd al-'Azeez ibn 'Abd-Allaah Aal al-Shaykh,

    Shaykh 'Abd-Allaah ibn Ghadyaan,

    Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan,

    Shaykh Bakr Abu Zayd.
    Auch vertritt Sheikh Muhammad Ibn Uthaymeen (Rahimahullah) dem Verbot solch einer Ehe zu.

    Fazit:
    Die Sunniten sehen darin kein Problem zu sagen, dass der Standpunkt Sheikh Bin Baz in dieser Thematik falsch sein kann, dem viele Gelehrten seiner Zeit und der Heutigen widersprechen. Auch wenn diese Ehe formell richtig ist, so ist die Absicht eines der Ehepartner Betrug, was im Islam verboten ist.
    Der Gesandte Allahs, Friede und Segen sei auf ihm sagte:
    Derjenige der betrügt, ist nicht von uns. [Sinngemäß]

    Während diese Ehe formell (islamisch) also gültig ist und die Partner ihre Absicht ändern können und aus Gottefurcht von ihrem Vorhaben ablassen können, lesen wir bei dem Groß-Ayatullat Rohani in seiner Fatwa folgendes bezüglich Muta:

    Frage:
    Ist es erlaubt sich in eine Genussehe (Zeitehe) mit einer Jungfrau, die ihre Reife (Pubertät) erreicht hat zu begeben und sind Zeugen erforderlich, berücksichtigend dass ich ein Muqallid (Folger) von Al-Khoi bin?
    Antwort:
    In seinem herrlichen Namen.
    Obwohl "Sayyid" Al-Khoi von den größten Gelehrter der Zeit der Verborgenheit (des 12.Imams) ist und bis heute, trotzdem ist es nicht erlaubt ihn Taqli (Ayatullat folgen) zu machen und mit einem verstorbenen (Gelehrten) zu bleiben, als seinen Marja. Genauso ist es nicht erlaubt seinen Taqlid zu starten.

    Was du tun kannst ist, dass du aufhörst deinen alten Marja zu folgen und wenn du mich auswählst zu folgen, dann sehe ich es als erlaubt eine Jungfrau die ihre Reife erreicht hat zu heiraten, ohne die Bedingung der Zeugen und auch nicht mit der Erlaubnis des Walli (Vater usw.)
    Kommentar:
    Auch wenn einige der Ayatullats anderer Meinung sind, so wird eben auch diese Meinung unter ihren Großayatullats vertreten. Nun kann man den Unterschied zwischen beiden Eheformen sehen. Während die "Ehe mit der Absicht der Scheidung" alle islamischen Bedingungen für eine Heirat erfüllt, wird hier gesagt, dass weder Zeugen noch ein Walli für Muta benötigt wird.

    Das führt zum Resultat, dass ein Vergleich grundsätzlich nicht stattfinden kann!
    Die nächste Eheform über die die 12er-Shiiten herziehen ist die Misyarehe.

    Antwort:
    Die Misyarehe ist eine Ehe, die alle Vorraussetzungen und Bedingungen der Heirat im Islam erfüllt. Der Unterschied liegt darin, dass die Partner bzw. die Frau auf freiwilliger Basis auf einige ihrer Rechte verzichtet.
    Die Meinung bezüglich dieser Art der Ehe unterscheiden sich. Hier werden einige genannt:

    Wallahi ich verstehe das nicht wie kann man sich so sehr von seinem nefis besiegen lassen..das Kopftuch ist kein Spielzeug oder Schmuck das man es schmückt und dan trägt wenn man gerade Lust drauf hat!
    Wenn man es nicht mit Herzen trägt & das NUR FÜR ALLAH subhana wa ta'ala, dann hat es auch kein sinn mehr!
    ALLAH subhana wa ta'ala hat es für uns Frauen als Pflicht geschrieben Hijab zu tragen!

    Wallahi ich verstehe das nicht wie kann man sich so sehr von seinem nefis besiegen lassen..das Kopftuch ist kein Spielzeug oder Schmuck das man es schmückt und dan trägt wenn man gerade Lust drauf hat!
    Wenn man es nicht mit Herzen trägt & das NUR FÜR ALLAH subhana wa ta'ala, dann hat es auch kein sinn mehr!
    ALLAH subhana wa ta'ala hat es für uns Frauen als Pflicht geschrieben Hijab zu tragen!
    Was passiert nur bloß mit der Ummah...

    Salamaleykum liebe geschwister.



    Ich brauche beweise aus quran und sunna.

    Es geht darum das man menschen die einem viel bedeuten auf ihre sünden aufmerksam macht.weil sie einem wichtig sind.

    Natürlich stellt man sie vor anderen nicht bloß, man sagt ihnen das privat.

    Viele dieser menschen fühlen sich angegriffen und denken man fühlt sich ihnen gegenüber überlegen nur weil man mehr wissen über den islam hat.

    Auch wenn man es so liebevoll wie möglich erklärt.

    Es ist doch die pflicht eines moslems seine geschwister zu warnen wenn er sieht das sie etwas falsches tun.

    Ich brauche hierzu wenn möglich eine ayahs aus dem quran oder hadithe

    Sinema her zaman sadece bireyler değil, uluslar için de "öteki" olanın resmedilmesine olanak sağlayan bir sanat formu olarak, ulusların "öteki" üzerinden kendi milli kimliklerini tanımlama ve milliyetçi söylemlerini aktarmasında önemli bir araç olmuştur. İçinde var edildiği kültürün dışındaki kültürleri temsil ediş tercihiyle, izleyicisinin "biz" ve "onlar" algısını şekillendirmekte önemli rol oynayan sinema, bu algıyı şekillendirmekle kalmayıp Kellner'in (1996: 1-2) ifadesiyle "kimin güçlü ya da güçsüz olduğunu, kimin güç ve vahşet uygulamaya muktedirken, kimin aciz olduğunu ortaya koyup, hem güce sahip olanların durumunu meşrulaştırır hem de aciz olanlara, oldukları yerde kalmaları mesajını verir". Bu bağlamda çoğu kez kültür emperyalizminin en güçlü kalesi sayılan Hollywood'un sinemadaki temsil tercihini, güçlüden/kendisinden yana ve aciz/ötekinin aleyhine kullandığını pek çok film örneğinden biliyoruz. Film çalışmalarında daha çok Oryantalist bakış açısı olarak değerlendirilen bu tavırla çekilen filmlerde Doğu; Batı'nın kendi üstün tarihini evrenselleştirme ve sömürgeci niyetlerini meşru kılma adına kendisinin sahip olduğu özelliklerin tam tersine tembel, pis, uyuşuk, zorba, medeniyetten yoksun ve son yirmi yıldır terörün kaynağı olarak tanımlanır.
    Oryantalist bakış açısı zaman içinde değişen siyasi ve toplumsal dönüşümlere göre biçimlenmekle beraber öteki olana dönük "aşağılayıcı ve alaycı" tavır hiç değişmedi. Gizemli Doğu'yu bir tür arzu nesnesine dönüştüren filmlerin tamamında yaratılan atmosfer -çoğu zaman olabildiğince kitsch- ipek, tütsüler ve loş ışıklı egzotik atmosferde rakseden cariyeler, birbirinden güzel kadınlarla dolu harem, peçe gibi klişeler, sanki büyülü bir coğrafyayı temsil ediyor gibi görünse de, bir kültürün gerçek verilerinden ziyade abartılı bir ihtişam, gizem, -özellikle Hristiyanlığın tek eşliliğinden ve burjuva yaşamının monotonluğundan sıkılan izleyicisi için- tutku ve çok eşlilikle hesabı sorulmayacak özgür cinselliğe "temayülün" şekillendirdiği "tahayyül"e dayanıyordu. Batılı için çekici olan tek şey mekânlar ve kadınlar olurken Doğulu erkekler hâlâ barbar ve cahildiler.
    1980'li yıllardan sonra, özellikle 1990'ların ikinci yarısından sonra Holywood barbar, cahil demokrasiyle ilgisi olmayan Doğulu karakterlere bir yeni olumsuz özellik daha eklendi. Batı'nın "öteki" için biçtiği bu yeni kimlik, genellikle radikal İslami görüşle ilişkilendirdikleri ve Amerika için büyük tehdit oluşturan Arap teröristlerdi. Brian Edwards, Arapların bu filmlerde sürekli terörist olarak temsil edilme nedenini, soğuk savaş sonrasında boşalan "düşman rolü"nün yerini doldurulması ihtiyacına (2001: 13) bağlar. Soğuk savaş öncesi dünyanın diğer süper gücü olarak ABD için ciddi bir rakip olan Rusya'nın, Hollywood tarafından Rus terörist ve KGB ajanları ile özdeşleştirildiğini söylemek yanlış olmayacaktır. Amerikalıların zaferiyle sonuçlanan öykülerde zeki, soğuk, acımasız ama her daim Amerikalı karakter karşısında yenilmeye mahkûm Rus teröristler, bu güçlü paranoyayla soğuk savaş sonrasında dahi Hava Kuvvetleri 1 (Air Force 1), (1997) gibi filmlerde karşımıza çıkarlar. Aslında Amerika'ya yönelik tehditler her daim vardır ve hiç bitmeyecektir. Ne var ki, Amerikan Halkı'nın güvenliği her zaman ABD yönetiminin cesur ve haklı uygulamalarıyla teminat altındadır. Ancak önceki tehdit unsurlarından farklı olarak bu kez, 11 Eylül'den sonra Amerika'yı tehdit eden yeni düşmanla sadece mücadele edilmeyecek, ayrıca ıslah da edilecektir. Bu yeni konjonktür ile birlikte klasik Oryantalizm bildik dili yerini, Abaza ve Stauth'un deyimiyle "Gelişmiş Batı" ile "Barbar Doğu" arasındaki irrasyonel ayrımın sürdürüldüğü (Akt. Khatip, 1990: 223) daha saldırgan ve düşmanca olan, yeni bir Oryantalist dile bıraktı. Daniel Pipes'ın, "Müslüman ülkeler dünyada en çok teröriste ve en az demokrasiye sahip ülkelerdir." (Akt. Sadowski, 1993: 14) ifadesi gibi, Milton ve Edwards'ın, "İslami politikaları, şiddet, despotizm, terörizm, fundamentalizm, dinî tahakküm ve seküler demokratik devletçilik ve Batı medeniyetlerine karşı duyulan düşmanlık ile ilişkilendirmesi" (Akt. Richardson, 2004: 14) ya da "Arap Ortadoğuyu 21. yüzyılın Hasta Adamı" (Akt. Alam, 2007: 196) ilan eden Lewis ve Huntington gibi sosyal bilimcilerin çalışmaları, yeni Oryantalist söylemin genel çerçevesini oluşturdu: Hiçbir zaman demokratik olmayacak olan Doğu, bu hâliyle Batı için artık bir tehdittir.
    Fries, Amerikan medyası ve Holywood'ta Arap ve Müslümanların temsil edilişinin Amerika'nın Orta Doğu üzerindeki politikalarının zaman içinde değişimine göre biçimlendiğini ileri sürdüğü çalışmasında, İran Devrimi ile birlikte bölgede başlayan siyasi değişiklik ile Hollywood filmlerindeki düşman rolünün Araplara biçilmesini aynı zamana denk düştüğünü söyler (Fries, 2005: 320). Fries'ın zamanlamaya ilişkin bu düşüncesi, Batı'nın ötekileştirdiği doğuyu her dönem değişen sömürge koşullarına göre tasvir etmeyi sürdürdüğünü ve istediği türde bir Doğulu algısı yaratmayı başardığını doğrular niteliktedir.
    Dönemin koşullarına göre şekil değiştiren, ancak her daim aşağılayıcı ve alaycı bir bakışın nesnesi durumuna düşen Doğu için, bu bakışın tersini geliştirmek kolay olmadı. Oksidentalizm olarak tanımlayacağımız bu karşı tavrın sinemaya yansıması ise –Doğu'nun görsel sanatlara koyduğu mesafe nedeniyle- daha da sorunludur. Diğer bir deyişle Doğu, uzunca süre bir sanat formu ya da ideolojik, politik bir söylem aracı olarak görmediği sinemayı, Oksidental söylemin aracı yapma konusunda da Hollwood kadar agresif bir tutum izlememiş, devrime kadar olan süreçte Batı'yı sadece kültürel bir tehdit olarak ele almıştır.

    Kavram Olarak Oksidentalizm ve İran Sineması
    Oryantalizmin karşı kutbunda yer alan bir kavram olan Oksidentalizm'i (occidentalism), Doğu'nun bakış açısıyla Batı ve Batılı hakkında bir algı oluşturmak ve fikir sahibi olmak olarak tanımlamak mümkündür. Oksidentalist bakış açısı, tıpkı Oryantalizm gibi, farklı toplumların birbirlerine düşmanca bir önyargı geliştirmesi sonucunu doğurmakta ve bu düşmanlık kitle iletişim araçları yoluyla yeniden üretilmektedir. Oksidentalist söylemlerin İran sinemasındaki örneklerine geçmeden önce, Oksidentalizm kavramına değinmekte yarar vardır.
    Oksidentalizm kavramının daha çok Oryantalizm'e ve Batılı olanın bakışına tepki olarak ortaya çıktığını söylemek mümkündür. Arlı'ya göre (2004: 60, 62), Oksidentalizm'in düşünce üslubuyla, Oryantalizm'in düşünce üslubu arasında, hem siyasi hem de ontolojik bir fark mevcuttur. Bu fark, Oryantalizm'in düşünce üslubunun, hem bir akademik disiplin olmasından hem de sömürge kurumlarının birikimlerinden yararlanmasından kaynaklanmaktadır. Oksidentalizm'de, Oryantalizm'deki kadar sistematik bir işleyişten ve mantıksal bütünlükten söz etmek mümkün değildir. Oksidentslizm'in tarihsel olarak konumlandırılabileceği tek nokta, Batı dışı kültürlerin aydınlarının Batı'yla ilgili gözlemlerine, anti-sömürgeci söyleme ve kendi kültürel özelliklerine atıflarda bulunarak ortaya koydukları Batı ile ilgili söz yapılarıdır. Sinemanın, söz yapılarının yarattığı gücün çok ötesinde izleyici üzerinde yarattığı etki, Doğu'nun da Batı'yı benzer bir önyargı ve tavırla temsil etme hevesi oluşturduğunu söylemek yanlış olmayacaktır. Bu hevesin, tüm Ortadoğu coğrafyasındaki ülkelerin sinemasında nasıl karşılık bulduğu geniş kapsamlı bir araştırmanın konusu olmakla birlikte, oluşturduğu özgün sinema diliyle dünya sinemasında saygın bir yer edinen İran sineması, bu perspektiften ele alınabilir.
    Geçmişleri köklü gelenek ve kültüre dayanan Türkiye ve İran modernleşme süreçlerinde benzer şekilde Batı'yı örnek almış olduklarından, deneyimledikleri kültürel dönüşüm sancıları da – tümüyle bir örtüşme söz konusu değilse de- birbirinden çok farklı sayılmaz. Özellikle 1950'li yıllarla başlayan ve 1970'lerin sonuna –İran Devrimi'ne- kadarki süreçte, İran'da yapılan filmler de bu bağlamda Yeşilçam'da yapılanlarla benzerlik gösterir. Melodram ağırlıklı bu filmlerde geleneksel ile modern hep karşı karşıya gelir; geleneksel olan İran gelenek ve yerel unsurları, modern ise Batı'yı ve Batılı'yı temsil eder. Yeşilçam'ın 1960'larda yapılan çoğu filmlerinde olduğu gibi, özellikle zengin kız fakir oğlan (ya da tersi) öykülerinde fakir olan, geleneksel değerleri, dürüstlüğü, samimiyeti ve gururu ile temsil ederken, zengin olanın yaşamı abartılı bir Batılı yaşam tarzı ile temsil edilir; sorumsuz, havuz başı partilerinde sürekli alkol tüketen, gece kulüplerinde dans eden, aldatan, yalan söyleyen ve ayartan kadın sarışındır ve Batı hayatına atıfla yerel ahlak kurallarına uymayan cinsel bir objedir. İran sinemasında da modern (Batılı) hayatın temsili, yukarıda söz etiğimiz Yeşilçam melodram sinemasından hiç farklı değildir. İran sinemasında da modern hayat; şehirli ve kumar oynayan, uyuşturucu ve alkol kullanan, toplum tarafından hoş görülmeyecek cinsel özgürlük yanlısı, para kazanma hırsıyla duyguları körelmiş sorumsuz bir grup insan ile temsil edilir.
    Aynı yıllarda Yeşilçam sinemasının vazgeçilmez türlerinden biri de genellikle başrol kadın oyuncunun şarkı söyleyip dans ettiği gazino ve gece kulüplü melodramlardır. Bu tarz filmlerde kadın yıldızlar Batı'dan ithal edilmiş gece yaşamının "kirliliğinde" temiz kalmayı başaran yarı dekolteli kıyafetleri ile temsil edilirken, gece hayatının kötü fedaileri ve mafya liderleri çizgili ya da siyah takım elbiseleri, beyaz atkıları ile Batılı kötü adamın birebir kopyasıdır. Benzer şekilde İran sinemasında da yönetmenliğini Ardeshir'in yaptığı The Lor Girl (1932) filmi, bu tarz filmlerin ilk örneği olarak uzun yıllar İran sinemasını etkilemiştir. Michael Bonine ve Nikki Keddie, izleyicilerin ilgisi nedeniyle yönetmenlerin özellikle 1950'lerden sonra türe ait motifleri daha cesur kullandıklarını ifade ederler. Bu filmlerde kadın oyuncu mutlak dekoltesi olan kıyafetiyle ayartıcı bir şekilde dans edip şarkı söyler. Filmlerin güçlü adamları şiddet, seks, uyuşturucu ve para unsurlarının hâkim olduğu (Batı'dan gelen) bir yaşam tarzını benimsemişlerdir. A Ray of Hope (1959), Luck, Love & Chance (1962), Prostitute (1969) ve Penance (1972) bu tarz filmlere örnek verilebilir (Bonine & Keddie,1981).
    Döneme hâkim olan bir diğer bir tür ise, Luti (sert adam) filmleri olarak bilinen filmlerdir. İyi ve kötü adam hesaplaşmasının yapıldığı bol kavga sahneleri ve uğruna dövüşülen güzel kadınları ile uzun yıllar İran sinemasına hâkim olan bu türün, aynı, şarkıcılı ve gece kulüplü filmlerde olduğu gibi kullandığı motiflerde zamanla dönüşüm yaşanmıştır. Geçen zaman içinde geçirdiği dönüşüm, aynı zamanda Batı'ya bakışın da zaman içinde nasıl değiştiğinin ipuçlarını verir bize. Bu tür aksiyon filmlerinin ilk örneklerinde baş karaktere özverili, güçlü olanın karşısında direnemeyen, güçsüz ve zayıfların yanında yer alan yardımsever bir kimlik biçilirken daha sonraları çizilen karakterler konusunda daha katı olunduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Bu karakterlerin zamanla daha holigan, alkole eğilimli, güç gösterisine dönüştürdükleri şiddet eylemleri ile temsil edilmesi, sanki hayranlık duyulan bir unsur olarak görünse de, aslında kendi kültürlerine tehdit olarak gördükleri, tahayyüllerindeki "Batılı"nın yansımasdır. The Generous Tough Guy (1959), Neighborhood Tough Guy (1964), The Man with the Felt Hat (1961) gibi filmler, kas gücünün fazlaca ve zâlimce temsil edildiği filmler arasındadır (Naficy, 1981). 60'lı yılların sonunda, bu tarz filmlerde daha çok yerel motifler kullanarak İran Yeni Dalga Sineması'nın alt yapısını oluşturan üslup denemeleri, İran Sineması'nı Oksidentalist bakışın yarattığı sterotipleştirme –Batının yaptığı gibi- ve şablon filmlerinden, gerçekte kendini sinema diliyle anlatacağı bir "sanat" formuna ulaşmasına neden olmuştur.
    Popüler İran sinemasının özellikle hâkim olduğu 1930-1970'li yıllar içinde, farklı türler altında, Batı kültürünü sadece "şiddet, seks, uyuşturucu, alkol" gibi unsurlar çerçevesinde göstermesi Doğu'nun Oksidental bakışının yansımasıdır. Çünkü, Doğu, Batılı için cehaleti ve geri kalmışlığı simgeleyerek (son dönemde terör kaynağı olarak görülerek), Batılı toplumlar için tehdit olarak görüldüyse, Doğu için de Batı, kendi otantik kültürünü yozlaştıracak olan, toplumsal ahlak ve gelenekleri için bir tehdittir.
    Bu karşılıklı ön yargıya dayanan bakış, Batılı ülkeler açısından sömürge olarak varlıklarını bir güç olarak sürdürmesi anlamına gelirken, Doğulu ülkeler açısından ise başlangıçta kültürel, daha sonraları coğrafi bir "tehdit" anlamı taşımaktadır. Bu noktada Batı'yı temsil eden ülkelerin kendi ideolojilerini "sinema" gibi güçlü bir sanat üzerinden söylemeleri tesadüf değildir. Ancak günümüzde ideolojik olanı sinema üzerinden söylemek 1960'lı yılların popüler sinemasını kullanmak kadar kolay ve etkili değildir. Kitle iletişim araçları ve gelişen teknolojilerle küçülen dünyada ön yargıları kırmanın yolu ya da diğer bir deyişle, Oksidentalizm'in yeni tavrı İran Sineması'nda olduğu gibi, Batılıların yaptığı gibi onlar için bir algı oluşturma çabasına girmek yerine, özgün bir sanat diliyle dünya sinema literatüründe başarıyla varlık göstermek olmalıdır. Doğu, sinema gibi güçlü bir aracı Batı'nın uyguladığı yöntemlerle "ben" ve "öteki" ayrımını koymak için kullanmak yerine, zengin kültürü ve tarihî geçmişini arkasına alarak kültürünü ve sanatını yüceltebilir.

    Shaykh Rabi' bin Hadi al-Madkhali sagte:

    ,,Sei bescheiden. Du bist eine arme Person, schwach, erschaffen aus Erde, erschaffen aus einem Samen, der kaum Wert hat.
    Du scheidest aus, gehst mehrmals täglich auf die Toilette; wie kannst du also hochmütig sein? Wie kannst du hochmütig gegenüber anderen Menschen sein, während du im selben Zustand bist. Wer bist du (dass du so hochmütig bist)?!
    Wenn ein Dorn dich sticht fängst du an zu weinen, wie kannst du also hochmütig gegenüber den Menschen sein?

    Es ist verpflichtend sich selbst wieder auf den Boden der Tatsachen zu bringen, wenn die Seele hochmütig wird. Er sollte die Seele daran erinnern, wie wertlos und niedrig sie ist, und dass die Hochmütigen die herabwürdigenswertesten Menschen sind.

    Bei Allah, ich schaue auf niemanden herab, außer auf die Hochmütigen und Lügner.
    Bei Allah, es mag sein das einer der schwächsten Menschen besser ist als ich.
    Und ich sehe den Hochmütigen, stolz und er mag auf einem hohen Niveau sein (was für ein Leben er auch erreicht hat), bei Allah, er ist einer der bedeutungslosesten, abscheulichsten Menschen für mich.

    Es gibt niemanden der niedriger ist, als die hochmütige Person. Und niemand wird hochmütig, außer aufgrund abscheulicher Eigenschaften, degradierten Charakter und Seele.

    "Gehe nicht übermütig auf der Erde einher, denn Allah liebt niemanden, der eingebildet und prahlerisch ist."
    "Denn Allah liebt niemanden, der eingebildet und prahlerisch ist." [Surah Luqman:18]

    Am kommenden Wochenende den 22.2. und 23.2. werden dringend helfende Hände gebraucht. Während sich unser Team derzeit in Syrien persönlich um die aktuellen Projekte kümmert, machen wir hier inzwischen weiter. Wir haben im Lager mittlerweile unzählige Restbestände aus anderen Sammelaktionen übernommen und müssen diese nun ebenfalls schnellstens sortieren. Wer kann und möchte uns dabei helfen. Jede Hilfe ist mehr als Willkommen. Bitte teilt es auch Euren Bekannten und Verwandten mit, für den Fall dass sich dort jemand findet der bereit ist ein paar Stunden aktiv mit zu helfen.

    Der junge Palästinenser der sich gestern im Libanon am Waisenhaus in die Luft sprengte und dabei 8 Menschen tötete, über 100 Menschen Verletzte, (darunter viele Waisenkinder) wohnte selber in einem Schiitischen Dorf in Süden des Landes! Das Dorf ist mir persönlich bekannt, da mein Onkel dort wohnt.
    Die Dorfbewohner haben die Familie seit 2 Jahren ermahnt auf den Sohn aufzupassen, da dieser sich immer mehr radikalisiert und sich an Kampfhandlungen beteiligt, die Dorfbewohner wiesen drauf hin dass sie in Frieden miteinander leben und deshalb keinen Extremisten in ihren Reihen tolerieren können. Aber der junge Mann lies nicht ab von dem Terroristen und sprengte sich letztendlich in die Luft, auch noch vor einem Waisenhaus, die Dorfbewohner waren außer sich vor Wut.

    Heute morgen brannten sie das Haus seiner Eltern nieder und verbannten die Familie.

    Schreckliche Enthüllung !

    Madeleine ist definitiv die geborgene Leiche und die Geschichte hinter dem Drama ist nochmal so schlimm wie der Mord selber!

    Einbetoniert im Strebergarten des Stiefvaters fand man Madeleine und bei den Untersuchungen ergab sich, dass Madeleine's Baby, das Ergebnis eines jahrelangen Missbrauchs war, vom Stiefvater.

    Sie suchte Hilfe und das war ihr Todesurteil und die Grausamkeit erreicht unglaubliche Dimensionen mit der Tatsache dass der Halbbruder Madeleine's sich am Komplott gegen sie beteiligte!!!

    Ich kann nicht verstehen wie sich solch eine Geschichte derart entwickeln kann! Hat niemand irgendetwas geahnt? Hat der Stiefvater nicht einmal einen klaren Gedanken fassen können? Der Halbbruder auch nicht? Niemand???

    Und bei wem hat sie Hilfe gesucht und diese nicht bekommen?

    Unglaublich und unerträglich böse, so böse dass man beim nachdenken körperlich schon ermüdet.

    Es gibt keine politische Lösung ohne eine stärkere Bewaffnung der gemäßigten Opposition. Die Konferenzen in Genf haben das gezeigt.

    Kaum hatte Lakhdar Brahimi das Scheitern der zweiten Runde von Genf II verkündet, setzte das syrische Regime die Mitglieder der Oppositionsdelegation, mit denen es gerade noch verhandelt hatte, auf seine Terrorliste. Die etwa 1.500 auf dieser Liste aufgeführten Personen werden ihres Besitzes in Syrien beraubt werden. Was also spricht dafür, dass das syrische Regime je akzeptieren wird, die Macht mit diesen "Terroristen" zu teilen und eine Übergangsregierung hinzunehmen, deren Aufgabe es wäre, Syrien in eine neues, pluralistisches System zu führen? Das soll wohl ein Scherz sein! War der Kerngruppe der "Freunde Syriens" und besonders den USA, Schirmherr der Genf-II-Verhandlungen, das nicht bewusst? Doch, sie wussten um die Politik des Regimes, und sie wussten auch, dass Assad durch Dialog keine Zugeständnisse abgerungen werden können. (…) Es gibt Spekulationen, dass die Obama-Administration den Golfstaaten erlauben wolle, einige oppositionelle Gruppierungen in der Provinz Deraa in der Nähe der jordanischen Grenze, wo keine radikalen Islamisten das Sagen haben, mit schweren Waffen auszurüsten. Wenn Washington und die westliche Staatengemeinschaft es ernst meinen mit der Suche nach einer politischen Lösung in Syrien, einer Lösung, die diesen Krieg beendet, ohne dass der letzte Rest der funktionierenden staatlichen Institutionen zerstört wird oder in die Hände der Radikalen fällt, dann müssen sie die gemäßigte Opposition bewaffnen. Hätte Washington dies bereits Ende 2012, Anfang 2013 getan, dann sähe die Situation vor Ort heute anders aus. (…)

    Alhamdulillah nach all der langen Wartezeit und vielen Absagen von Vermietern, haben wir endlich ein Raum gefunden, der sowohl von der Größe her ausreichend als auch finanziell bezahlbar ist und das wichtigste, deren Vermieter mit uns als Mieter auch einverstanden sind.
