    ‫بدعتى تہوار منانا

    سوال : شريعت ميں عيد ميلاد النبى صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم منانے كا حكم كيا ہے، اور اسى طرح بچوں كى سالگرہ اور يوم والدہ اور ہفتہ شجركارى، اور يوم آزادى منانے كا حكم كيا ہے ؟

    جواب

    الحمد للہ:

    اول:

    عيد اس تہوار كا نام ہے جس ميں بار بار اجتماع عادتا ہو، يا تو وہ سال بعد آئے يا پھر ايك ماہ بعد يا ايك ہفتہ بعد، عيد ميں كچھ امور جمع ہوتے ہيں جن ميں سے چند ايك درج ذيل ہيں:

    ـ وہ تہوار جو عيد الفطر اور يوم الجمعہ كى طرح بار بار آئے

    ـ اس دن اجتماع ہو اور لوگ جمع ہوں.

    ـ اس روز جو عبادات اور عادات جيسے اعمال كيے جاتے ہيں.

    دوم:

    ان تہواروں ميں جس سے تقرب و تمسك يا اجروثواب كے حصول كے ليے تعظيم ہو، يا اس ميں اہل جاہليت يا كفار كے گروہوں سے مشابہت ہوتى ہو، تو يہ تہوار بدعت اور دين ميں نئى ايجاد اور ممنوع ہيں.

    يہ نبىكريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كے درج ذيل عمومى فرمان كے تحت آتے ہيں:

    " جس كسى نے بھى ہمارے اس دين ميں كوئى ايسى چيز نكالى جو اس ميں سے نہيں تو وہ مردود ہے "

    صحيح بخارى و مسلم.

    ان تہواروں كى مثال عيد ميلاد اور سالگرہ كا تہوار اور يوم ماں، اور يوم آزادى ہے، پہلے تہوار ميں ايسى عبادت كى ايجاد ہے جس كا اللہ نے نہ تو حكم ديا اور نہ ہى اجازت دى، اور اسى طرح اس ميں نصارى اور دوسرے كفار كے ساتھ مشابہت بھى ہے.

    دوسرى اور تيسرى ميں كفار سے مشابہت ہے، اور جس كا مقصد اعمال كو منظم كرنا جس ميں امت كى مصلحت اور اس كے امور كى تنظيم ہو، اور تعليم كے اوقات كى تنظيم اور ملازمين كا كام كے ليے جمع ہونا وغيرہ جو نہ تو تقرب اور عبادت كى طرف لے جائے، اور نہ ہى جس ميں اصلا تعظيم ہوتى ہو، تو يہ يہ ان عام بدعات ميں شمار ہوتے ہيں جو نبىكريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كے درج ذيل فرمان كے تحت نہيں آتے:

    " جس كسى نے بھى ہمارے اس دين ميں كوئى ايسا نيا كام ايجاد كيا جو اس ميں سے نہيں تو وہ مردود ہے "

    تو اسميں كوئى حرج نہيں، بلكہ يہ مشروع ہے.

    اللہ تعالى ہى توفيق دينے والا ہے، اللہ تعالى ہمارے نبى محمد صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم اور ان كى آل اور صحابہ كرام پر اپنى رحمتيں نازل فرمائے.

    إلى المجاهدين الصادقين المخلصين في بلاد الشام خص نص لا تكونوا حطبا في نار فتنة أعدت بإحكام للقضاء عليكم جميعا كما تمّ القضاء على كل بريق أمل للامة من قبل في فلسطين والعراق وافغانستان والصومال وغيرها

    إن النقاش المحتدم المثار الان والمبهرج اعلاميا من وسائل اعلام مشبوه هي جزء من سلاح العدوّ الحقيقي للامة تقاتل معه وتكرس امره هو جزء من البنزين الذي يصب في نار الفتنة (خطة اخماد الثورة واحتوائها والالتفاف عليها )؛ ووقوع في برائن الخطة التي اعدها الكفار منذ اندلاع الثورة من خلال عملائهم بغض النظر عن اللافتات الفكرية التي يدعون تمثيلها وارتباطاتهم المصلحية الدولية!! وعلاقاتهم مع امثال معاذ والجربا والشقفه وادريس والواوي وابو غليون ووو وكل من له ارتباط بالمجتمع الدولي ومنظماته ودوله ... فهذا النقاش المحتدم يجعل الراية العمية أعني الفئوية الاجتهادية - وان ادعت انها اسلامية او انها وطنية لا علاقة لها بالغرب العدوّ الحقيقي للامة - تسيطر على الموقف فتوجه الوصلة الى غير جهتها قطعا .. من على حق ومن على باطل ..نحن لم نفعل ،هم فعلوا .. نحن ندافع هم هجموا .. نحن تركنا الاهل والولد .. انا فقدت عائلة كاملة.. وهلم جرى من مثل هذه الكلمات التي تحبط العمل وتجعله لغير الله وفي ثناياه فعلتَ ليقال فقد قيل ...هذا من جهة

    Chronik-Fotos
    Almarj Al-Akhdar, östliches Ghouta. Lage: 20 Kilometer östlich von Damaskus. Es umfasst 26 Städte und Dörfer wie folgt: - Al-Otaiba: 180.000 Einwohner; war das Ziel eines chemischen Angriffs. - Harran Al-Awamid: 22.000 Einwohner, von denen 80% vertrieben wurden. - Al-Bahariah: 8.000 Einwohner, war das zweite Ziel des chemischen Angriffs. 70 % der Einwohner wurden vertrieben, der Rest ist unter Belagerung. - Al-Mansura: 4.000 Einwohner, von denen 80% vertrieben wurden, der Rest ist unter Belagerung. - Al-Nashabiia, Hazarma und Al-Baladiya: 25.000 Einwohner, 50 % sind Flüchtlinge und der Rest ist unter Belagerung. - Marj Al-Zoltan: 9.500 Einwohner, zusätzlich rund 2.500 Familien, die dort Zuflucht aus anderen Teilen Ghoutas gesucht haben. - Harasta Al-Kantara: 4.000 Menschen, und zusätzlich mehr als 2.000 Familien, die dort Zuflucht fanden. - Bazinah: 3.800 Einwohner und mehr als 2.500 Flüchtlingsfamilien. - Bayt Najem: 8.000 Einwohner zusätzlich zu den mehr als 2.500 Flüchtlingsfamilien. - Al-Madani: 4.500 Menschen mit zusätzlich 1.500 Flüchtlingsfamilien. Die Gesamtzahl der Einwohner der Region Almarj Al-Akhtar beträgt mehr als 100.000. Dieser Bereich ist der einzige Ausgang, um Damaskus zum Osten hin verlassen zu können und auch der einzige Zugang für die Lieferung von Nahrung, Medikamenten und medizinischer Ausrüstung aus Nachbarländern. Die Region leidet seit neun Monaten unter der Blockade. Aus diesem Grund besteht auch ein Mangel an lebenswichtigen Gütern und es fehlt gänzlich an Mehl, Strom und Gas. Vor allem Kinder leiden unter der Belagerung, da sie sich wegen des Mangels an Nahrung mit nur einer Mahlzeit täglich begnügen müssen. Manche Kinder sind sogar gezwungen zu betteln oder Müll in Müllwagen zu sammeln und zu verkaufen, um sich ein Essen leisten zu können. Das Brot in dieser Region besteht aus Weizenkleie, die ursprünglich als Viehfutter verwendet werden sollte. Die Assad-Armee hat während ihrem Rückzug aus dem Gebiet durch Bombardierung die Weizenfelder verbrannt und die meisten Rinder wurden wegen des Mangels an Nahrung und Unterhalt getötet. Übertragbare Krankheiten nehmen in diesem Bereich, wegen des Fehlens von Impfstoffen und andauernder Sperre von Wasser und Strom zu.

    Im Namen Allahs, des Allerbarmers, des Barmherzigen

    إِنَّمَا كَانَ قَوْلَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِذَا دُعُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ أَن يَقُولُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا وَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ
    [24:51] Doch die Rede der Gläubigen, wenn sie zu Allah und Seinem Gesandten gerufen werden, damit Er zwischen ihnen richten möge, ist nichts anderes als: "Wir hören und wir gehorchen." Und sie sind es, die Erfolg haben werden.

Dann liebt ihn Gabriel. Darauf ruft Gabriel unter den Bewohnern des Himmels aus: „Wahrlich, Allah liebt den Soundso, also liebt ihr ihn auch!" Dann lieben ihn die Bewohner des Himmels.     These are Homs rebels that are saying that. Check the video.

    1. Speaker in the beginning says millions of dollars sent here has been stolen.
    2. They are calling the Campaign Kaziboon instead of Qadimoon, which means Liars (instead of Coming).
    3. Camereman asks him who's preventing you from freeing/going to Homs? Reply: The leaders, they are all traitors.
    4. "main reason Homs hasn't been freed?" Rebel says leaders claimed to start a campaign to get financial support and to get to the dollars.
    5. What about the freed small villages? Rebel says: Government already withdrew from them and left one checkpoint. This is what they "freed".
    6. Liwa Tawheed (that's fighting ISIS) came to Homs, started/joined Qadimon Campaign, stole the money and went back to Aleppo.
    7. Young Rebel warns to start Qadimon within 24 hours or that they will free Homs themselves.
    8. Another Rebel says "This is not Qadimon campaign but Protect the Alawis Campaign".
    9. Another Rebel says "I had a relative in the National Council, they said we will allow you Sunni villages but not a single Alawi one."

    ‫الناس معادن…!

    الخبراء يدركون حقيقة المعادن من أول وهلة ومن النظرة الأولى, ولكن الغالبية تنخدع بالمظاهر, فتظن أن كل ما يلمع ذهباً وأن كل ما له بريق كرستالا.

    بعض المعادن لا يدرك حقيقتها حتى الخبراء إلا بعد تمحيص وشدة.
    من أخطر أنواع المعادن التي يمكن أن تخدع الناس هي معادن البشر.
    في الظروف الطبيعية يظهر لك أن الشخص قمة في التقى والورع, ويستمر الأمر كذلك سنين إلى أن يتعرض لظروف صعبة أو لإختبار المصالح وتحدي الميول المادية المتأصلة نتيجة القيم الفاسدة فيظهر لك فجأة أنه شخص آخر, فتنقلب الصورة, وتظهر لك حقيقة أخرى غير التي تعرفها, يظهر لك أن في داخل وأعماق ذلك الشخص "الورع" شخصية تنم عن ميول موجودة في داخله من أيام الجاهلية كنت تظن أنها ماتت وأندثرت وإذ بها تقفز أمامك كالوحش المفترس.
    حينها تدرك أنك كنت تعرف إنسان لديه شخصيتان, شخصية ذات ميول وسلوك يبرز في الظروف الطبيعية وشخصية تعبر عن مفاهيم الأعماق لا تظهر إلا حين الإختبار أو التعامل المادي.

    هذا يعني أن التغيير الذي حصل لدى الشخص لم يكن تغييراً جذرياً وصل إلى أعماق نفسه وجذور مفاهيمه, بل إقتصر على تغيير الأفكار وبعض الميول ولكن النفس لم تتجاوب بشكل كامل وشامل وعميق للفكر الجديد, بل مازال فيها جاهلية ولم تخضع بشكل كامل للشرع. تتمرد مع أول تناقض بين الشرع والمصالح.

    François Hollande n'aura pas tardé à réagir aux photos publiées par "Closer". Dès 7 heures ce vendredi 10 janvier, s'exprimant en son nom propre et non pas en tant que président de la République, il a dit "déplorer profondément les atteintes au respect de la vie privée auquel il a droit comme tout citoyen", dans un communiqué transmis à l'AFP.

    Il semble que le président ait eu le temps de préparer sa réponse : d'après Europe 1, l'Elysée était au courant depuis plusieurs jours de l'imminence de la publication de ces photos. Selon la radio, rien n'a été fait pour l'empêcher.

    Le secret de la publication des photos avait pourtant été bien gardé par le magazine. Une partie du numéro a été imprimé en Belgique, souligne "L'Express", et la rédaction elle-même n'avait pas été mise au courant, pendant que la directrice de la rédaction du magazine, Laurence Pieau, refusait de répondre aux sollicitations des journalistes de l'extérieur qui avait eu vent du scoop.

    Si François Hollande savait depuis plusieurs jours, Valérie Trierweiler n'a été au courant que plus tardivement, affirment "Le Point" et Europe 1. Son entourage a tenté de s'opposer à la publication des photos. Sans succès. Une interdiction était-elle envisageable ? L'analyse de l'avocat spécialiste de la vie privée, Richard Malka.

    Il semble que l'Elysée était au courant de la publication des photos de "Closer". Aurait-il pu les faire interdire ?

What may not be an issue to you could be the very reason the other person is on the pinnacle of losing their faith. There is a time to sympathize and there is a time to remind them of the hardships of others. May Allah SWT make all our hardships easy and a means to come closer to Him. Ameen.
