    ‫فَسُبحٰنَ اللَّهِ حينَ تُمسونَ وَحينَ تُصبِحونَ
    Preis sei daher Allah, wenn ihr den Abend erreicht und auch wenn ihr den Morgen erreicht!

    وَلَهُ الحَمدُ فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالأَرضِ وَعَشِيًّا وَحينَ تُظهِرونَ
    Und Ihm gehört (alles) Lob in den Himmeln und auf der Erde, und abends, und wenn ihr den Mittag erreicht!

    يُخرِجُ الحَىَّ مِنَ المَيِّتِ وَيُخرِجُ المَيِّتَ مِنَ الحَىِّ وَيُحىِ الأَرضَ بَعدَ مَوتِها ۚ وَكَذٰلِكَ تُخرَجونَ
    Er bringt das Lebendige aus dem Toten und bringt das Tote aus dem Lebendigen hervor und macht die Erde nach ihrem Tod wieder lebendig. Und so werdet auch ihr hervorgebracht werden.
    (30:17-19)‬

    `A´ischa berichtete: „Fatima Bint Abi Hubaisch sagte zum Gesandten Allahs, Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm: „O Gesandter Allahs, ich werde nicht blutfrei sein, soll ich das Gebet sein lassen?" Der Gesandte Allahs, Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm, sagte: „Es handelt sich dabei lediglich um eine Blutader, nicht um eine Monatsregel. Wenn die Monatsregel da ist, lasse das Gebet sein, und wenn ihr gewöhnlicher Zeitablauf vorbei ist, so wasche das Blut von dir ab und bete." (Siehe auch Hadith Nr. 0228)

    Den Blick senken – Praktische Schritte, um sich Allâh zu nähern

    Manchmal kann es als muslimischer Jugendlicher in Deutschland beim Durchlaufen der Universität und der Schule schwierig sein, den Glauben zu wahren. Ich möchte, dass du dir nochmals ins Gedächtnis rufst, als du das letzte Mal in einer der folgenden Situationen warst:

    Du läufst an einem heißen Sommertag auf dem Universitätsgelände (oder im Treppenhaus) und wenn du nach vorne blickst, um zu sehen, wohin du gehst, fällt dein Blick auf eine(n) halbnackte(n) schöne(n) Frau (Mann).

    Oder du liest nachts einen islâmischen Artikel oder surfst lediglich im Internet und direkt vor deinen Augen erscheint eine scheußliche Werbeeinblendung.

    Senkst du genau in diesem Moment deinen Blick und sagst „Möge Allâh mir vergeben!" oder „Ich suche Zuflucht bei Allâh vor dem verfluchten Satan!"? Wenn ja, dann sei Allâh gepriesen! Doch wenn du genau in diesem Moment Mühe hast, deinen Blick zu senken und/oder nichts in deinem Herzen verspürst, dass dir sagt, dass du dir nicht ansehen solltest, was du da gerade siehst, dann solltest du diesen Artikel weiterlesen...

    Ich schwöre bei Allâh: Als junger Muslim den Blick zu senken, ist sehr schwierig! Besonders wenn Unanständigkeiten, Pornografie und derartige Anstößigkeit in dieser Gesellschaft um sich greifen. Wir haben Kabelfernsehen (Kanäle wie MTV, E! und sogar den Disney-Channel!), das diese Verhaltensweise offen vorantreibt. Selbst beim bekanntesten Videospiel, das momentan auf dem Markt ist (GTA 4), geht es nur um Geld, Mädchen, Fluchen und Autodiebstahl! (O Allâh...!) Wenn unsere Herzen von dieser Art Verhalten beeinträchtigt werden und wir uns darüber wundern, warum es so schwierig ist, unseren Blick zu senken, dann sollten wir erkennen, dass die Wurzel des Problems nicht unser Blick ist. Er ist nur ein Symptom. Die Wurzel unseres Problems ist jedoch, dass unsere Herzen vor Allâh dem Hocherhabenen nicht gesenkt sind. Und das Mittel, dein Herz vor Allâh dem Hocherhabenen zu senken, besteht darin, durch einige Anregungen, die nachstehend erörtert werden, eine enge Verbindung zu Ihm aufzubauen. Wenn wir eine Verbindung zu Allâh dem Hocherhabenen aufbauen, dann werden wir feststellen, dass unsere Gliedmaßen (einschließlich unserer Augen) automatisch alles ablehnen werden, was Allâh dem Hocherhabenen missfällt.

    Lasst uns nun einen Blick auf einige Dinge werfen, die wir tun können, um uns Allâh dem Hocherhabenen zu nähern! Hier eine Liste mit einigen praktischen Vorschlägen, die später einzeln erklärt werden:

    - Arbeite daran, alle pflichtmäßigen Anbetungshandlungen (fünf Mal am Tag beten usw.) zu verrichten (und zu perfektionieren)!
    - Entwickle eine Beziehung zum Qurân!
    - Mehre freiwillige Anbetungshandlungen!
    - Verbringe Zeit mit guten Brüdern/Schwestern!

    Pflichtmäßige Handlungen:

    Abû Huraira möge Allah mit ihm zufrieden sein berichtete, dass der Prophet möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und ihm Wohlergehen schenken sagte: Allâh sagt: „Am liebsten habe Ich es, wenn Mein anbetend Dienender Meine Nähe sucht, indem er das tut, was Ich ihm zur Pflicht gemacht habe. Mein anbetend Dienender sucht solange Meine Nähe, indem er zusätzliche Anbetungen verrichtet, bis Ich ihn liebe, und wenn Ich ihn liebe, dann bin Ich sein Gehör, mit dem er hört, sein Augenlicht, mit dem er sieht, seine Hand, mit der er zugreift, und sein Fuß, mit dem er geht. Wenn er Mich um etwas bittet, dann gebe Ich es ihm gewiss, und wenn er bei Mir Zuflucht sucht, dann gewähre Ich ihm gewiss Zuflucht." (Al-Buchârî, Hadîth mit von Allâh dem Propheten eingegebenen Wortlaut.)

    Gepriesen sei Allâh! Allâh sagt uns geradeheraus, dass die beste Art, sich Ihm zu nähern, darin besteht zu tun, was Er uns zur Pflicht gemacht hat. Lasst uns einige zweckmäßige Ziele hinsichtlich unseres rituellen Gebets formulieren! Darauf hinzuarbeiten, fünf Mal täglich zu beten, ist das Beste, was wir für uns selbst tun können (wenn wir dies nicht bereits tun). Allâh der Hocherhabene hat uns informiert, dass Er mit uns ist, wenn wir beten!

    Eine Beziehung zum Qurân aufbauen

    Ich möchte, dass wir uns selbst folgende Frage stellen: Wann war es das letzte Mal, dass wir uns wirklich mit dem Qurân hingesetzt, ihn in einer Sprache, die wir verstehen, gelesen und über dessen Bedeutungen nachgesonnen haben? Viele von uns empfinden, dass der Qurân zu gut sei, als das wir darin lesen könnten, und dass wir nicht fähig seien, ihn zu verstehen. Deshalb lassen wir ihn zuoberst auf unseren Bücherregalen Staub fangen. Oder wenn wir uns dazu entschließen ihn zu lesen, rezitieren wir nur das Arabische und haben keine Ahnung, was es bedeutet. Der Qurân wurde für die Menschen hinabgesandt, um darüber nachzudenken und (den Anordnungen darin) Folge zu leisten. Wie können wir dies tun, wenn wir keine Ahnung davon haben, was er uns eigentlich anordnet (da wir die Sprache nicht verstehen)?

    Ich kann sicher sagen, dass der Qurân bei meiner Rückkehr zu Allâh die größte Wirkung auf mein Leben hatte. Wenn wir den Qurân nicht bereits täglich lesen, dann würden wir uns selbst den größten Gefallen tun, eine deutsche Übersetzung des Qurân zu kaufen und uns anzugewöhnen diese täglich zu lesen.

    Nachdem du deine Qurân-Ausgabe erhalten hast, kannst du darin 15 Minuten täglich nach und nach von der ersten bis zur letzten Seite lesen. Etwas, was wirklich dabei hilft, sich das Qurân-Lesen anzugewöhnen, besteht darin, dass man, wenn man die Qurân-Übersetzung zum ersten Mal durchliest, mit der Sûra 49 beginnt (der zweiten Hälfte des Qurân) und sie bis zum Ende liest. Der Grund dafür ist, dass die erste Hälfte des Qurân (medinensische Sûren) schwierige Verse beinhaltet, die sich auf das Gesetz beziehen und manchmal schwierig zu lesen sind. Wenn du mit der Sûra Nr. 49 beginnst, dann sind die Sûras relativ kurz (2-3 Seiten lang) und sie sind ein erstaunlicher Stärker für den Glauben, so dass du dir das Ziel setzen kannst, eine Sûra täglich zu lesen.

    Die freiwilligen Anbetungshandlungen mehren

    Das wichtigste Ziel, das wir uns selbst jetzt sofort aufstellen sollten, lautet, mit dem Beten zu beginnen (und ja, das Morgengebet ist ebenfalls Teil der fünf täglichen Gebete!). Doch nachdem wir beständig fünf Mal täglich beten, sollten wir die freiwilligen Handlungen mehren. Wenn du nochmals den oben erwähnten Hadîth in dein Gedächtnis rufst, dann erwähnt Allâh der Hocherhabene, dass der wichtigste Schritt bei der Rückkehr zu Allâh das Verrichten der pflichtmäßigen Handlungen ist. Danach sagt Er: "... Mein anbetend Dienender sucht solange Meine Nähe, indem er zusätzliche Anbetungen verrichtet, bis Ich ihn liebe..."

    Wir können damit beginnen, indem wir die freiwilligen Gebete vor/nach jedem der fünf täglichen Gebete verrichten (siehe Sunna- [freiwillige] Gebete). Wir sollten uns auch darum bemühen, Allâhs des Hocherhabenen tagsüber zu gedenken, indem wir die Bittgebete verrichten, die der Prophet möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und ihm Wohlergehen schenken täglich verrichtete. Eine Pflichtlektüre im Taschenbuchformat, das die deutschen Übersetzungen der Bittgebete einher mit dem Arabischen beinhaltet ist „Die Festung des Muslims" (Hisn Al-Muslim). Man kann es online bestellen oder in einem örtlichen islâmischen Buchladen kaufen (es kostet nur einige Euro!).

    Zeit mit guten Brüdern/Schwestern verbringen

    Wenn du empfindest, dass es dir wirklich schwer fällt, deinen Glauben zu stärken, dann betrachte die drei Personen, die dir am nächsten stehen und mit denen du Zeit verbringst! Ich las vor einer Weile einen interessanten Artikel, der besagte, dass die eigenen Angewohnheiten dieselben sind, wie die Kulmination der Angewohnheiten der eigenen drei oder fünf engsten Freunde. Ganz im Ernst: Wie willst du planen, dich Allâh dem Hocherhabenen zu nähern, wenn du deine Zeit mit Mu(hammad) oder Fatty (Fatima) verbringst, die eine(n) Freund(in) haben und dich ständig zu Dingen schieben, die Allâh missfallen? Finde einen Freundeskreis, der dich stützt, wenn du beginnst abzugleiten!

    Salamu Alaykum



    Ich bin ein Bruder der viel Sport macht. Ich esse manchmal viel und machmal weniger.



    An manchen Tagen esse ich soviel, dass mein Magen sich ganz füllt weil meine Augen einfach nicht satt werden. Die Lust ist zu gross.

    Danach fällt mir alles so schwer und ich bin müde und faul.



    Ist diese Lust Einflüsterung vom Satan?



    Was für Hadithe gibt es für meine Lage?

    Ich möchte weniger essen und abnehmen und gesund sein inschallah.

    Der Unterschied zwischen Naafila und Sunnah



    Frage



    Was ist der Unterschied zwischen den Begriffen Naafila und Sunnah? Bei vielen muslimischen Leuten haben sich diese beiden Begriffe vermischt. Ich hoffe dass sie uns aufklären können.



    Antwort



    Als Naafila werden die Handlungen bezeichnet, die uns Allah als nicht verpflichtend auferlegt hat, wie beispielsweise das Vormittagsgebet (Salat al-Duha), Das Witr-(Gebet), die Rawaatib-(Gebete) und die Sunnah von der Gebetswaschung. Diese werden Naafila genannt. Was aber das Mittagsgebet und die allgemeinen Pflichten, das Nachmittagsgebet und das Abendgebet angeht, so werden diese als Fard (Pflicht) bezeichnet. Und so auch die Hajj, jedenfalls die erste Hajj, wird als Fard (Pflicht) bezeichnet, jedoch die zweite Hajj wird Naafila genannt. Ebenso das Fasten am Montag und am Donnerstag wird Naafila genannt. Dahingegen das Fasten im Monat Ramadan wird als Fard (Pflicht) bezeichnet. Und beim Begriff Sunnah gibt es eine Detaillierung. Dieser Begriff steht im Zusammenhang mit den Worten und den Taten des Propheten, Allahs Segen und Frieden sein auf ihm. Seine Worte werden auch Sunnah genannt und die Sunnah entspringt auch aus der Naafila. So wird das Vormittagsgebet (Salat al-Duha) sowohl als Sunnah, als auch als Naafila genannt. Daher erkennen wir, dass die Naafila in manchen Fällen mit der Sunnah als synonym verstanden wird. Denn es hat etwas damit zu tun, was nicht als Fard (Pflicht) angesehen wird, jedoch legal (von den religiösen Handlungen) ist, wie beispielsweise das Vormittagsgebet. So auch das Witr-Gebet. Es wird als Sunnah bezeichnet, in dem Verständnis, dass es nicht als verpflichtend (Wajiib) angesehen wird. Die Sunnah wird außerdem mit den Taten, Aussagen und seiner Biographie – Möge der Frieden und Segen auf ihm sein – in Verbindung gebracht. Und die Sunnah steht im Gegensatz zur Bid´a (religiösen Erneuerungen). Beispiel: Das Fasten am Montag und am Donnerstag gelten als Sunnah, besonders im Monat Rajab, jedoch das Fasten am Freitag ist eine Bid´a. Das ganze Jahr über zu Fasten gilt als Bid´a. Der Gesandte hat dies verboten, man darf sich ihm nicht nähern. Er sagte:("Kein Fasten für den, der ewig* fastet,"). Wenn er drei Tage von jedem Monat fastet, ebenso Montag und Donnerstag, so wird das als Sunnah bezeichnet. Das sind die Arten der Sunnah, welche in Verbindung mit Naafila, mit dem Erlaubten nicht verpflichtenden und was im Gegensatz zur Bid´a steht.



    *Hier ist jemand gemeint, der das ganze Jahr hindurch jeden Tag fastet.
