    Drei Jahre nach dem Aufstand gegen den tunesischen Machthaber Ben Ali hat die Nationalversammlung des Landes am Sonntag eine neue Verfassung verabschiedet.

    Am Montag sollte sie in Kraft treten. In Zeiten, in denen Länder wie Lybien, Ägypten oder der Jemen mit dem Übergang in eine Demokratie zu kämpfen haben, könnte die neue tunesische Konstitution wegweisend für die arabische Welt werden. Mitglieder des Parlaments zeigten sich nach der Abstimmung überglücklich. O-TON MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT, NOME FEHRI "Es ist geschafft! Gratulation an unsere Kinder und Kindeskinder. Denn das hier - ist nicht für uns." O-TON MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT, MOURAD AMDOUNI, SAYING: "Ich möchte allen Tunesiern gratulieren. Dies ist ein historischer Moment. Mir fällt ein Stein vom Herzen." 2011 hatte der "Arabische Frühling" in Tunesien seinen Anfang genommen. Die gemäßigt-islamistische Ennahda-Partei hatte im vergangenen Jahr mit ihrem Rücktritt aus der Regierung die politische Blockade in dem nordafrikanischen Land überwunden. Ihr Präsident Rached Ghannouchi zeigte sich stolz auf sein Land. O-TON RACHED GHANNOUCHI, PRESIDENT OF ENNAHDA PARTY, SAYING: "Mit einer friedlichen Revolution hat unser Volk die Welt erleuchtet. Ohne Bürgerkrieg. Wir haben uns geeinigt." Eine Übergangsregierung unter Leitung des früheren Industrieministers Mehdi Jomaa soll nun umgehend Neuwahlen vorbereiten. Ziel ist die dauerhafte Überwindung des politischen Patts zwischen Islamisten und säkularen Kräften.

    Außenminister Frank-Walter Steinmeier erklärte heute (27.01.) zur förmlichen Verabschiedung einer neuen tunesischen Verfassung in der Verfassung gebenden Versammlung:

    "Ich gratuliere den Tunesiern zu ihrer neuen Verfassung. Das war ein politischer Kraftakt, der jetzt zu einem erfolgreichen Ende geführt worden ist.

    In Tunesien hat der Aufbruch der arabischen Welt vor mehr als drei Jahren seinen Anfang genommen. Manche Hoffnungen sind seither enttäuscht worden. Tunesien hat aber heute der Welt gezeigt, dass es möglich ist, echte Fortschritte hin zu Demokratie und Rechtsstaat, Toleranz und Bürgerrechten zu machen. Das inklusive, demokratische Verfahren zur neuen Verfassung war vorbildlich. Auch schwere Rückschläge haben keine Abkehr vom mit der Revolution eingeschlagenen Weg bewirken können.

    Nun gilt es, den vereinbarten Fahrplan weiter konsequent umzusetzen, schnell die parteiübergreifende Übergangsregierung zu bilden und Neuwahlen zu organisieren.

    Deutschland wird seine tunesischen Partner auf ihrem Weg in eine stabile, demokratische Zukunft tatkräftig unterstützen."

    Pendeta syiah Indonesia Jalaluddin Rakhmat, dalam disertasi doktoralnya yang penuh kecurangan, hendak menggiring opini bahwa sahabat nabi yang mulia Abu Bakar dan Umar Radhiyallahu anhuma kafir dan halal darahnya.

    Hal ini merupakan komentar dari salah seorang anggota tim penguji disertasi Jalal, Dr Hamzah Harun. Dia mengatakan Jalal telah bersikap tidak ilmiah dengan menggiring sebuah teks kutipan langsung pada yang bukan maksudnya. Dampak dari sikap tidak ilmiahnya itu, Jalal hendak mengatakan bahwa Abu Bakar dan Umar adalah kafir dan halal darahnya.

Padahal, perbedaan antara Ahlu Sunnah wal Jamaah dengan Syiah, bukan hanya furu'iyah saja, tapi juga dalam ushuluddin (akidah/ keyakinan). Pasalnya, rukun Iman mereka berbeda dengan rukun Iman kita (Ahlu Sunnah), rukun Islamnya juga berbeda, begitu pula kitab-kitab haditsnya juga berbeda, bahkan -sesuai pengakuan sebagian besar ulama-ulama Syiah-, Al-Qur'an mereka juga berbeda dengan Al-Qur'an kita. Sehingga, tepatlah apabila ulama-ulama Ahlu Sunnah wal Jamaah mengatakan: "Syiah bukan Islam. Syiah adalah satu agama tersendiri."

    Kaum Muslimin Memadati Acara Bedah Buku Tadzkirah Karya Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba'asyir


    JAKARTA (jurnalislam.com) – Untuk menjawab fitnah yang telah dibangun oleh Kapolri Jend. Sutarman tentang buku Tadzkirah, bahwa buku tersebut adalah sumber inspirasi para pelaku terosisme dan tindak kriminal perampokan, khususnya pada kasus pembantaian Densus 88 terhadap terduga teroris di Ciputat awal tahun ini, maka DKM Al Muhajirin bekerja sama dengan Jama'ah Ansharut Tauhid menyelenggarakan bedah buku "Tadzkirah" hasil karya Ust. Abu Bakar Ba'asyir, pada hari Minggu, 26 Januari 2014 di Masjid Al Muhajirin, Grogol.

    Bedah buku tersebut bertujuan untuk membuktikan benar atau tidaknya pernyataan Kapolri atas tuduhan itu, juga untuk membangun kecerdasan masyarakat terhadap permasalahan kasus-kasus terorisme. Dengan menghadirkan 3 pembicara sebagaimana telah dijadwalkan sebelumnya, yaitu ; Ustadz Fuad Al Hazimi, Ustadz Haris Abu Ulya, Ustadz Achmad Michdan dan dimoderatori oleh Ustadz Nanang Ainur Rafiq, bedah buku berlangsung hikmat serta dipadati oleh ummat.

    Pada kesempatan tersebut pembicara pertama, yaitu Ustadz Haris Abu Ulya selaku Direktur CIIA (The Community of deological Islamic Analyst) menyampaikan, "Pernyataan Kapolri terlalu gegabah dan berani dengan mengatakan buku Tadzkirah menginspirasi tindakan kriminal dan terorisme. Barang bukti yang diambil, termasuk buku-buku merupakan tindakan memaksakan untuk mengaitkan buku dengan tindakan pelaku terorisme."

    Ustadz Haris Abu Ulya mengatakan, "Ada 2 pendekatan metodologi dalam terorisme, yaitu pendekatan kultural dan rasional.

    Shoutussalam – Tentara rezim pemerintah Safawi Iraq hasil didikan militer Amerika ternyata tak setangguh yang kita bayangkan. Bisa kita saksikan dari sejumlah foto yang dirilis oleh akun resmi Daulah Islam Iraq dan Syam wilayah al Anbar, hari Senin ini (27/1/2014).

    Pada hari Ahad (26/1/2014), Mujahidin Daulah Islam bersama pejuang-pejuang Ahlus Sunnah al Anbar menggempur barak militer Syiah di dekat kota Fallujah. Baku tembak sengit juga pecah di pintu masuk menuju Fallujah.

    Dilaporkan sebanyak 4 buah mobil militer Rezim jatuh ke tangan Mujahidin, sementara 6 buah lainnya hancur terkena ranjau IED. Dikabarkan juga 12 orang tentara Syiah Iraq tertangkap.

    Foto-foto dan sejumlah video tertangkapnya beberapa tentara Safawi tersebut dengan segera beredar di Internet. Salah satunya memperlihatkan, mereka diangkut dalam keadaan hidup oleh Mujahidin Daulah Islam yang kemudian dikepung oleh penduduk kota Fallujah.

    "Semoga Allah melindungi kalian wahai Mujahidin Daulah Islam, dan melaknat para tentara ini," kata salah seorang warga yang mendekati mobil Mujahidin.
    Tentara-tentara itu kemudian dieksekusi mati oleh Mujahidin. Hukuman mati bagi mereka sudah amatlah pantas, mengingat tentara-tentara Syiah Iraq telah bertahun-tahun lamanya berlaku kejam dan biadab pada Ahlus Sunnah.

    Ribuan kaum muslimin mereka tangkap dan penjarakan, disiksa dengan berbagai macam cara, disengat listrik, ditarik kemaluannya, lalu para muslimah diperkosa dan dijarah seisi rumahnya.

    Pasca penangkapan para tentara Syiah tersebut, sebuah Channel Televisi Iraq melaporkan sebuah tayangan live yang mewawancarai seorang wanita Fallujah. Alih-alih wanita Fallujah itu akan mencerca Mujahidin, justru di hadapan jutaan pemirsa televisi ia berkata dengan keras memberikan pembelaan pada ISIS dan Amirul Mukminin Syaikh Abu Bakar al Baghdadiy.

    Es gab mal eine rechtschaffene Muslima, die einen groß sündigen Mann hatte. Dieser Mann hatte nur Schlechtes im Kopf.

    Eines Nachts, wachte die Frau auf, und betete das Morgengebet. Dann bemerkte ihr mann dies, und dachte, dass sie ihn betrügen würde. Doch sie setzte sich hin, fing an zu weinen und machte folgendes Bittgebet für ihren Mann:

    "O mein Herr, ich bin zufrieden mit diesem Mann und liebe ihn. Würde ich ihn nicht lieben, so hätte ich ihn auch nicht geheiratet. Doch er hat einige schlechten Eigenschaften und viele große Sünden, vor denen ich Zuflucht bei Dir suche. Ich flehe Dich an, bitte erhöre mein Bittgebet und bringe ihn dazu, diese großen Sünden zu unterlassen."

    Schließlich entdeckte ihr Mann sie in einem Raum und hörte ihr von der anderen Türseite zu. Dann sagte er: "Was bin ich nur für ein Trottel? Ich vertraue ihr nicht und werfe ihr vor, dass sie mir Fremd geht; doch was macht sie in Wirklichkeit? Sie wacht nachts auf, nur um für mich das Beste zu wollen und fleht Allâh an, damit ich von diesen Sünden ablasse."

    Nach diesem Ereignis bereut der Mann all seine schlechten Taten und fängt an, sich von diesen großen Sünden fernzuhalten und beginnt "ein neues Leben".

    Waisenkinder von Kabul & Kapisa zur Nothilfe aufgenommen (26.01.2014): SubhanAllah ca. 50 Waisenkinder sind nun regelmässig mit den Witwen im Bezug aufgenommen. Wir haben einige von ihnen mal einen Tag lang bei ihrem alltäglichen Leben begleitet. Sie suchen im Müll zum Essen und um etwas darin zu finden das sie verkaufen können. Sie haben teilweise noch Mütter & Schwestern die sie auch noch durchbringen müssen. Sie gehen Autos putzen für einen Monatslohn von ein paar € - sie schlafen ermüdet mit dem Kopf auf einem Stein oder in Straßenecken wenn sie es nicht mehr zu ihren Lagern schaffen. Sufyan ath-Thawri (rahimahullah) war überglücklich, wenn er einen Bettler an seiner Tür sah, und sagte:
    „Willkommen sei der, der gekommen ist, um meine Sünden zu waschen."

    Ismail Musa Menk was born in Harare, Zimbabwe. He was tutored by his father who is a well known Scholar and Da'ee.

    He completed his hifz and recitation courses at an early age and learnt the Arabic and Urdu languages whilst studying Shariah under his father. At the same time he attended an Academic College in Harare where he completed his secondary secular education. He then attained a degree in Shariah from the University of Madinah and later specialized in Iftaa at Darul Uloom Kantharia in Gujarat.
