Frage: Wie lautet die Fatwaüber das Aufhängen eines Bildes an die Wand? Wie ist die Fatwa über den Besitz von Bildern mit Menschen darauf?
Antwort: Es ist nicht erlaubt, ein Bild eines Wesens, das eine Seele besitzt aufzuhängen oder zu behalten. Es ist eine Pflicht, solche Bilder zu zerstören. Denn der Prophet sagte zu ´Ali (ra):
" لا تدع صورة إلاّ طمستها "
„Lass kein Bild, sondern [statt dessen] tilge es."[1]
Es wird in dem Hadith von Ğabir ebenfalls festgestellt, dass:
" ان النّبيّ صلى الله عليه و سلّم نهى عن الصورة في البيت "
„Der Prophet verbot, Bilder in den Häusern zu haben."[2]
Aus diesem Grund sollten alle Bilder, die als Erinnerung aufgehoben werden, in Stücke gerissen oder verbrannt werden. Bilder allerdings, die zu einem bestimmten Zweck gebraucht werden, wie zur offiziellen Identifizierung usw., dürfen behalten werden.

Der seit dem 18. Dezember vermisste Deniz Sengezer lebt nicht mehr. Wie am späten Samstagnachmittag bekannt wurde, wurde der 14-Jährige am Samstag tot im Rhein bei Neuwied aufgefunden.
Ein Sprecher des Polizeipräsidiums Westhessen in Wiesbaden bestätigte, dass ein Leichnam aufgefunden worden sei, bei dem es sich mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit um den Schüler handelt. Die Polizei in der rheinland-pfälzischen Polizeidirektion Neuwied sagte auf Anfrage dieser Zeitung, dass ein Spaziergänger den Leichnam um 11.40 Uhr am Vormittag vom Rheinufer aus in Höhe des Neuwieder Stadtteils Block im Wasser treibend entdeckt habe. Man müsse davon ausgehen, dass der Junge schon länger im Wasser gelegen habe, so der Beamte.

Auch wenn es noch keine hundertprozentige Sicherheit gebe, dass es sich bei dem Leichnam um den vermissten Kostheimer Jungen handele, hieß es aus dem Wiesbadener Präsidium, müsse man doch mit einer "sehr hohen Wahrscheinlichkeit davon ausgehen, dass er es ist". Zu Beginn der kommenden Woche solle eine Obduktion durchgeführt werden, so die Wiesbadener Polizei am späten Abend.
Wann und wo der Schüler ums Leben gekommen ist, der in einem Brief angekündigt haben soll, dass er flüchten und sich wegen schlechter Noten das Leben nehmen wolle, müsse noch ermittelt werden. Auch die Todesursache ist noch nicht geklärt. Ebenso stehe auch noch die zweifelsfreie Feststellung der Identität noch aus. Die Staatsanwaltschaft Koblenz habe die Ermittlungen aufgenommen, so die Polizei in Wiesbaden.
Familie und Freunde hatten Jungen fieberhaft gesucht
Der 14-jährige Junge mit den türkischen Wurzeln war am Abend des 18. Dezember aus der Wohnung der Familie in Kostheim verschwunden. Die Familie hatte einen mutmaßlichen Abschiedsbrief im Briefkasten gefunden, in dem der als schüchtern und introvertiert geltende Junge seine Flucht mit einer schlechten Note in Französisch begründet haben soll. Im Brief stand, er habe seine Eltern nicht weiter traurig machen und sich daher das Leben nehmen wollen. Dem Inhalt des Briefes wollte die Familie nicht glauben. Der Vater hatte im Gespräch mit dieser Zeitung gesagt: „Sowas passt aber gar nicht zu unserem Sohn."
Familie und Freunde hatten daraufhin mit Flugblättern nach Deniz gesucht und die Bevölkerung um Hinweise gebeten. Die Polizei verteilte Hunderte Plakate mit zwei aktuellen Fotos des Jungen in Wiesbadener Bussen. Bei der Polizei gingen verschiedene Hinweise ein: Deniz soll erst am Hauptbahnhof, kurz vor Weihnachten dann in der Innenstadt in einem Döner-Imbiss gesehen worden sein. Die Polizei war allen diesen Hinweisen nachgegangen – erfolglos. Die Familie hatte in dieser Zeitung, aber auch im Fernsehen, zuletzt in der ZDF-Sendung „Hallo Deutschland", an Deniz appelliert, wieder nach Hause zurück zu kommen.
Erst am Donnerstagabend hatten sich Freunde und Verwandte der Familie zu einer Suchaktion rund um Kostheim versammelt und Gartenanlagen in Kostheim, Bischofsheim und Gustavsburg durchkämmt.

Der seit dem 18. Dezember vermisste Deniz Sengezer lebt nicht mehr. Wie am späten Samstagnachmittag bekannt wurde, wurde der 14-Jährige am Samstag tot im Rhein bei Neuwied aufgefunden.
Ein Sprecher des Polizeipräsidiums Westhessen in Wiesbaden bestätigte, dass ein Leichnam aufgefunden worden sei, bei dem es sich mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit um den Schüler handelt. Die Polizei in der rheinland-pfälzischen Polizeidirektion Neuwied sagte auf Anfrage dieser Zeitung, dass ein Spaziergänger den Leichnam um 11.40 Uhr am Vormittag vom Rheinufer aus in Höhe des Neuwieder Stadtteils Block im Wasser treibend entdeckt habe. Man müsse davon ausgehen, dass der Junge schon länger im Wasser gelegen habe, so der Beamte.

As Salamu Alaykum.
Seit längerem habe ich ständig Gedanken von einer Tat, welche ich Tauba gemacht habe.
Ich kann nicht mehr unterscheiden ob es meine eigene Gedanken, mein Nafs ist oder tatsächlich waswas vom schaytan.
Es habdelt sich um eine grosse Sünde die ich nicht begehen möchte, doch den ganzen Tag lang kommt mir dieser Gedanke in den Sinn.
Manchnal fühlt es sich so an als würde ich es wollen. Doch dann denke ich an Allah und an den Islam und befreie mich von den Gedanken.
Nach 10min sind sie wieder da...
Was kann ich tun?
Insha Allah kann mir jemand helfen.

Salamu Alaykum.
Gibt es irgendwelche Hadithe über das Schlafen?
Zum Beispiel dass man wenig Schlafen soll? Oder das es besser ist weniger zu schlafen und mehr zu beten usw.?
Wäre euch dabkbar wenn jemand inshallah mir einige Hadithe über das Schlafen zeigen könnte.

"Die USA stecken in einem Dilemma. Die Regierung in Washington feiert die jüngsten Annäherungen an Iran, will jedoch nicht gleich auf jede Härte gegen das Regime in Teheran verzichten. So äußerte sich das Weiße Haus am Montagabend sehr besorgt über angebliche russische Pläne, iranisches Öl im Wert von 1,5 Milliarden Dollar monatlich zu importieren. Eine solche Vereinbarung "könnte die US-Sanktionen gegen Iran unterlaufen", sagte eine Sprecherin des Weißen Hauses.
Außenminister John Kerry habe bereits seinen russischen Amtskollegen Sergej Lawrow angerufen, um ihm direkt seine Besorgnis auszudrücken, sagte die Sprecherin.
Laut einem Bericht der Nachrichtenagentur Reuters arbeiten Russland und Iran an einem Deal, demzufolge die Regierung in Moskau der Regierung in Teheran 500.000 Fässer Öl am Tag abnimmt und ihr dafür verschiedene Güter liefert. Um welche russischen Waren es sich dabei handelt, blieb zunächst unklar. Für Iran wäre das Abkommen ein Erfolg: Derzeit exportiert das Land wegen der Sanktionen von USA und EU nur etwa eine Million Barrel Öl pro Tag."

Weder der Prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam, noch die rechtschaffenen Khalifen und Sahaba haben dies praktiziert. Auch von den Salaf, rahimahumullah ist dies nicht bekannt. Und sie waren diejenigen, die es pflegten, den Quran sehr oft zu rezitieren. Ihr Wissen über den Quran ist mächtig. Der Prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam sagte: "Wer auch immer etwas in diese Religion einführt, wird abgelehnt." (Bukhari und Muslim) und "Wer auch immer diese Religion mit einer Tat praktiziert, die keine Basis hat, wird abgelehnt." PARWAN, Jan. 13 – The invading forces while on foot patrol have come under Mujahideen surprise attack in Afghanistan's northern Parwan province, triggering a gunfight of about 30 minutes that has left a dozen of the invaders dead and wounded.
The fight occurred in Siyagard district of the province after a group of the cowardly invaders walked into Mujahideen ambush, says the report, adding that no Mujahideen were harmed in the ensuing firefight.

KANDAHAR, Jan. 13 – Reports from Maiwand district say that at around 10:00 am yesterday morning, cowardly foreign invaders and their hirelings announced on speakers that locals remain in their homes as they were going to carry out airstrikes in the area.
Later a man along with a woman were passing close to the base when the cowardly invaders opened fire on them, instantly martyring both of the civilians, surely to Allah we belong and to Him is the return.

ورشة الفنون في خدمة الثورة السورية لاسترداد الحرية و الكرامة في ميونخ
الحمد لله و رغم طلوع الروح لدرجة عدم تعرف أصحاب لي علي في صباح يوم الفعالية بسبب تراكم طويل للضغط و قلة النوم و بعد الإبتلال بالمطر و أخذ البرد و الإضطرار لعزل كل الأغراض و اللافتات و اللوحات الجميلة و نشرها كالغسيل و التي خسرنا بعضها كما ألة الدف و وصول الإرهاق ليلا" لدرجة الإستفراغ لكنها لحظة أعادت لي الروح من جديد عند معرفة المبلغ المجموع و بكل معنى الكلمة من الشارع وهو 3254 يورو و 7 سينتات مع وجود حوالات سابقة للفعالية و لاحقة توصل النتسجة لفوق خمسة ألاف يورو . القسم الأكبر من المبلغ حولته اليوم لحساب الجمعية الخيرية أكتسيونس بوندنيس فراييس زوريان - بعدها وصلت للصور و رفعها الساعة السابعة صباحا" . أما الفيديو فيجب أن يعطي الأولوية للمهمة الهامة القادمة لكن انتظروه على قناة هتاف الحرية على اليوتيوب و الرابط بالأسفل
من زمان طرحت الفكرة على عدد كبير من صفحات الثورة و الكثير من النشطاء و لم يتجاوب أحد للأسف
3254 Euro und 7 Cents einfach von der Strasse geholt abgesehen von den Überweisungen schon im Voraus, so dass die Summe Gott sei Dank die Marke von 5000 Euro überschreiten wird. Den Großeren Teil habe ich heute an Aktionsbündnis Freies Syrien e. V. überwiesen / Münzen-Rollen erst der kommenden wichtigen Mission, die auch vor dem Video der Aktion Priorität hat
Ich bin jetzt Dreiviertel-Leiche aber die gesammelte summe an Spenden ist wie Balsam auf dem verbrannten Körper und auf der Seele:) 10 tage davor voll Sonnenschein und die Tage danach auch. NUR bei der Aktion hat es geregnet, das war nicht hilfreich und ich musste noch alles sortieren und wie Wäsche aufhängen. Viele schöne Plakate verloren:) sowie meine Tambourine. Trotzdem und Gott sei Dank musste ich auch lange Geld zählen

في منتصف مدينة ميونخ وسط السوق المركزي يقف برميل و بجانبه لعب و دفاتر أطفال متناثرة .. قربه رسام يعبر عن الواقع المأساوي بإنجاز لوحة تعكسه و ذلك خلال الوقفة و بجانبه يدان ضخمتان ملونتان بشكل فني جميل على منصة و خيمة مزينة بأعلام الثورة و خلفية موضح عليها فكرة الفعالية و هي الفن في مواجهة المأساة و مساعدة الأطفال - نحن نقدم العروض الفنية بكل أشكالها من الرسم و المسرح إلى الشعر و العزف و الغناء بمشاركة فنانين من مستوى عالمي إلى الهواة في حين يشجع الأطفال الألمان على المشاركة بالرسومات على الجدار و الورق و بالرسائل لأطفال سوريا و يجذب المارة للفعالية فيقرؤوا لافتة كتب عليها - نحن صوت المضطهدين و المجوعين في سوريا - و الكثير منهم سيتبرعون لأطفال المخيمات و النزوح و ذلك بوجود جمعية خيرية مسجلة و مشروع توزع له المطبوعات و تقبل كفالات الأطفال اليتامى و كذلك تجمع فيه تواقيع الحملة و التبرعات مقابل أكسسوارات الثورة و البوالين بألوان العلم و بنفس الوقت يشرح فيه للمجتمع و الإعلام بمرافقة عازف ترومبيت عن مناطق الغوطة المحاصرة - و شرف كبير لنا أن نمثل غوطة العزة و الكرامة و البطولة - و تلقى القصائد باللغة الألمانية و الشرح يتضمن كذلك أبعاد الوضع الحقيقية التي تضيع في زحمة حملات تشويه ثورتنا التاريخية و كمثال مشهد البرميل المرفوع للأعلى مع لبس الكمامات و حمل الخبز باليد بوقت ترفع فيه الكروت الحمر في وجه السياسة الدولية و تنطلق صرخة العار لكل من يتقاعس و يتخاذل . عند حلول الظلام تشعل الشموع بعد عدة عروض غنائية من موسيقا السول و صوت الأوبرا إلى التراث الألماني
ملاحظة قبل بداية الوقفة كان قد شارك بها العديد من الأصحاب بالتبرع عن طريق الحوالة و الجمعية استلمت على الأقل 1700 يورو
يوم التضامن العالمي مع سوريا و الثورة السورية لاسترداد الحرية و الكرامة السبت 14 كانون الثاني 2014 في العديد من مدن العالم و هتاف الحرية ميونخ كان لها مشاركة فنية متميزة تسلط الضوء من جديد على ثورتنا كثورة فكر و أدب و فنون و إبداع و لنا بأبطال الداخل أجمل قدوة
أرجو متابعة و نشر الفيديو على قناة اليوتيوب و نشر رابط ألبوم الصور لأن لفعاليتنا هذه تهدف أيضا" لنشر هذه الفكرة بغرض تحقيقها في كل مكان بالعالم
A barrel is placed in the citycenter of Munich, toys and booklets are scattered alongside on the ground. On the stage behind an artist is painting a picture during the event. He is painting a picture wich reflects the sad reality: a caricature of Assad with a barrel-shaped head. On the right it is written in Arabic „barrelhead mentality".
Two sculptures are located on each side of the picture, colored human hands, each six-foot high. On the back of the stage, the idea of the event is explained: „Arts against destitution. Please donate for the syrian children."
During the event, children, who are passing by are encouraged to paint pictures themselves or write down messages for syrian children. Thereby the adults in the shopping street are also attracted. A lot of them are going to donate and receiving accessories (e.g. bracelet) or balloons in the colores of the revolution in return.
They donate money to a registered association for a specified aid project, that we inform them in leaflets and flyers about.
We informing about how to sponsor syrian orphans and we are collecting signatures in Munich - as well as in other cities worldwide, to present them to the responsible politicians.
We are also informing about besieged cities in Syria, we are informing the people passing by especially about besieged areas near Damascus, moreover we give background information on the Syrian revolution and the actual conditions.
The informations are introduced by a trumpet player to call the attention of the people.
After a variety of musical performances, from soul music, classical singing to bavarian folk music it is getting dark and to finish the event we're lighting candles on the ground.
We didn't invent these political actions, they were carried out like this (or similar) in Syria before by groups or individuals.
We were part of a worldwide action: Day of solidarity with the Syrian revolution to regain freedom and human dignity.
HutaafElhurriyyeh Munich is aiming to point out that the revolution is also about art, creativity and thinking.
One last thing for your encouragement to conduct a similar event: we raised 3254,07 Euro.
We are the voice of the oppressed and starved!
Mitten im Zentrum von München steht ein Fass, daneben sind Hefte, Kinderspielzeuge und Anderes verstreut auf dem Boden. Auf der Bühne dahinter hat ein Maler während der Veranstaltung gemalt. Er hat ein Bild geschaffen, dass die traurige Realität reflektiert: eine Karikatur von Assad mit seinem Kopf in Form eines Fasses. Daneben steht auf Arabisch "Fasskopf-Mentalität".
Daneben stehen zwei Skulpturen, zwei mannshohe Hände, bunt bemalt. Auf der Rückwand der Bühne wird die Idee der Veranstaltung erklärt und zwar: "Kunst gegen die Not. Bitte spenden Sie für syrische Kinder."
Während dies auf der Bühne passiert, werden vorbeigehende Kinder ermutigt, selbst Vorort zu malen oder Botschaften an syrische Kinder zu verfassen. Durch die Aktion werden Passanten in der Einkaufsstraße angezogen, die dann das Plakat lesen, „wir sind die Stimme der Unterdrückten und Hungernden". Viele dieser Passanten werden daraufhin Spenden und kriegen dafür Accessoires (z.B. Armbänder) und Luftballone in den Farben der Revolution. Sie spenden einem eingetragenen Verein für ein konkretes Hilfsprojekt,

İGMG Gençlik Teşkilatı Sosyal Hizmetler başkanlığı tarafından 16.12.2013 - 31.12.2013 tarihleri arası düzenlenmiş olan „OKUL ÇANTASI KAMPANYASI"´na Berlin Bölgesi olarak, bize verilen 750 adet bağış hedefini, kampanyanın kısa süreli olmasına rağmen, %220 aşarak, 1649 bağışa ulaşılmıştır. Böylelikle kampanyanın düzenlendiği Avrupa genelinde ilk 4 Bölge arasına girmiş bulunmaktayiz.
Gençlik Teşkilat´ımıza ait bu İLK Kampamyamıza verilen yoğun destekten dolayı emeği geçen, maddi ve manevi desteklerini esirgemeyen herkese yürekten teşekkür ediyorum, Rabb´imin ecr'ini bol eylemesini Cenab-ı ALLAH´tan niyaz ediyorum...
