    Der Tod kommt aus Deutschland

    Das Schnellfeuergewehr G36 ist eine hochmoderne Waffe – und ein profitables Produkt. Die Firma Heckler & Koch darf es nur mit Genehmigung der Regierung ins Ausland verkaufen. Warum taucht es trotzdem immer wieder in Krisengebieten auf?


    Am Tag vor seinem Tod nimmt Gabriel Echeverría seine Mutter in den Arm und sagt, was er immer sagt, wenn er geht: "Bis bald, Mama. Wenn wir uns in diesem Leben nicht mehr sehen, dann im nächsten."

    24 Stunden später steht Echeverría, 20, auf der Autobahn, die Mexiko-Stadt mit dem Pazifik verbindet. Es ist der 12. Dezember 2011, Feiertag in Mexiko, die Menschen wollen ans Meer. Echeverría steht ihnen im Weg. Er ist einer von rund 300 jungen Mexikanern, die die Straßen blockieren und Transparente in die Luft halten. Sie sind Studenten einer Hochschule, an der Bauernkinder zu Lehrern ausgebildet werden. Später sollen sie einmal die nächste Generation alphabetisieren und ihr Chancengleichheit bringen. Jetzt demonstrieren sie für mehr Bücher, mehr Studienplätze, mehr Bildung.


    Es dauert nur Minuten, bis die Sirenen kreischen. Polizisten springen von Pick-ups, sie tragen kugelsichere Westen, Helme und Schnellfeuergewehre. Tränengasgranaten zischen durch die Luft.

    Die Studenten rennen durcheinander, husten. Echeverría wickelt sich einen Pullover um den Kopf, gegen das Gas. "Wir wollen doch nur mit euch reden!", schreit er zu den Polizisten hinüber.

    Die Polizisten feuern Schüsse in die Luft. Studenten werfen Stöcke und Steine. Am Straßenrand geht eine Tankstelle in Flammen auf.

    Echeverría hält keinen Stein in der Hand und keinen Stock. Er läuft auf die Polizisten zu, fünf, sechs Schritte, Schüsse fallen, Schreie gellen, Echeverría läuft weiter, dann trifft ihn ein Projektil in den Hals. Mit dem Gesicht nach unten bleibt er liegen.

    Eine halbe Stunde später melden die Nachrichtenagenturen: 3 Tote, 14 Verletzte, 24 Verhaftete.

    Heute, genau zwei Jahre später, lassen sich die Vorfälle jenes Tages mithilfe von Videoaufnahmen, Polizeiakten und Zeugenaussagen rekonstruieren. Sichtet man dieses teilweise unveröffentlichte Material, entsteht eine Verbindung zwischen dem Polizeieinsatz, bei dem der junge Mexikaner Gabriel Echeverría starb, und einem deutschen Unternehmen aus Oberndorf am Neckar.


    In der Nähe von Echeverrías Leiche fanden sich Patronenhülsen des Kalibers 5,56 mal 45 Millimeter, die übliche Gewehrmunition bei den Armeen der Nato-Staaten. Der ZEIT liegen Personalakten von Polizisten vor, die an jenem 12. Dezember 2011 im Einsatz waren. Oben auf den Seiten stehen ihre Namen, Geburtsdaten und Dienstränge, unten ist ihre Bewaffnung aufgeführt. Dort steht: G36.

    Das G36 ist die Standardwaffe der Bundeswehr. Militärisch gesprochen, ist es ein Schnellfeuergewehr. Es besteht zu einem großen Teil aus Kunststoff und wiegt nur 3,6 Kilo. Es ist leicht, handlich und kann pro Sekunde zwölf Kugeln abschießen.

    Ökonomisch gesehen, ist das G36 das Qualitätsprodukt eines deutschen Mittelständlers, von Fachleuten weltweit bewundert, ähnlich wie Kettensägen von Stihl und Kopfhörer von Sennheiser. Mit dem G36 schießen nicht nur Bundeswehrsoldaten, sondern auch Armee- und Polizeieinheiten der USA, Großbritanniens, Norwegens, Spaniens, Australiens, Portugals und Frankreichs.

    Das G36 wird gebaut von der Firma Heckler & Koch in Oberndorf. Auf deren Internetseite heißt es, das Gewehr sei "optimal in der Handhabung, im Gewicht und der Feuerdichte im Nahkampf".

    Wie gelangte es nach Mexiko?

    Anders als die Hersteller von Kettensägen und Kopfhörern dürfen deutsche Rüstungsunternehmen ihre Produkte nicht ohne Genehmigung der Bundesregierung ins Ausland verkaufen. Besteht der Verdacht, dass die Waffen in Krisengebieten landen oder "zu fortdauernden und systematischen Menschenrechtsverletzungen missbraucht werden", ist die Ausfuhrgenehmigung grundsätzlich zu verweigern. So steht es in den "Politischen Grundsätzen der Bundesregierung für den Export von Kriegswaffen und sonstigen Rüstungsgütern".

    Im Jahr 2002 begann Heckler & Koch in Mexiko für seine Produkte zu werben. Der Staat steckte im Krieg gegen die Drogenmafia und wollte Tausende Gewehre kaufen. 2005 wurde ein erster Vertrag zwischen Heckler & Koch und der mexikanischen Regierung geschlossen, berichtet ein ehemaliger Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens, der heute in den USA lebt. Vorher hatte Heckler & Koch beim Bundeswirtschaftsministerium die Erlaubnis für den Export von G36-Gewehren nach Mexiko beantragt.

    Die Bundesregierung stimmte zu, erteilte dem Unternehmen aber eine Auflage: Die Gewehre dürften nicht an Polizeieinheiten aus den mexikanischen Bundesstaaten Chiapas, Chihuahua, Jalisco und Guerrero abgegeben werden. Bürgerrechtler berichten seit Jahren von korrupten Polizisten dort, von willkürlichen Inhaftierungen, Folter und Tötungen.

    Das mexikanische Verteidigungsministerium gibt zu, dass heute knapp die Hälfte der rund 10 000 importierten Gewehre in genau diesen vier Krisenprovinzen im Einsatz sind. Die Autobahn, auf der Gabriel Echeverría starb, liegt in Guerrero.

    "Es ist das Grauen dort. Bitte helft!"

    Christoph Reuter, der als "Reporter des Jahres 2012″ für seine Berichte aus dem Bürgerkrieg in Syrien ausgezeichnet wurde, schrieb zwei Tage vor Heiligabend 2013 einen erschütternden Brief und Hilferuf mit der Bitte um Spenden.

    "Liebe Freunde,

    ich tue sowas sonst nie – aber ich habe auch noch nie so etwas erlebt wie in den vergangenen zwei Jahren. Wie Menschen, die nichts Unstatthaftes gefordert haben, von Scharfschützen wie Tiere gejagt werden, wie Hubschrauber über Krankenhäusern kreisen und Raketen dorthin feuern, wo sich jemand regt. Wie ganze Häuser einstürzen, und ihr wollt gar nicht wissen, wie Menschen aussehen, die wir dann in den Kellern der Notkrankenhäuser sehen, wenn sie auf Pickups, Motorrädern, getragen von den anderen eingeliefert werden.

    Ich habe ziemlich viel gesehen in den letzten 20 Jahren, soviel Irrsinn, Gaza, Irak, Afghanistan, Libyen, aber so etwas Grausames wie jetzt in Syrien habe ich noch nie erlebt. Alle paar Wochen stirbt jemand von denen, die wir kennen, und das sind nicht die Kämpfer, sondern jene, mit denen wir zu tun haben, die Helfer bei den Fahrten durchs Land, die Leute der lokalen Räte, die Ärzte, die Logistiker, die Journalisten, die ganz normalen Menschen, die versuchen, ihr Land zu retten gegen die Vernichtung durch dessen Regierung.

    Ihr habt das sicher schon alle gehört, dass Millionen auf der Flucht sind, ihre Städte zerbombt, ihre Existenzen vernichtet, sie selbst ausgehungert, frierend und voller Angst. Aber ich erlebe das. Und dann wird aus Zahlen eine nicht abreißende Kette kurzer, langer Begegnungen mit Menschen.

    Es fehlt an allem: Nahrung, Medikamenten, Ärzten, Lehrern, Zelten, Brennstoff, die Liste ist endlos. Nach zwei Jahren und zwölf Reisen ins Landesinnere kenne ich verlässliche Hilfsorganisationen, die unter den extremen Umständen Krankenhäuser, Schulen, die Bewohner belagerter Stadtviertel versorgen.

    Und ich bitte euch zu spenden!

    Ich habe einen kleinen Text für die Korrespondentenberichte im "Spiegel" geschrieben, hier die längere Fassung:

    Vom Sohn des Kochs - Über die Schwierigkeit anderen beim Sterben zuzuschauen

    „Warum bist du hergekommen?", fragte er an einem Nachmittag im April, als die Panzer der 4.Division wie jeden Tag von den Hügeln auf die Häuser schossen. Es war zu gefährlich, vor die Tür zu gehen. Er sprach nicht gern, schon gar nicht über sich. Aber nun saßen wir fest und redeten. Er erzählte davon, dass er mal Polizist war, nun koche er für eine kleine Rebelleneinheit. Irgendwann fragte er: „Hast du Kinder?"

    Ja, einen kleinen Sohn.

    „Ich auch. Einen kleinen Sohn." Und dann entstand eine Pause, er schaute stumm auf die Wand, bis er sich räusperte und weitersprach. Dass er eigentlich zwei Kinder habe, nein, hatte, bis vor sechs Wochen. Als eine Granate wie jene, die wir aus der Ferne hörten, sein Haus traf. Das abgegriffene Foto eines kleinen, lachenden Jungen war alles, was ihm von seinem jüngsten Kind geblieben war.

    Vom Koch aus der Stadt Zabadani haben wir so wenig berichtet wie über die entkommene Frau, die wir mit ihren zwei überlebenden Kinder trafen. Die anderen beiden und ihr Mann waren vor dem Haus ermordet worden, in dem sie sich versteckte. Oder über den Cousin unseres Übersetzers, der im Sommer beim Brotholen von einem Scharfschützen erschossen wurde. Oder den Chronisten aus Damaskus, mit dem wir immer wieder über Skype sprachen, bis er im November unter den Trümmern seines einstürzenden Hauses für immer verstummte.

    Als Reporter dem gewaltsamen Sterben anderer beizuwohnen, ist für gewöhnlich eine große Geschichte. So ist das, ganz nüchtern. Aber wenn dieses Sterben selbst gewöhnlich wird, einfach immer weitergeht, ist es irgendwann nicht einmal mehr eine Nachricht.

    Je furchtbarer die Lage, desto geringer wird unsere Anteilnahme. So nüchtern. Aber manchmal wäre es schön, wenn das Sterben der anderen nicht nur auf gelangweiltes Schulterzucken stieße.

    Weihnachten, dieses aufreibende Fest zu oft gespielter Lieder und opulenter Mahlzeiten, werden wir Deutschen auch dieses Jahr wieder in geheizten Räumen verbringen. Es wird Strom geben, Trinkwasser und eine medizinische Versorgung, falls doch jemandem etwas passiert. Auch wird das Geräusch eines nahenden Flugzeugs niemanden in bodenlose Furcht davor versetzen, dass Sekunden später Hunderte Kilo TNT und Stahl das Haus zerreißen und jeden töten, der sich darin aufhielt.

    Es mag seltsam klingen, all diese Dinge zu erwähnen.

    Aber ungefähr neun Millionen Syrer auf der Flucht haben fast nichts mehr. Jene Glücklichen, knapp drei Millionen, die ins Ausland geflohen sind, sitzen in Lagern und Zelten zumindest ohne Angst vor Bomben. Aber auch von ihnen werden manche den Winter nicht überleben.

    Es wäre überdies schön, wenn wir uns daran erinnern würden, dass diese Menschen vor fast drei Jahren nichts anderes forderten, als wir für selbstverständlich halten. Freiheit, Rechte und das, was im Grundgesetz so weit oben steht, von der Würde des Menschen, die unantastbar sei. Falls diese Worte auch für Syrer gelten, wäre es eine Würdeform der Anteilnahme, ihnen wenigstens beim Überleben jetzt zu helfen. Zu spenden. Ganz nüchtern.

    Wer sich anschauen mag, wie ein Krankenhaus sich in einen Ort der Apokalypse verwandelt, nachdem eine Schule mit Napalm bombardiert wurde und wie die Ärzte versuchen, die jähe Flut von Patienten zu retten:

    unterstützt mit Nahrung, Medikamenten, etc. die Flüchtlinge im Land und in den Lagern in den Nachbarstaaten.

    ‫الاندبندنت: حكومة بريطانيا رفضت استقبال اللاجئين السوريين على أرضها

    أشارت صحيفة "الاندبندنت" البريطانية في تقرير عن تهم موجهة للحكومة البريطانية بعدم استجابتها لدعوة من الأمم المتحدة باستقبال اللاجئين السوريين الفارين من جحيم الصراع المسلح في بلادهم، إلى ان "الحكومة البريطانية رفضت الانضمام إلى مجموعة من 16 دولة، من بينها الولايات المتحدة وفرنسا وألمانيا، تعهدت باستقبال نحو 10 آلاف لاجئ سوري، خرجوا من البلاد، خوفا على حياتهم".

    ولفتت إلى ان "حزب العمل المعارض طالب باستقبال من 400 إلى 500 لاجئ سوري، من ضحايا التعذيب، ومن الذين لهم اقارب في بريطانيا، والنساء والبنات اللواتي يواجهن خطرا محدقا".

    وقالت"أما الحكومة فتصر على أنه من الأفضل مساعدة دول الجوار السوري، على غرار لبنان والأردن، وتركيا والعراق في إيواء اللاجئين السوريين"، لافتة إلى ان "بريطانيا تقدم مساعدات لنحو مليون من مجموع 2،4 مليون لاجئ سوري".‬

    ووفقا للصحيفة فإن قناة الاتصالات بين نتنياهو وأبو مازن لعبت دورا مهما خلال الولاية السابقة لحكومة نتنياهو، حيث كانت المفاوضات بين "إسرائيل" والفلسطينيين متعثرة، وقد حافظ كل من نتنياهو وأبو مازن على سرية الاتصالات بينهما طيلة الفترة التي لم تكن فيها مفاوضات رسمية بين "إسرائيل" وبين السلطة الفلسطينية.

    وبحسب يديعوت أحرونوت فقد خفت أهمية قناة الاتصالات السرية بعد انطلاق المفاوضات الرسمية وفق تفاهمات جون كيري، وهو ما جعل نتنياهو يكشف لبعض المقربين منه عن أمر قناة الاىتصالات السرية مع أبو مازن.
    وقالت يديعوت إن رجل الأعمال الفلسطيني، باسل عقل، الذي يعمل في لندن هو الطرف الثاني في الاتصالات ، وأن مصادر مختلفة أكدت للصحيفة ا،ه الشخص الذي كان يلتقي مولخو في لندن.

    وكان الهدف من قناة الاتصالات هذه، بحسب الصحيفة، حل القضايا اليومية، وتمهيد الأجواء لانطلاقة جدية في المفاوضات وخلق الانطباع عن الجهات الرسمية في كل طرف أن للطرفين مصلحة بإحراز تقدم في المفاوضات.‬

    ‫الخارجية الروسية: بفضل موقفنا أمكن تفادي التدخل في سورية وتدهور الأوضاع في الشرق الأوسط

    وأعلنت وزارة الخارجية الروسية أن الموقف الروسي الثابت أدّى إلى تفادي التدخل العسكري في سورية والتدهور الخطير للأوضاع في منطقة الشرق الأوسط بأسرها.

    وجاء في البيان أن " تطور الأوضاع حول سورية أصبح مثالا على أن التراجع عن ممارسة الضغوط عبر التهديد باستخدام القوة لصالح منطق السلام يعود بثمار ملموسة، وبفضل الموقف الثابت لبلادنا أمكن تفادي التدخل العسكري في سورية وتفادي التدهور الخطير للأوضاع في الشرق الأوسط وانتشار النزاع إلى خارج المنطقة".

    وأشارت الخارجية الروسية الى أن الاهتمام الرئيسي في السياسة الخارجية الروسية في عام 2013 أعير "لتركيز الجهود الجماعية للمجتمع الدولي على تسوية الأزمات الإقليمية والنزاعات سلميا".

    وأضافت الخارجية أن قيام روسيا والولايات المتحدة بصياغة مواقف مشتركة سمح بإصدار قرارات حاسمة بشأن وضع

    Update Silvester Seminar:

    Aufgrund der Nachfrage von Schwestern sind diese auch eingeladen, jedoch bitte nur mit Mahram (Ehemann, Bruder, Vater, Onkel etc).

    Silvester schon was vor?

    Wir laden jeden Muslim und Muslima am Dienstag, den 31.12.2013 zu einem Seminar mit Übernachtung mit Shaikh Abu Walaa ein.
    Um ca. 18:30 (nach dem Isha-Gebet) wird es insha Allah ein gemeinsames Abendessen geben. Anschliessend beginnt das Programm mit Vorträgen, Quran lesen, Wettbewerben, Nasheeds und mehr.
    Am nächsten Morgen gibt es ein gemeinsames Frühstück.
    Alles natürlich kostenfrei.
    Bitte eure Schlafsachen nicht vergessen.
    Jeder ist eingeladen, egal ob jung oder alt.
    Minderjährige bitte in Begleitung einer Erwachsenen Person.

    „Denkt oft an den Tod. Allah öffnet die Herzen derjenigen, die sich oft des Todes besinnen und erleichtert ihnen das Sterben."

I had lived my life as a devout Muslim and I came from a devoted Muslim family where my father was an imam at Zawyat Al Tujjaar mosque in Jeddah. My grand father was a Sheikh. I was a Salafi Muslim imam. My elder brother's wife is an Egyptian and was a devout Muslimah and came from a devoted Muslim family. My elder brother's eldest brother-in-law was a top Muslim scholar in Egypt but later converted to Christianity. I speak Arabic as my mother language. My life changed since Jesus came into my life and I have become a peace-maker, not a trouble-maker. I may sound deceiving saying this, but that's the truth. If you were living in the same area where I lived or had known me before, you will know who I was and who I am now. Leaving islam for Christianity is a long testimony that will take hours to write. But I just want to write this once again, a few details about my Journey. My Journey to Christianity started when my elder brother, named Mohammed, was involved in Islamic Charity Organization (ICO) in Malmo Sweden. The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC; Arabic: منظمة التعاون الإسلامي) and World Federation of International Arab-Islamic Schools, located in Jeddah, fund the islamic charity. It is an organization that collects "voices of the Muslims world-wide" and works to "safeguard and protect the interests of the Muslim world in the spirit of promoting World islam and Wahhabism movement all over the developed Western nations. Mohammad Qahtani met a devout Christian whom he argued with about religion; and the person asked him if he believed in God. My brother answered him, "Yes.'' He asked my brother, if he believed that God existed, then he should seek a personal relationship with God because God is not far away from His creation. So my brother left. The same night, as my brother Mohammed was about to perform his night's islamic prayer, Jesus appeared to him and asked him to follow Him, saying that He was/is the Way, the Truth and the Life. That's how my brother suddenly became a devout Christian from being a devoted Muslim, because we Saudi Arabians were all born to be religious. When my brother decided to follow Jesus, he refused to return to Saudi Arabia.

    Consistencies between the Shia and between the Jews and the Christians – Shaykhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah


    …And a sign or that is the ordeal of the Raafidhah is the (same) ordeal as the Jews:

    1- The Jews say: It is not right that a king should be from other than the family of Dawood, and the Raafidhah say: It is not right that an Imaam should be from other than the descendants of 'Ali.

    2- The Jews say: There is no Jihaad in the path of Allah until the Dajaal appears, and the sword decends from the sky, and the Raafidhah say: There is no Jihaad in the path of Allah until the Mehdi appears, and a caller calls from the sky.

    3- The Jews delay Maghrib time until the intricate patterns of the stars become visible, just as the Raafidhah do, and the prophet, may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family said:

    "My Ummah will not cease to be upon the fitrah until they delay Maghrib until the intricate patterns of the stars become visible"[1]

    4- The Jews turn slightly away from the Qiblah, as do the Raafidhah
    5- The Jews sway during prayer, as do the Raafidhah
    6- The Jews lower their garments during prayer, as do the Raafidhah
    7- The Jews do not see any waiting period for the divorced woman, neither do the Raafidhah

    8- The Jews distorted the Taurah, and likewise the Raafidhah distort the Qur'an
    9- The Jews say: Allah made obligatory upon us fifty prayers, so do the Raafidhah
    10- The Jews are not sincere when they convey Salaam upon the believers, rather they say : As-Saamu Alaikum (i.e. Death be upon you), as do the Raafidhah

    11- The Jews do not eat any sea creature that does not have scales, Eel or rabit, just like the Raafidhah

    12- The Jews do not see it permissible to wipe over the Khuffain, neither do the Raafidhah

    13- The Jews make (the taking) of money from everybody Halaal, just like the Raafidhah, and Allah has informed us of that in the Qur'an:

    قَالُوا لَيْسَ عَلَيْنَا فِي الأُمِّيِّينَ سَبِيلٌ
    they say: "There is no blame on us to betray and take the properties of the illiterates (Arabs)." Aal 'Imraan 75
    …Just like the Raafidhah

    14- The Jews make prostration upon "their horns [2]" during prayer, just like the Raafidhah

    15- The Jews do not prostrate until they make movement with their head couple of times in a manner like they are going into rukoo', just like the Raafidhah

    16- The Jews hate Jibril, and say: "He is our enemy from the Angels", just like the Raafidhah who say: "He made a mistake by giving the revelation to Muhammad"- may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family.

    17- Likewise the Raafidhah agree with the Christians in one characteristic: (And that is) that the Christians do not have for their women any marriage contract, rather they only enjoy them (i.e. have intercourse with them), just like the Raafidhah who get married temporarily, and make them Halaal temporarily (just to have intercourse).

    And the Jews and Christians are better than the Raafidhah on two characteristics:

    1- The jews were asked who are the best people of your religion? So then they answered: The companions of Musaa.

    2- The Christians were asked who are the best people of your religion? So they answered: The deciples of 'Isa.

    So the Raafidhah were asked who are the worst people of your religion, so they answered: The Companions of Muhammad (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family)!

    They were ordered to seek forgiveness for them however they slander them.

    The Reality of Ibn Sina (Avicenna), Famous Scientist and Philosopher

    In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Ever Merciful…

    The famous fifth-century medical expert and philosopher, Ibn Sina, known to the West as "Avicenna", is often credited as being one of the greatest Muslim scientists in history. His name is a celebrated one in many Muslim circles, and even hospitals and institutions of learning are named after him out of respect and admiration for his achievements.

    While many Muslim scientists throughout history truly did pioneer many important medical and scientific breakthroughs, Muslims need to step back and re-examine what they have been led to believe about Ibn Sina specifically - Is it factually correct? Was he even a Muslim?

    Shaykh al-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah on Ibn Sina

    Aboo 'Alee Al-Husayn ibn 'Abdillaah ibn al-Hasan ibn 'Alee ibn Sina (d.428) was born to a severely deviant Ismaa'eelee (Shiite) family, known for their severe blasphemy and hypocrisy, as mentioned by Shaykh al-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah.[1] In fact, as Ibn Taymiyyah said:

    وأحسن ما يُظهرون دين الرفض وهم في الباطن يُبطنون الكفر المحض

    "The best thing they showed openly was ar-Rafdh (being Raafhidah Shiites), while they concealed pure, absolute disbelief inwardly." [1]

    Ibn Taymiyyah cofirmed this by mentioning that Ibn Sina himself identified his own family, his father, and his brother to all be from this severely deviant group that was exposed and declared outside of Islam by many scholars.

    Ibn Taymiyyah further detailed how Ibn Sina attempted to blend what he learned from the deviant claimants to Islam, the Mu'tazliah and Raafidhah, with the polytheistic philosophy of Aristotle, and when he did so he deviated even further, inventing new sets of beliefs so blasphemous that they surpassed some of the falsehood of the Jahmiyyah and even the pagan philosophers themselves! [2]

    After listing a number of Ibn Sina's philosophical deviations, Ibn Taymiyyah went on to say:

    لا يقوله إلا من هو من أجهل الناس وأضلهم وأشبههم بالبهائم من الحيوان

    No one says these things other than the most ignorant of people, the most astray, and those who most resemble farm animals! [3]

    The Great Scholar Ibn al-Qayyim on Ibn Sina

    And the great scholar, Ibn Qayyim al-Jowziyyah, said:

    He (Ibn Sina) was from the Qaraamitah Baatiniyyah [Sect], those who do not believe in a beginning (of the creation) nor an end, nor do they believe in a Lord of the creation, nor any prophet sent from Allaah, the Most High.

    Such deviant hypocrites (zanaadiqah) pretend to be Raafidhah, whilst they conceal pure, absolute disbelief inwardly, claiming to be descendants of the family of the Messenger (may Allaah raise his rank and grant him and his family peace). He and his family are all free of them in terms of both lineage and religion… [4]

    Don't forget Syria; They are wonderful people; They need help

    Three years ago, Syria's hospitals were the envy of the Middle East. The average life expectancy was 75, higher than in many parts of the UK. Nine out of every 10 medicines provided by the country's extensive network of public and private clinics were made by the country's own flourishing pharmaceutical industry. Back then, Syrians could expect a long healthy life, and care and comfort in times of sickness.

    Today, when Elizabeth Hoff, the World Health Organization's (WHO) representative in Syria, walks to her office through the wintry streets of central Damascus, she passes families of refugees shivering in the cold. They have come to the capital for security and because it is one of the few places where the hospitals are still open.

    "It really breaks my heart," she says, her voice, which until now has recounted official statistics in steady stoic monotone, cracking with emotion.

    "I have been in Syria for a year and a half and the difference in that time is devastating to see. The healthcare system has totally, totally broken down. Have you seen a child build up a beautiful Lego house? And then someone has stepped all over it. This is what the health system in Syria looks like when you get outside Damascus." Nearly three years since the outbreak of the civil war, Syria is now in an unprecedented situation. It is the first state ever to have established a fully functioning, highly effective, 21st-century healthcare system – and then seen it collapse.

    Two-thirds of the country's hospitals have been affected by the fighting and 40 per cent of them have been destroyed or rendered altogether useless. Ninety per cent of the pharmaceutical industry, which used to pump out drugs not only for domestic use but for export to 50 countries globally, is defunct. The government is now dependent on medical supplies from its allies – Russia, Iran and, to a lesser extent, Cuba and Honduras, as well as UN-coordinated aid coming in through Damascus and one border crossing with Iraq.

    In areas completely out of government control, smaller aid agencies and NGOs are the main source of drugs and equipment, ferried in from neighboring countries.

    Near the front lines, medical facilities have been targeted, along with medical professionals, by forces on both sides, under the grim logic that the fewer doctors there are to put to put people back together, the fewer men will come back to fight.

    Doctors, nurses, surgeons, anesthetists and other health professionals have left the country. Charities, either independently or coordinated by the UN and the WHO, which are still working out of Damascus, have tried to fill the gaps, and the influx of heroic foreign doctors has made headlines in their home countries. But as Elizabeth Hoff repeats again and again: "It is not enough."

    The war has killed 120,000 – an estimate that puts the number of injured, combatant and civilian, at around 575,000, according the WHO. In other words, more than 2 per cent of the entire population has been maimed by armed conflict.

    But the underlying burden is far greater. Syria's population, like the rest of the developed world, had for years been lifted up by the safety net of modern medicine. Now that it has been taken away, people are falling hard. Around six million are refugees in their own country, living in crowded, unhygienic temporary shelters, bombed out buildings, or wherever they can – served only by undersupplied, undermanned field clinics.

    Kidney failure and some cancers – conditions that would previously have been managed by dedicated professionals in specialist clinics – have now become death sentences. Diseases that had been nearly or totally eradicated have returned.

    In countries with poor sanitation, early exposure leads to increased immunity to many diseases. But in Syria, these natural defenses have not built up in populations that were, until now, protected by a fully developed health system and civil infrastructure. The situation is most dire in rebel-held and Kurdish northern regions bordering Turkey, which have become no-go areas for UN and WHO supply lines out of Damascus. Ragtag health committees have been set up in individual towns and regions, often by a few brave local nurses and doctors who have refused to flee, and supported by NGOs. Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), for example, runs six hospitals in northern Syria with local help.

    Natalie Roberts, a British doctor who spent nine months in northern Syria with MSF, said that she had seen children as young as eight dying of liver failure caused by hepatitis A contracted from unclean drinking water – something unheard of before.

    In Aleppo and surrounding towns, sandflies that breed in rubble and rubbish tips have multiplied amid the ruins and are spreading leishmaniasis – a skin disease that was dubbed "Jericho Buttons" by British soldiers when they encountered it in Palestine during the First World War because of the big, painful and disfiguring ulcers it forms upon the skin.

    "The dramatic picture we see of Syria is of war trauma injuries," Dr Roberts says. "But underneath there is also a huge problem with everyday healthcare. It's like they're going backwards in time, at a rate of a decade a month. All the medicines are running out. When they run out of antibiotics they'll be in the pre-penicillin era."

    Only once in the past year did the world's attention turn to Syria's health crisis, when the country recorded its first case of polio since 1999 – as a consequence of a broken health system. Previously 85 to 90 per cent of Syrian children were immunized against it early. Today around half don't get their vaccine.

    Dr Roberts recounts the story of one girl in a village near Al-Safira, who accidentally burned herself. The injuries were not major, let alone life-threatening. But the village was cut off from any kind of hospital or clinic and healthcare workers could not get in because the front line cut off access. For three months, the girl lay on a wooden bed in the shelter where her family lived, scared to move for fear of brushing her burns.

    "When eventually the frontline moved on and an MSF team reached the village, the girl had pressure sores the like of which I have never seen," Dr Roberts says. "Anyone with any nursing skills would know that […] she needed to be turned regularly. But no one knew that in their shelter. She had become malnourished and contracted pneumonia, lying still in that shelter for three months. We tried, but after five days, she died. She was three years old."

    Throughout Syria, the same kinds of winter illnesses are likely to kill thousands.

    "We are far from doing enough," Ms Hoff says. "I would just like to say to people please don't forget Syria. They are wonderful people. They need help."

    A new poll suggests Americans think their current Congress is the worst they have had in their lifetime, blaming both Democrats and Republicans for adopting bad policies.

    The CNN/ORC International poll released on Thursday indicates 73% of Americans believe Congress "has so far done nothing to address the country's problems."

    CNN breaks the poll down along establishment political lines.

    "Negative attitudes extend to both sides of the aisle: 52% believe that the policies of the Democratic leaders in Congress would move the country in the wrong direction; 54% say the same about the policies of congressional Republicans," CNN Polling Director Keating Holland said.

    54% disagree with the policies of the Obama administration.

    "Assuming lawmakers don't pick up the pace next year, and that's a safe bet as 2014 is an election year, this will become the least productive Congress in at least the last four decades," explains the CNN Political Unit.

    Earlier polls demonstrate overwhelming dissatisfaction with Congress is nothing new.

    In July, an NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll indicated "83 percent of Americans disapprove of Congress' job, which is an all-time high in the survey. What's more, President Barack Obama has seen his job-approval rating dip to its lowest level since August 2011," according to NBC News.

    Increasingly, Americans are looking beyond the establishment

    "Allaahumma ajurnee fee museebati wakhliflee khayran minhaa" which translates, " O Allah, reward me for my calamity and compensate me with better than it."

    This was said by Umm Salamah after her husband died.

    At the time she said it, she said, "And who could possibly be better than Abu Salamah?"

    Lo and behold, she ends up being compensated by ending up as the wife of none other than MUHAMMAD (peace be upon him).

    Das Benehmen des Propheten (möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und bewahren) am Freitag

    • Es ist nicht erlaubt, nur an diesem Tag zu fasten: „Der Freitag ist ein Feiertag, macht also euren Festtag nicht zu einem Tag des Fastens."

    • Es ist unerwünscht, speziell in der Nacht vor dem Freitag (freiwillige Gebete) zu beten, denn der Prophet (möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und bewahren)sagte: „Wählt nicht die Nacht vor dem Freitag unter den Nächten aus, um darin zu beten."

    • Man liest freitags im Frühgebet die Sure Sadschda und Insan.

    • Freitags oft für den Propheten (möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und
    bewahren) Du'a machen.

    • In der Nacht vor dem Freitag und freitags die Sure al-Kahf lesen, denn wer sie liest, dem erleuchtet sie das, was zwischen ihm und dem uralten Haus ist.

    • Es gibt Meinungsverschiedenheiten unter den Gelehrten, ob es Pflicht oder nur erwünscht ist, freitags zu duschen. Man sollte jedoch, um der Meinungsverschiedenheit zu entgehen, stets nach dem Besten streben und duschen.

    • Spezielle Freitagskleidung: Abdullah ibn Salam sagte, dass er den Gesandten Allahs (möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und bewahren) auf dem Minbar freitags sagen hörte: „Es ist nicht zuviel verlangt, wenn jemand von euch zwei Kleider, außer seiner Arbeitskleidung für den Freitag kauft.

    • Es ist Sunna zu duschen, sich zu parfürmieren, die Zähne zu putzen und früh zum Freitagsgebet zu kommen.
    Von Aus ibn Aus wird überliefert, dass er sagte: ich hörte den Gesandten Allahs (möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und bewahren) sagen: „Wer freitags zum Duschen aufruft und sich duscht, dazu aufruft, früh zu gehen und früh geht, zu Fuß geht und nicht reitet, sich nahe zum Imam setzt und nicht unnötig redet, der bekommt für jeden Schritt die Belohnung des Fastens und Betens eines Jahres."

    • Am Freitag ist eine Stunde, in der Du'a erhört wird. Die meisten Gelehrten sind der Meinung, dass diese die letzte Stunde nach dem Nachmittagsgebet ist. Darauf deuten auch die meisten Hadithe hin6. Es gibt noch die Meinung, dass es sich um die Zeit handelt, ab welcher der Imam sich auf den Minbar setzt, bis er das Gebet beendet hat.

    • Man soll schweigen, wenn der Imam zu predigen beginnt, denn der Prophet (möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und bewahren) sagte: „Wenn du zu deinem Begleiter sagst: ‚Sei still!', dann hast du schon unnötig geredet."1 Es ist auch besser, wenn der Imam von Minbar steigt, vor dem Gebet nicht zu reden, außer wenn es notwendig ist, weil es im Hadith von Salman heißt: „... und (er) soll schweigen, bis er sein Gebet verrichtet hat."

    • Es ist empfohlen für den Betenden, wenn ihn der Schlaf übermannt, seinen Platz zu wechseln.

    • Nicht durch die Reihen drängeln.

    • Vor dem Freitagsgebet gibt es keine an eine bestimmte Zeit oder Anzahl gebundenen Sunnagebete. So etwas kann nur durch eine Aussage oder Handlung des Propheten (möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und bewahren) als sicher angesehen werden und dieser hat in dieser Hinsicht nichts dergleichen getan. Über die Sunna nach dem Freitagsgebet sagte jedoch Ibn Alqayyim in Zâd almi'âd (Bd. 1, S. 440):
    „Der Prophet (möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und bewahren) pflegte, nachdem er das Freitagsgebet gebetet hatte, sein Haus zu betreten und zwei Rek'a als dessen Sunna zu beten. Er befahl jedoch demjenigen, der es (das Freitagsgebet) gebetet hatte, (die Sunna) vier Rek'a zu beten. Unser Gelehrter Ibn Al'abbas ibn Taiymiyya sagte: „Wenn man sie in der Moschee betet, betet man vier und wenn man sie zu Hause betet, dann betet man zwei Rek'a."

    • Ibn Alqaiyyim (rh) sagte über die Gewohnheit des Propheten (möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und bewahren) und seiner Gefährten während der Predigt: „Wenn er freitags im Stehen predigte, wendeten ihm seine Gefährten ihre Gesichter zu und sein Gesicht war ihnen während der Predigt zugewandt."

    • Die Sure Aldschumu'a und Almunafiqun im Freitagsgebet rezitieren, oder Ala'la und Alghâschia oder Aldschumu'a und Alghâschia. Ibn Alqaiyyim (rh) sagte: „Es ist nicht empfohlen von jeder Sure nur einen Teil zu lesen oder eine davon in beiden Rek'as zu lesen, denn dies widerspricht der Sunna.

    • Es ist empfohlen, nach dem Freitagsgebet einen Mittagsschlaf zu halten. Der Prophet (möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und bewahren) hat den Mittagsschlaf empfohlen, indem er sagte: „Haltet den Mittagsschlaf, denn wahrlich die Satane halten keinen Mittagsschlaf."
    Freitags war dieser nach dem Freitagsgebet, denn Anas (ra) sagte: „Wir gingen früh zum Freitagsgebet und hielten unseren Mittagsschlaf nach dem Freitagsgebet."

    Der Frieden und Segen Allahs sei auf denen die der Rechtleitung folgen!

    „Der Mensch füllt kein schlechteres Gefäß als seinen Bauch…"(Al-Hâfidh Ibn Rajab al-Hanbalî)

    Einige Bissen genügen dem Sohn Adams, um seinen Rücken aufrecht zu halten. Aber wenn das nicht möglich ist, dann sollte ein Drittel des Magens für sein Essen, ein Drittel für sein Trinken und ein Drittel für sein freies Atmen vorbehalten sein."
    (Hadîth sahîh; berichtet vonAhmad, At-Tirmidhî, An-Nasâ'î, Ibn Mâjah)

    Jeder von uns isst gerne, hat Heißhunger und will einfach nur noch essen um seinen Hunger zu stillen stimmts? Wir essen soviel, dass wir danach Klagen, dass man total satt ist, sodass man sich nicht mehr bewegen kann (Alhamdulillah niemals vergessen zu sagen!) .

    Darauf klagt man möglicherweise auch noch wegen Bauchschmerzen? Mashaa'Allah!!!

    Des Weiteren....Das Essen für eine Person reicht auch für zwei und das Essen für zwei reicht auch
    für drei und das Essen für drei reicht auch für vier!


    Ash-Shâfi'î sagte:

    „Ich habe mich seit sechzehn Jahren nicht mehr satt gegessen, denn sich satt zu
    essen macht den Körper schwer, lässt den klaren Verstand schwinden, macht
    schläfrig und schwächt einen für die Anbetung."


    Ein Mann sagte zu Ibn 'Umar:

    „Soll ich dir nicht ein Jawarish bringen?" Ibn 'Umar fragte: „Was ist das?" Er antwortete: „Etwas, das die Verdauung der Nahrung nach dem Essen fördert." Ibn. 'Umar erwiderte: „Ich habe mich seit vier Monaten nicht satt gegessen. Dies ist nicht, weil ich es nicht tun kann, aber ich war mit einer Gruppe von Leuten zusammen, die häufiger hungrig waren, als dass sie satt waren."


    „Die Versuchung Âdams (Friede sei mit ihm) war das Essen, und es ist eure Versuchung bis zur Qiyâma (Wiederauferstehung)."

    „Wer die Kontrolle über seinen Magen erlangt, gewinnt die Kontrolle über alle guten Taten."

    „Weisheit wohnt in keinem vollen Magen."

    Eines Tages bot Al-Hasan seinem Gefährten Essen an, welcher daraufhin sagte:

    „Ich habe (so viel) gegessen, dass ich nicht mehr essen kann." Woraufhin Al-Hasan ausrief: „SubhânAllâh! Isst ein Muslim (so viel), bis er nicht mehr essen kann?"

    Im Bukhâri und Muslim:

    „Der Gläubige isst mit einem einzigen Magen, und der Ungläubige isst mit sieben
    Mägen."

    Dies bedeutet: Der Gläubige isst mit den Manieren des Islam und in Maßen, wohingegen der Kâfir aufgrund von Verlangen und Gefräßigkeit isst, daher isst er mit sieben Mägen.


    Allah SubHanahu wa ta'la, gewährt das Diesseits denjenigen, die Er liebt und denjenigen, die Er nicht
    liebt, jedoch gewährt er nur denjenigen Hunger, die Er liebt.

    Möge Allah die Vom Elend betroffenen Menschen stärken, den Hungernden Menschen was zu essen geben, den Menschen in Not helfen und sie ins Jannatul Firdaus eintreten lassen! Amin Ya Rabb

    Ausnahmefälle fürs gebet verpassen ???

    ...endlich , der Tag der mein Neuanfang sein wird. Ich heirate die Antwort auf meine Gebete. Allah hat mir den Mann geschenkt, mit dem ich das Paradies betreten möchte !

    ich kann es kaum erwarten, noch wenige Stunden bis zu meiner Hochzeit. Links rechts läuft meine Mutter und Schwester , zupfen mal hier rum , mal dort ....

    ich genieße den Anblick der hektik und der Mühe die sich alle machen, nur wegen mir, weil ich den letzten und schönsten Tag gemeinsam mit Ihnen verbringen durfte.

    Ich habe die Gebetswaschung gemacht, mich angezogen , das schönste Brautkleid die sich eine muslima wünschen konnte !
    Al hamdulillah alles fertig , mashallah meine Schminke so wie ich es mir im traum vorgestellt hatte !!!

    Mama ruft mich : Du schöne Braut , los komm du musst den Saal betreten!
    Maghrib Gebet war bereits, meine Gebetswaschung war nicht mehr gültig !!!!!!!!!! Oh nein , subhan allah ! Alle sagten , EGAL allah vergibt dir inshallah, du betest das gebet nach!
