Liebe Geschwister! Das Leben von Muhammad (s.a.s) lässt sich nicht mit anderen Propheten(a.s) vergleichen, weil der Islam an die gesamte Menschheit gerichtet ist, was den Gesandten Allahs (s.a.s) unter allen anderen Propheten einzigartig macht. Es liegt somit im Wesen der islamischen Botschaft, dass der islamische Staat als Methode zur weltweiten Verkündung des Islam dienen muss. Aufgrund dessen bestanden die Anstrengungen des Propheten (s.a.s) während seines Aufenthalts in Mekka nicht nur darin, einzelne Individuen zum Islam aufzurufen, sondern einen politischen Block zu bilden und zusammen mit diesem die Herrschaft des Islam vorzubereiten. Die Gelegenheit hierzu ergab sich schließlich in Medina.

Da erklärt jemand, dass Menschen, die nicht an Gott glauben, auch ins Paradies kommen könnten und somit nicht als "ungläubig" gelten können. Prompt wird diese Person selbst als "ungläubig" erklärt, weil sie sich anmaßt, darüber zu urteilen, dass "Ungläubige" ins Paradies kommen könnten. Nicht "tragbar" sind diese unwürdigen Diskussionen darüber!

حَسْبِىَ اللَّهُ لآ إلَهَ إلّا هُوَ، عَلَيْهَ ثَوَكَّلتُ، وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ
"Allah is Sufficient for me. There is none worthy of worship but Him. I have placed my trust in Him, and He is the Lord of the Majestic Throne."
(It says in Sunan Abi Dawood: Whoever says this 7 times in the morning and in the evening, Allah, may He be exalted, will suffice him for what concerns him.)

Jesus Refuted even the Remotest Suggestion of his Divinity
Consider the following incident mentioned in the Bible:
"And behold, one came and said unto him, 'Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?'
And he said unto him, 'Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.' "
[The Bible, Mathew 19:16-17]
Jesus (pbuh) did not say that to have the eternal life of paradise, man should believe in him as Almighty God or worship him as God, or believe that Jesus (pbuh) would die for his sins. On the contrary he said that the path to salvation was through keeping the commandments. It is indeed striking to note the difference between the words of Jesus Christ (pbuh) and the Christian dogma of salvation through the sacrifice of Jesus (pbuh).

Mehrere Tausend Demonstranten demonstrierten in Brüssel gegen Freihandelsabkommen und europäische Rüstungspolitik.
Die Polizei sperrte das EU-Viertel mit Stacheldraht und gepanzerten Fahrzeugen ab.
Ich frage mich jedesmal aufs neue wie dreist dieses Abschaum in den oberen Reihen, sein können.
Wen repräsentieren sie, uns das Volk oder etwa doch nicht?

"O son of Adam, as long as you call upon Me and put your hope in Me, I have forgiven you for what you have done and I do not mind. O son of Adam, if your sins were to reach the clouds of the sky and then you would seek My forgiveness, I would forgive you. O son of Adam, if you were to come to Me with sins that are close to filling the earth and then you would meet Me without ascribing any partners with Me, I would certainly bring to you forgiveness close to filling it."
In this Hadithi Qudsi, Allah gives hope to mankind more than any other narration. It displays the quality and attribute of Allahs mercy. Indeed, He is ar-Rahman, the Most Compassionate, and ar-Raheem, the Most Merciful. In this Hadithi Qudsi, Allah tells man of the greatness of His forgiveness and mercy so that no one would despair due to the amount of sins he may have committed. This is supported by the following verse of the Holy Quran:
Say: O My servants who have transgressed against their own souls, despair not of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Truly, He is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surah az-Zumar 39:53)
This hadith teaches us the importance of realizing Allahs mercy, having faith and hope in Him especially when making dua, calling to Allah alone for forgiveness, and the importance of repentance in the life and faith of a believer.

Die Regeln für die Selbstverehelichung der Frau in der hanafitischen Rechtsschule:
Islamrechtlich ist es erlaubt, wenn jemand eine der anerkannten islamische Rechtschulen, wie z. B. die hanafitische, nachahmt. Unzulässig und inakzeptabel ist es allerdings, wenn jemand behauptet, eine bestimmte Rechtschule zu befolgen, jedoch die Regeln der Rechtsfrage, wie sie in der Rechtsschule feststehen, nicht einhält.
Dazu zählt die Frage der Selbstverehelichung der Frau ohne die Erlaubnis ihres Vormunds auf Grundlage der hanafitischen Rechtschule. Diese Frage ist in letzter Zeit verstärkt aufgetaucht und zu einer verbreiteten Erscheinung unter den jungen Muslimen in westlichen Ländern geworden.
Leider halten dabei viele Menschen – aus Unwissenheit oder aus persönlicher Neigung heraus – die hanafitische Rechtsmeinung, wie sie in der hanafitischen Rechtschule dargelegt wird, nicht ein. Dies ist eine gefährliche Angelegenheit, die fatale Folgen haben kann. Deswegen haben wir uns zum Verfassen dieses Artikels entschieden, um die Muslime zum Richtigen hinzuleiten, aus Sorge sie könnten in Sündhaftigkeit verfallen.
Bevor wir uns detailliert der Angelegenheit widmen stellen wir klar, dass die richtige Meinung in dieser Frage, die von uns auch adoptiert wird, besagt, dass die Frau sich selbst nicht verehelichen darf und ihre Verehelichung ohne Erlaubnis ihres Vormunds islamrechtlich unzulässig ist. Die in diesem Zusammenhang ergangenen Hadithe sind deutlich, so z. B. der folgende Hadith von Aischa, in dem der Gesandte Allahs sagt:
„Die Ehe jedweder Frau, die ohne Erlaubnis ihres Vormunds ehelicht, ist ungültig, ungültig, ungültig! […]" (Überliefert bei At-Tirmidhiy, Ahmad und Al-Hakim). Und von Abu Huraira wird berichtet, dass er sagte: Es sprach der Gesandte Allahs:
„Eine Frau darf keine Frau verheiraten, und eine Frau darf sich selbst nicht verheiraten." (Überliefert von Ibn Madschah und Ad-Daraqutniy).
Auch wird von Abu Musa berichtet, dass der Gesandte Allahs sagte:
„Keine Eheschließung außer mit einem Vormund." (Von Abu Dawud, Ibn Madschah, At-Tirmidhiy und anderen überliefert). At-Tirmidhiy sagte dazu: „Die Gelehrten unter den Sahaba des Gesandten Allahs handelten in dieser Angelegenheit nach dem Hadith des Propheten, dass eine Eheschließung nur mit einem Vormund erfolgen kann. Dazu gehören Umar Ibn Al-Khattab, Ali Ibn Abi Talib, Abdullah Ibn Abbas, Abu Hurairah und andere. Auch wird von einigen Gelehrten unter den Tabi'un (auf die Sahaba folgende Generation) berichtet, dass sie erklärten: „Keine Eheschließung außer mit einem Vormund." Zu ihnen gehören Sa'id Ibn Al-Musayyab, Al-Hasan Al-Basri, Schuraih, Ibrahim An-Nakh'iy, Umar Ibn Abdulaziz und andere. Auch Sufian Ath-Thauri, Al-Awza'iy, Abdullah Ibn Al-Mubarak, Malik, Asch-Schafi'i, Ahmad und Ishaq sind dieser Meinung."
Abu Hanifa jedoch, möge Allah ihm gnädig sein, widersprach der breiten Masse der Rechtsgelehrten und erlaubte es der geschlechtsreifen, zurechnungsfähigen Frau sich selbst zu verheiraten. Bei ihm besitzt die Frau in der Frage der Heirat die volle Vormundschaftsverfügung über sich selbst. Der Ehevertrag kommt durch ihre Aussage zustande und ist gültig. Die Erlaubnis des Vormunds und sein Wohlwollen, sind für Abu Hanifa wünschenswert, aber nicht verpflichtend.
Obwohl Abu Hanifa es der Frau erlaubt, sich selbst ohne Erlaubnis ihres Vormunds zu verheiraten, hat er für das Recht des Vormunds Vorkehrungen getroffen und die Ebenbürtigkeit (al-Kafa'a) bei der Wahl ihres Ehepartners zur unabdingbaren Voraussetzung erklärt. So gewährte er dem Vormund auch das Einspruchsrecht, sollte die Mitgift ihresgleichen nicht entsprechen.
Bevor wir aber diese Gesetzmäßigkeiten erläutern und im Detail ausführen, wollen wir den Begriff des Vormunds (Waliy) in der hanafitischen Rechtslehre unter Erwähnung einiger damit zusammenhängender Bedingungen darlegen.
Die Vormundschaft (al-Wilaya)
Die Vormundschaft ist die Fähigkeit einen Vertrag gültig durchzuführen. Die Rechtsgelehrten haben die mit der Heirat in Verbindung stehende Vormundschaft in zwei Arten unterteilt: die Zwangsvormundschaft (Wilayatu l-Idschbar) und die erwünschte, frei gewählte Vormundschaft (Wilayatu l-Ikhtiyar, Wilayatu n-Nadb).
Die Zwangsvormundschaft stellt die volle, uneingeschränkte Vormundschaft dar, bei welcher der Vormund in Fragen der Heirat des Minderjährigen und des Unmündigen die volle Entscheidungsgewalt nach eigenem Ermessen hat. Ibn Mawlud Al-Mausiliy Al-Hanafiy sagt in seinem Buch „Al-Ikhtiyar fi Ta'lil al-Mukhtar: „Dem Vormund steht es zu, den Kleinen, die Kleine und die Verrückte zu verehelichen. Ist der Verehelichende der Vater oder Großvater, hat er nach der Geschlechtsreife (des Bevormundeten) kein freies Ermessen mehr."
Die gewählte oder geteilte Vormundschaft (Wilayatu l-Ikhtiyar, Wilayat usch-Scharika) betrifft hingegen die geschlechtsreife, zurechnungsfähige Frau. Wenn Allaah dir erleichtert hat Qiyaam al-layl zu beten, so sehe die Schlafenden nicht als gering an (im Vergleich zu dir). Und wenn Allaah dir das Fasten erleichtert hat, so sehe die Essenden nicht als gering an. Und wenn Allaah dir den Jihaad erleichtert hat, so sehe die sitzengebliebenen nicht als gering an.
Denn vielleicht ist ein schlafender, nicht-fastender, vom jihaad sitzengebliebener näher zu Allaah als du.
Ibn al-Qayyim sagte: "Dass du die Nacht im Schlaf verbringst und morgens bereuend aufwachst, ist besser für dich als dass du die Nacht im Gebet verbringst und du morgens denkst du hast was erreicht (deine Tat gefällt dir in dem sinne dass man denkt man hätte viel getan und vielleicht zu Hochmut führt). Denn die Taten desjenigen dem seine Taten gefallen werden nicht hinauf gehoben"

Der iranische Offizier(Bild) Abu al-Fadl Schiroinian, der in Syrien getötet worden war, ist heute im Iran beerdigt worden.
Heute soll ein Militärführer der iranischen Badr-Brigade mit drei Iranern und zwei Hisbollah-Milizionären in Damaskus getötet worden sein.
أنباء عن مقتل ضابط إيراني ابن " لواء " معروف في " الحرس الثوري " خلال معارك ريف دمشق
ناقل ناشطون على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي معلومات نشرت على مدونات و مواقع إيرانية تتحدث عن مقتل ضابط إيراني رفيع المستوى في سوريا.
و تحدثت المعلومات التي تم تناقلها عن مقتل " أبو الفضل شيروانيان ابن مجتبى شيروانيان " و هو من أبرز القادة في الحرس الثوري الإيراني، علماً أن والده " مجتبى " لواء في الحرس الثوري أيضاً.
و أضاف الناشطون أن أبو الفضل الذي قتل خلال معارك دمشق ( دون تفاصيل أخرى )، دفن اليوم في مدينة أصفهان.
و كانت مصادر ميدانية في دمشق، أعلنت صباح اليوم عن مقتل " أبو سجى الخزعلي " القيادي في فيلق بدر الإيراني مع 3 عناصر إيرانيين و 2 من حزب الله، في المعارك الدائرة بالغوطة.

نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نماز ميں جو دعائيں پڑھا كرتے تھے اور ان سے ثابت ہيں وہ ذيل ميں پيش كى جاتى ہيں:
1 - تكبير تحريمہ كے بعد اور سورۃ فاتحہ شروع كرنے قبل پڑھى جانے والى دعاء جسے دعاء استفتاح كا نام ديا جاتا ہے:
ابو ہريرہ رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ بيان كرتے ہيں كہ:
" رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم جب نماز شروع كرتے تو كچھ دير كے ليے خاموش رہتے، ميں نے كہا: اے اللہ تعالى كے رسول صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم ميرے ماں باپ آپ پر قربان ہوں، آپ تكبير تحريمہ اور قرآت كے مابين خاموشى كے وقت كيا پڑھتے ہيں ؟
تو رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا: ميں يہ كلمات پڑھتا ہوں:
" اللهم باعد بيني وبين خطاياي كما باعدت بين المشرق والمغرب اللهم نقني من خطاياي كما ينقى الثوب الأبيض من الدنس اللهم اغسلني من خطاياي بالثلج والماء والبرد "
اے اللہ ميرے اور ميرے گناہوں كے درميان اس طرح دورى ڈال دے جس طرح تو نے مشرق اور مغرب كے درميان دورى ڈال ركھى ہے، اے اللہ مجھے ميرے گناہوں سے اس طرح پاك صاف كر دے جس طرح ايك سفيد كپڑا ميل كچيل سے پاك كيا جاتا ہے، اے اللہ مجھے ميرے گناہوں سے برف، پانى، اور اولوں كے ساتھ دھو ڈال "
صحيح بخارى حديث نمبر ( 711 ) صحيح مسلم حديث نمبر ( 598 ).
2 - وتر كى دعاء قنوت:
حسن بن على رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ بيان كرتے ہيں:
" مجھے رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے وتروں ميں پڑھنے كے ليے يہ كلمات سكھائے:
" اللهمّ اهدني فيمن هديت وعافني فيمن عافيت وتولني فيمن توليت وقني شرما قضيت فإنك تقضي ولا يقضى عليك وإنه لا يذل من واليت ولا يعز من عاديت تباركت ربنا وتعاليت "
اے اللہ مجھے ان لوگوں ميں ہدايت نصيب فرما جنہيں تو نے ہدايت دى ہے، اور جن لوگوں كو تو نے عافيت دى ہے ان ميں مجھے بھى عافيت سے نواز، اور جن لوگوں تو خود والى بنا ہے ان ميں ميرا بھى والى بن، اور تو نے جو فيصلے كيے ہيں ان كے شر سے مجھے محفوظ ركھ، كيونكہ تو فيصلے كرتا ہے اور تيرے خلاف كوئى فيصلہ نہيں ہو سكتا، يقينا جس كا تو دوست بن جائے اسے كوئى ذليل نہيں كر سكتا، اور جس كا تو دشمن بن جائے اسے كوئى عزت نہيں دے سكتا، اے ہمارے رب تو عزت والا اور بلند و بالا ہے "
سنن ترمذى حديث نمبر ( 464 ) سنن نسائى حديث نمبر ( 1745 ) سنن ابو داود حديث نمبر ( 1425 ) سنن ابن ماجہ حديث نمبر ( 1178 ) اس حديث كو ترمذى وغيرہ نے حسن قرار ديا ہے، اور علامہ البانى رحمہ اللہ تعالى نے ارواء الغليل حديث نمبر ( 429 ) ميں صحيح قرار ديا ہے.
3 - ركوع اور سجدہ كے درميان پڑھى جانے والى دعائيں:
عائشہ رضى اللہ تعالى عنہا بيان كرتى ہيں كہ ركوع اور سجدہ ميں رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم يہ دعا پڑھا كرتے تھے:
" سبحانك اللهمّ ربنا وبحمدك اللهمّ اغفر لي "
اے اللہ ہمارے رب تو پاك ہے، اور تو اپنى تعريف كے ساتھ اےاللہ مجھے بخش دے "
صحيح بخارى حديث نمبر ( 761 ) صحيح مسلم حديث نمبر ( 484 ).
اور پھر سجدہ ميں دعاء كرنا سب سے افضل اور بہتر دعاء ہے، كيونكہ رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كا فرمان ہے:
" تم ميں سے كوئى ايك اپنے رب كے سب سے زيادہ قريب اس وقت ہوتا ہے جب وہ سجدہ كرے، چنانچہ سجدہ ميں كثرت سے دعاء كيا كرو"
صحيح مسلم حديث نمبر ( 482 ).
4 - دو سجدوں كے درميان دعاء كرنا:
رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم دو سجدوں كے درميان يہ دعاء پڑھا كرتے تھے:
" اللهمّ اغفر لي وارحمني واجبرني واهدني وارزقني "
اے اللہ مجھے بخش دے، اور مجھ پر رحم فرما، اور ميرا نقصان پورا كر دے اور مجھے ہدايت نصيب فرما، اور مجھے روزى عطا فرما "
سنن ترمذى حديث نمبر ( 284 ) سنن ابن ماجہ حديث نمبر ( 898 ) علامہ البانى رحمہ اللہ تعالى نے صحيح ترمذى ميں اسے صحيح قرار ديا ہے.
5 - تشھد كے بعد اور سلام پھيرنے سے قبل دعاء:
ابو ہريرہ رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ بيان كرتے ہيں كہ رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا:
" جب تم ميں سے كوئى آخرى تشھد سے فارغ ہو تو وہ اللہ تعالى سے چار اشياء كى پناہ كے ليے يہ دعاء

Anyone who believes that some guidance other than the prophet's guidance is more perfect, or a judgement other than the prophet's judgement is bether, has become an unbeliever. This applies to those who prefer the rule of the Evil one(TAGHUT)over the prophet's rule. Some examples are: (A) To believe that systems and laws made by human beings are better than the shari'ah of islam, for example (i)That the Islamic is not suitable for application in the twentieth century. (ii) Or that the Islamic system is the cause of backwardness of muslims. (iii) Or that Islam is only a relationship between a man and His Lord, and does not have any relations with other aspects of life. (B) To say that working with the judgements of Allah in enforcing the punishments prescribed by Allah, such as cutting off the hand of a thief, or stoning an adulter is not suitable in this day and age. (C) To believe that it is permissible to rule by a law other than what Allah has revealed in Islamic transactions or matter of criminal justice and similar affairs, even if he does not believe that such rulings are superiror to the shari'ah. This is because by doing so he would be declaring as permissible something which Allah made impermissible. Anyone who regards as permissible something that Allah has made impermissible, such as adultery, drinking alcohol, or usury, and similar things whose prohibition is common knowledge to all, such a person has become an unbeliver according to the consensus of all muslims.

The Worship of Allah is not Correct Except by Abandoning that which is Worshipped besides Him Posted on December 9, 2013 Allah (subhaanuahu wa ta'aala) says: "Worship Allah Alone, and keep away from Taghut." [an -Nahl (16):36] And He (subhaanuahu wa ta'aala) says: "Worship Allah alone and do not associate others in worship with him." [an -Nisaa (4):36] Allah did not restrict His statement to: "Worship Allah alone." But rather He continued by saying: "And do not associate others in worship with Him." [an -Nisaa (4):36] This is because there is no benefit in any act of worship except and unless it is free from shirk. As He (subhaanuahu wa ta'aala) says: "So whoever hopes in the meeting with his Lord then let him do righteous actions, and he should not associate anything in worship with his Lord." [al-Kahf (18):110] Furthermore, Allah (subhaanuahu wa ta'aala) did not restrict His statement to: "Let him do righteous actions," [al-Kahf (18):110] On the contrary, He prohibited Shirk. Since a person may perform righteous actions yet corrupt them by committing shirk with Allah (subhaanuahu wa ta'aala). Thus, his actions become like scattered atoms and he does not benefit from them in the slightest, for righteous actions do not bring about any benefit unless they are free of shirk. Therefore, this great danger requires us to gain understanding of shirk; both of the definition of shirk and its diffrent categories so that we may avoid and distance ourselves from it. It is through this that we may safeguard our worship and Religion purely for Allah (subhaanuahu wa ta'aala). Indeed many people think that shirk occurs only in Allah's Lordship, thus they become lenient in this affair. Meanwhile, they consider the study of at-Tawheed, the correct belief and the call to the pure worship of Allah to be something which causes separation between people. Hence they say: "we desire to unite the people." In return, we say to them: "unity is not attained except by at-Tawheed." As for unity that is built upon other than at-Tawheed, then there is no good in it and no benefit emanates from it and its result is enmity and destruction. Allah, (subhaanuahu wa ta'aala), says: "Who is more astray than he who invokes others besides Allah, they will not answer him until the Day of Resurrection, and are unaware of their calls, and on the Day when man will be gathered they will become enemies and will deny that which they worshipped." [al-Ahqaf (46):5 -6] He, (subhaanuahu wa ta'aala) says: "Friends on that Day will become enemies one to another except those who fear Allah. (It will be said to the true believers): 'My worshippers! No fear shall be on you this Day, nor shall you grieve. (You) who believed in Our signs and were Muslims.'" [az -Zakhruf (43):67-69] Thus, fruitful unity does not arise except through correct belief, and as a result, it is upon us to attain knowledge of the correct belief and call to it continuously. We must study it, inquire after it and teach it in our schools, centres and colleges, because it is the foundation of the Religion and the greater understanding.
