'AbduAllah ibn Al 'amr Ibn Al 'As sagte ungefähr: "Wer sich im Land der Nicht-Araber niederlässt (damals waren die Nicht-Muslime gemeint), ihr Neujahrsfest feiert und in diesem Zustand stirbt, der wird am Tag der Auferstehung mit ihnen versammelt." Liebe Brüder wenn ihr heute rausgeht und euch an diesem Fest beteiligt und plötzlich der Todesengel vor euch steht, werdet ihr keine Ausrede haben am Tag des Gerichts. Wenn ihr heute rausgeht und feiert und vielleicht auch noch der eine oder andere sich berauscht, tanzt, rumböllert, werdet ihr keine Ausrede haben. Ich erinnere nur daran wie unachtsam der Mensch ist und wie schnell der Tod kommen kann wie vor einigen Wochen in Bochum einige es erlebt haben. Haben wir vergessen, dass wir genauso aus Fleisch und Blut sind und uns etwas gleiches oder ähnliches ereilen kann? Es gibt Alternativen in der Moscheen, Freunden, die zu Hause bleiben und sich abkapseln und sich davon lossagen. So seid, liebe Brüder, wie die Ashabul Kahf (die Jugendlichen, die sich von ihrem Volk entfernte, weil sie Abscheuliches taten und die Zuflucht in der Höhle suchten) und über die Allaah sagt: "Und da ihr euch nun von ihnen und von demjenigen, dem sie außer Allah dienen, fernhaltet, so sucht Zuflucht in der Höhle; euer Herr wird über euch (einiges) von Seiner Barmherzigkeit ausbreiten und euch in eurer Angelegenheit eine milde Behandlung bereiten." Seid von ihnen Brüder und nehmt Zuflucht vor diesem Fest und seid wie sie, über die Allaah sagt: "Sie waren Jünglinge, die an ihren Herrn glaubten und denen Wir ihre Rechtleitung mehrten. Und Wir stärkten ihre Herzen, als sie aufstanden und sagten: "Unser Herr ist der Herr der Himmel und der Erde. Wir werden außer Ihm keinen (anderen) Gott anrufen, sonst würden wir ja etwas Unrechtes sagen." Verschiedene Masajid bieten verschiedene Aktivitäten an, damit sie die Jugendlichen von der Straße wegkriegen und auch in Bochum und Umgebung gibt es Orte, an denen es Vorträge und Sitzungen des Gedenkens an Allaah geben wird und der Prophet sallAllaahu aleihi wa sallam sagte zu seinen Gefährten, dass die Kreise des Gedenkens an Allaah Paradiesgärten auf der Erde sind und es ist nun eure Entscheidung ob ihr heute in einem Paradiesgarten weilen wollt und Zuflucht wie die Jünglinge in der Höhle nehmen wollt vom eigenen Volk oder ob ihr in einer Hölle von Trunkenheit, Rauch, Rumgeschreie und schlechten Gefährten verweilen wollt. Wer nicht weiß, wohin er gehen soll, kann mir hier privat schreiben (bis 18 Uhr). Ich gucke für euch wo es eine Moschee gibt, zu der ihr gehen könnt. Barak Allaahu fiikum möge Allaah euch und uns bewahren

    "Die Leute der Sünden haben drei große Flüsse, in denen sie in der Welt gereinigt werden. Wenn sie (die Flüsse) nicht in der Lage sind, sie zu reinigen, werden sie im Fluss des Höllenbrandes (نهر الجحيم) am jüngsten Tag gereinigt.

    󾭶 Es gibt den Fluss der aufrichtigen Reue; 󾭵 es gibt den Fluss der rechtschaffenen Taten, die die Last der Sünden bedecken; 󾭶 es gibt den Fluss der gewaltigen Heimsuchungen, die (die Sünden) tilgen.

    Wenn Allah Seinem Diener Gutes will, lässt Er ihn einen dieser drei Flüsse betreten, sodass er am jüngsten Tag gereinigt erscheint und kein viertes Mittel der Reinigung braucht." Imam Ibn al Qayyim رحمه الله.
